5-Star hotele w: Inner Mongolia, China

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

room was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about: 1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all 2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before. All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)

The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing, just below my location, near the community, within a few minutes' walk. It was very convenient to travel, the room was warm and comfortable, the details were perfect, and even the corner was spotless.The bed is soft and moderate, so you can relax the enthusiasm of the front desk staff instantly when you lie down.

Convenient location just in the middle of the town; friendly staff& good service provided. So I decided come back here stay 2more nights before finish our Inner Mongolia trip ;)

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

The view from the window was stunning. ●The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were always available to assist with any requests. ●The hotel offered a fitness center, pool, and spa, which I found very convenient during my stay. The gym equipment was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The food was well-prepared and presented, making it a delightful start to the day. ●The hotel is located in a central area, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. ●Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. The comfort, service, and facilities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

我預訂的時候特意寫了高樓層，但給了我2樓的房間，並且窗外是破屋頂……洗澡下水有點堵，然後早飯八點半去吃是涼的……基本都是涼的，包括菜和煎雞蛋，跟餐廳服務員反饋，她還嘴硬…… 好的是前台兩個女孩服務態度非常好，有求必應，也要第一時間幫我們換房間，但已經洗澡了就想着算了，不然搬東西什麼的很麻煩。總體來説還行吧，剛開業希望以後越來越完善吧。

Wszystko wygląda tak jak na zdjęciu. Jakość remontu jest dobra: tapeta z fakturą, markowe produkty. Śniadania są dobre, ale jedzenie jest chińskie, brakuje kawy. W listopadzie park jest pusty, wszystko jest zamknięte i trzeba kupić bilet na miejscu za 50 juanów. Jedyne otwarte miejsca to: 12-minutowy film kilka razy dziennie (nie byłem) i muzeum Rosji dla Chińczyków. Podobało mi się. Jeśli wynajmiesz dwupokojowy apartament dla czterech osób, jest jeszcze taniej. Załączam zdjęcie jedzenia i menu restauracji (menu specjalne, nie główne); poszliśmy na lunch. Smakowała nam sałatka warzywno-owocowa.

Reception is very helpful and extremely welcoming.. Mariott always lives up to its name. It's the only hotel that allows me to change money into smaller change. Room is comfortable and cosy. Worth every single cent. Location is great too. 2 malls are within walking distance.
