Struttura bellissima, personale sempre molto gentile e cortese i ragazzi della sala sono fantastici sempre con il sorriso e pronti a soddisfare le richieste. La cucina è DIVINA non ci sono parole per descrivere la qualità dei piatti.
Le camere bellissime, ampie ma soprattutto molto luminose e pulite.

Bardzo dobry hotel z bardzo ładną scenerią, w oddali widać starożytną grecką świątynię na szczycie góry. Obsługa jest również bardzo dobra. Hotel położony jest daleko od centrum miasta, więc mogę zostać w hotelu tylko na noc i zjeść w hotelu kolację. Kolacja jest bardzo dobra. Śniadanie jest bardzo obfite i dobrej jakości. Zaleca się, aby nie przegapić śniadania. Podstawowy pokój, który zarezerwowałem, był bardzo mały i ledwo zmieściłem w nim walizkę podróżną, co było nieco rozczarowujące. Ponieważ hotel jest budowany w tak pustym miejscu, nawet podstawowe typy pokoi są za małe, a odsetek pokoi podstawowych jest bardzo duży, co pogarsza jakość zakwaterowania i wpływa na ogólny wizerunek hotelu. Krótko mówiąc, pokój to 7 punktów, otoczenie to 9 punktów, kolacja to 9 punktów, a śniadanie to 10 punktów!

Struttura emozionante , adiacente alla piazza principale di Taormina , in posizione privilegiatissima con un affaccio sul mare stupendo!
Grazie a tutto lo staff per l'indimenticabile esperienza. Solo per citare alcuni e senza dimenticare gli altri: Luca manager del ristorante , Santino alla Reception , Giuseppe in servizio alla piscina e la signora delle colazioni hanno contribuito a rendere eccellente il nostro soggiorno.

Ho trascorso con mia moglie un meraviglioso soggiorno di 3 gg presso l'Eremo. Il personale è disponibile, cortese e preparato; la location è semplicemente favolosa: si nota il rispetto della struttura originaria e della natura circostante. Colazione da 10! Collocazione centrale rispetto a tutti i siti di maggior interesse. Se solo dovessimo muovere un appunto, secondo noi il bagno andrebbe rimodernato pur nel rispetto dell'atmosfera originaria. Ci torneremo sicuramente. P. S.: la fontana araba che attraversa praticamente l'intera struttura meriterebbe di essere studiata nelle facoltà d'ingegneria idraulica!

We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area.
We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella.
The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle. A really lovely touch. Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too!
The service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. The food is delicious. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there.
Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back

Położony w centrum turystycznym, blisko przystanku autobusu na lotnisko. Napoje powitalne obejmują świeżo wyciśniętą krew, sok pomarańczowy i spumante. Jestem wdzięczny mojemu przyjacielowi, który podwiózł mnie do hotelu i zapewnił mi napoje. Pokój był czysty, a toaleta, umywalka i prysznic były nowe i dobrze utrzymane. Udogodnienia są również zapewnione do absolutnego minimum. Wyposażony w suszarkę do włosów, sejf, minibar i lodówkę. Nie można było regulować temperatury klimatyzatora w pomieszczeniu, więc było gorąco i wilgotno, mimo że była zima. Składniki w restauracji są świeże i smaczne, ale dla Japończyków porcje są duże, więc jedną porcję może lepiej zjeść w dwie osoby.

This a nice spot, a little off the beaten track. Whilst the pool is very small the setting is great and the rooms comfortable. The local food experience was terrific where we enjoyed some of the best food in Scicily. Memorable.

AAntonioOverlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.
Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.
The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.
This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

GGuest UserStruttura molto bella che peró comincia a risentire il peso degli anni. Necessita ormai di lavori di manutenzione e ammodernamento (passamano della spa in acciaio arrugginiti, alcune lampade in camera non funzionanti, doccia -enorme nella nostra stanza- con acqua solo bollente...). Rimane comunque un hotel validissimo, ottima ed abbondantissima colazione, bella la zona piscina, verde curatissimo e tanto altro. Ma non è sicuramente all' altezza di un 5*L: al nostro arrivo nessuno per il ritiro bagagli, pulizia della camera un po' sommaria, spazi intorno alla piscina disponibili per eventi esterni (un matrimonio ci ha impedito di riposare fino alle 3 del mattino fra musica, schiamazzi e successivo riordino). Un buon 4 stelle, tutto sommato. Ci torneremmo?

GGuest UserLovely hotel with a really relaxed atmosphere. Our room was 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Very comfortable and lovely view but the bathroom is not 5 star. Strange arrangement with the shower and toilet. Notwithstanding that the bathroom amenities were a lovely Sicilian brand. Location is 25min walk into town, not for those who struggle with walking but we enjoyed it. The hotel never felt busy and there’s lots of different places to relax and enjoy the weather with great facilities. Staff are super friendly too.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious enough. The room was cleaned very well. The breakfast was good. The following are the shortcomings: First, the curtains cannot be drawn at all. Every time, the technician has to move a large ladder to manually close the curtains. Second, the shower head on the top of the bathroom has too little water and the temperature is too low. I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious.

Yyangling88Dinner at Italian restaurants usually starts at 7:30 pm. At Athena, we enjoyed a sumptuous dinner, which turned out to be the most expensive meal of our trip to Italy. The hotel's special seafood platter for two cost €90, and the white wine recommended by the waiter was also quite good. The flowers in the room were beautiful, the bottled water on the bedside table was complimentary, and the items in the mini-bar were reasonably priced.

RRomaIn total, it was a good stay. The price 1150€ for 2 nights is insane though. I like that the pool is open 24/7 and there is a beautiful restaurant with a view. The property also offered an upgrade, which was nice. The rooms are white and cold, though. Also the rooms should be cleaned while the guests are having the breakfast, so they need to use the updated system for tracking that.

GGiraffe22Beautiful hotel with excellent staff & lovely rooms. We did a great wine tasting which included their own olive oil which was so good.
Only negative thing I could say is the beds were hard but can put up with that for a few nights but I think that must be a Sicily thing as most places we have stayed in here had hard mattresses. 🤣
