Great service. Super convenient shuttle. Extremely comfortable and perfect for a stay in Guayaquil. Stayed twice. Ate at El Patio, drank at the bar, and enjoyed the sauna. All excellent.

El Hilton Colón necesita una renovación de las instalaciones. No han hecho nada en 10 años y ya se necesitan mejoras. La caja fuerte me dio problemas y el desayuno me decepcionó un poco, ya que las frambuesas tenían hongos. El poder hacer un jugo fresco de verduras y fruta es genial. La luz se fue 3 veces en una noche y el generador tardó un par de minutos en ponerse en marcha. El shuttle al aeropuerto funciona muy bien.

No me gusta la forma que me dijeron que tenía que pagar mi amigo para subir a mi Habitacion y hable que no se queda solo subirá para sacar cuentas y se iba pues ellos querían que pague 50 dólar y cuando no me gustó el hotel no me quisieron devolver mi dinero me dijeron que perdería todo

Fantastic stay! The location is excellent and the hotel itself is beautiful with great facilities. The breakfast is outstanding and offers a great variety. What really stood out was the staff – extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. The room service and housekeeping were also excellent. A perfect 10/10 for everything! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GGuest UserExcellent! From check in, luggage delivery, sushi restaurant, front desk, airport shuttle, friendly and helpful! The sushi restaurant stayed open to serve lunch to our party of 12 lady scuba divers from Galapagos.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. Although it opened early, the maintenance and customer service staff are all top-notch. The concierge treatment is also very good. Everyone at the front desk speaks English, so it doesn't matter if you don't speak Spanish! The location is in the city center, very close to the Guaquis River, and within walking distance of Iguana Square and Unirii Square; good reviews
