This hotel was the highlight of our trip! The location was perfect, so close from amazing restaurants and sights. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. Breakfast had a fantastic selection, fresh and tasty. Hotel was very private away from the main san Marco attractions, but very easy to get the via the hilton hotel shuttle boat.
Everything was so well thought out and highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

地理位置最棒的！ 房間裝修有多舊，但是住的很舒服. 自己開車過來請酒店安排停車服務，接送停車場到酒店來回. 去程很好，價格貴. 送走時酒店沒講清楚，停車費自己付款沒包括在220歐元價格內！送走“出租船“也有客人自己承擔. 離開時有點失望，付出價格很高，但是覺得酒店有點佔便宜…當然威尼斯什麼都貴，但是覺得酒店可以提供更好服務！ 總的有空間可以進步！下次去威尼斯，還是換一家酒店！

Incredibly beautiful palace with historical feature, high ceiling, vintage furniture, breakfast patio. Really fell so special when you arrive there, especially by water taxi access. We could check in early and the staff was very kind. The standard room (queen) was a quite dark and small duplex but very comfortable and quite! A/C and fridge worked well!

Отличный отель располагающих к расслабленному отдыху. Большие просторные номера. Они уже немного обветшалые, но все еще в хорошем состоянии. Удобная кровать. Прекрасные завтраки и отличная спа зона. Отзывчивый персонал. Нам очень понравилось проживание. Единственным минусом является, что некуда выйти прогуляться особо. Но если цель отдых в отеле, то это и не нужно )

Для тех кто любит комфорт будут предоставлены просторные номера, с ванными комнатами отделанными мрамором, золочеными кранами, пушистыми халатами и полотенцами, постельное белье из египетского хлопка, отличные матрасы. В номере полная тишина. Прекрасные завтраки с качественными продуктами и напитками, включая просекко. Отличное обслуживание, приветливый персонал. Заказывали ланч в отеле. Лосось подали с каким-то бесподобным соусом. Кухне отеля отдельный респект. У нас остались самые хорошие воспоминания

Это не совсем типичный 5 звёздочный отель. Старая вилла достаточно давно переделанная в отель. Нельзя сказать, что это роскошно, но очень аутентично. Сама вилла с рестораном очень красивые - прекрасные интерьеры, антикварная мебель, ресторан с панорамными окнами и прекрасным обслуживанием. Все это прекрасно. Однако, сам по себе номер достаточно давно отремонтированный, нельзя сказать что уютный, и совсем не такой, как на картинке. У меня был гарден сьют. Две комнаты в сельском стиле на первом этаже. В 7 утра начинал работать садовник, так что невозможно было спать. В номере было достаточно холодно, потребовались сутки, чтобы он достаточно прогрелся. Система вентиляции и отопления уже не современные. Расположение удаленное. Рядом есть небольшой поселок где есть пиццерия и пара кафе. Без машины здесь делать нечего, но при ее наличии достаточно удобно передвигаться по всем региону.

Hotel w stylu bliskowschodnim. Niedawno odnowiony, prawdopodobnie ze względu na Festiwal Filmowy w Wenecji, ogólna cena jest zawyżona. Do sklepu dotarliśmy około 15:00 i zameldowaliśmy się dopiero o 17:00. Zabrał mnie do małego pokoju połączonego drzwiami. Nie ma balkonu, co zupełnie różni się od zdjęć hotelu dostarczonych przez Ctrip. Specjalnie wybrałem większy pokój, ale kiedy przyjechałem, recepcja hotelu powiedziała, że nie wiedzą, gdzie go zarezerwowałem. Pokazałem im zdjęcia Ctrip i powiedzieli, że to pokój z widokiem na morze, a cena była inna. Sam skontaktowałem się z hotelem, a hotel z bardzo aroganckim podejściem koordynował zmianę mojego pokoju. Lido ma dobry widok na Morze Adriatyckie, ale plaża jest pełna muszelek i nie można wejść do morza. To wszystko, nie zatrzymam się tu ponownie. Agent Ctripa wprowadza w błąd, a zdjęcia w ogóle nie przedstawiają rzeczywistego rodzaju pokoi w hotelu. Ctrip nie udzielił dalszej odpowiedzi. Cola kosztuje 10 euro, a tramissu 15 euro. Po zameldowaniu można bezpłatnie popłynąć hotelową łodzią do San Marco, co zajmuje 20 minut, nie można jednak wnosić bagażu. Z bagażem można wezwać taksówkę tylko za 100 euro.

Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel

Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

MMiss Arielly RibeiroThe hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with an elegant blend of classic and modern styles. However, its location is a bit far from the main attractions. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive.
Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined.
Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

DDavid_GreWe spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price.
Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

DDaydreamer1The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes' walk from surrounding attractions and about 28 minutes' walk from the lonely San Lucia train station. However, it is not recommended for travelers with suitcases to walk, although the original picture has a good view. You can go out from the train station and take the bus line 5.2. I may not have bought the ticket properly, but it cost 9 euros to get from the hotel to the train station. The hotel is not very close or far from the shopping street. However, the walking navigation signal is easy to drift. After walking into many narrow alleys, you have to find a way out.
The hotel room is small and the bathroom is large. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes. When I contacted the front desk, they said that the toothbrush was gone, which was very frustrating.
The hotel is near the seaside. You can go there for a walk and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It's not bad either.
The hotel recommended two restaurants: OGINA and which one is 50 meters straight on the right side of the hotel. OGINA Forget it, it's not that good. The other seafood restaurant was okay and the service was good. I ate there all day, but I had diarrhea the next morning. Maybe it was because I was lactose intolerant myself and ate a lot of cheese.
The breakfast in the hotel is very basic. It costs 25 euros and 5 euros plus tax. I am not happy with the 29 euros.
Overall, I spent 2,000 a night and enjoyed 3 stars in a first-tier domestic city.
One advantage of the hotel is that the hassle of taxis is free. z z z

In the end, we gave up because of the price and felt it was not worth it. In addition to the larger space, although there is a sea view, it is not a floor-to-ceiling window. 2. The design style is dark. I personally think that this hotel should be suitable for young people under 25 years old who are avant-garde in art. It is a personalized design boutique hotel. GGuest UserThe Grand Savoia was fantastic, hospitable and accommodating. When we arrived, due to a backend error, they had not received our reservation and were fully booked with no rooms available. Despite the error not being made on behalf of the hotel they took very good care of us. They put us in an upgraded room at their sister hotel just across the street and made all amenities of the 5 star grand hotel available to us. 10/10. They’ve done a great job.
