5-Star hotele w: Qinghai, China

„We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.”

„Very nice hotel - centrally located The hotel is very clean. The room was big and comfortable with good amenities and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean and good. It was also possible to open the window a little if you want fresh air. The hotel is located «above» a mall, you must take the elevator to the 19th floor where the reception and restaurant is located. This was absolutely no problem, and the location is excellent. There is a vibrant and modern area around the hotel. It’s not close to the railway station, but catching taxi or even bus is easy. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of Chinese food. Tasty and fresh dishes, and nice service from the staff in the restaurant. The service of the staff in the reception was very good. We stayed for two nights, first one and then we returned again because of the good service and overall quality of the hotel. The staff didn’t exercise much English, but with the translation apps it’s absolutely no problem to communicate. If you have WeChat it’s super easy to communicate - the hotel has its own WeChat. BoLi Hotel provided a very good experience and we can truly recommend this hotel.”

„獨自出行，奔着五星人少且安全，酒店就在路邊，出門往右走100米就是公交車站，到陌生城市喜歡坐公交，果然特別方便一路車可以到莫家街、下關南街，到了莫家街溜達穿來穿去還能到大新街夜市，總之公交車真的很方便，坐過好幾條線路，基本上到目的地都不用換乘。回到酒店，三四張照片就是站在房間裏拍的，直接能看到土觀樓。”

„We had a fantastic stay with my family at this hotel. We got 2 rooms and at check in time, they upgraded us for free to better rooms with views of Qinghai lake from our balcony! The hotel and rooms were spacious, spotless and in excellent condition. The hotel is quite new (opened in 2023). About 3-4 mins drive from the main Qinghai lake scenic spot so fantastic location. The hotel is surrounded by mountains which have a lot of sheep , Yak, goats etc grazing on them. So you get both the mountain feeling as well as the lake feeling and it really helps soothe the soul and make one feel relaxed. The service of the hotel staff was always excellent, warm and attentive. The food was delicious and halal!!! We were so happy about this as we could enjoy delicious Qinghai cuisine worry free :-). Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our future trip to Qinghai lake.”

„Otoczenie hotelu jest bardzo dobre, pokoje są duże, łazienka i toaleta są oddzielone, dziesięć minut spacerem od stacji szybkiej kolei, a cena nie jest wysoka. Ogrzewanie jest tak gorące, że krwawi mi nos... Są też pewne mankamenty. Jednym z nich jest to, że jakość jednorazowej szczoteczki do zębów jest zbyt słaba, a włosy wypadają z ust podczas szczotkowania. Drugim jest to, że podczas sprzątania następnego dnia zabrano brudny szlafrok, ale mnie nie dano nowy... Brakowało również obsługi. Niektóre urządzenia są nieco przestarzałe i telewizor nie może wyświetlać obrazu.”

„原來是衝著酒店有自助餐提供訂的酒店，酒店在沒有告知我們的情況下，到我們辦理入住的時候才被告知沒有自助餐，衹有打包的早餐😭😭由於到達的時候太晚了，不想折騰，便將就入住了。 酒店的設施還是很新的，挺不錯。不過可能過年期間淡季，好多燈都沒有全開，感覺不大好。😂 衞生：中規中矩，符合期待。✔️ 環境：在距離翡翠湖10來分鐘的車程，方便。周邊也挺安靜的，睡得舒服。👌 服務：服務人員沒有統一穿制服，感覺是住了一間雜牌麗呈一樣。😭 西北環線之旅，入住過全季，亞朵，漢庭等連鎖酒店，感覺麗呈是最不靠譜的。😂 最後必須贊一下攜程的服務，反饋了酒店沒有提供自助早餐後，及時退回了五人的早餐費用，處理結果很滿意。👏”

„I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.”

„The hotel was new. We got updated to the executive room and the room was huge. Everything is good except the A/C as we could not control the room temperature even it was 28C inside.”

„Excellent location. Worth the price. Varied breakfast options. Recommended for families. Parking underground option little inconvenient and parking fees for hotel stay is expensive and shocking. Otherwise room is spacious enough and clean. Staff were helpful and check in and out process was quick and seamless.”
