개인적으로 아무리 신라라지만 호텔 서비스 이용 요금이 너무 비싸요 수영장은 좋으나 야외 공사는 왜 자꾸하는것이며 특히 풀바 치킨은 쓰레기입니다 (시킬만한 메뉴도 없고... 어떻게 신라에서 이렇게 싸구려를 쓰냐고요ㅜㅜ) 또한 수영장 이용시 레지던스동과 호텔의 동선 연결이 안된점도 아쉽고요 아무리 새로 지은 호텔이래지만 진짜 새집 냄새로 눈이 너무 아팠습니다 애기도 이틀내내 눈아파해서 병원까지 다녀왔어요ㅜ 그 외 좋았던점은 호텔 직원들이 친절하십니다. 바람이 많이 부는날 레지던스 야외 수영장은 정말 좋았습니다 마지막으로 바라는점이 있다며 키즈프로그램이 더 있었으면 좋겠습니다 (제주 신라처럼요)

Jednym z najlepszych hoteli, w których mieszkałem. Wyśmienita architektura Richarda Meiera, niesamowite widoki na Morza Wschodniego, wspaniały basen, pyszne jedzenie, muzyka na żywo w lobby wieczorami. Bardzo zalecane.

Also good location and my room was overlooking view of the lake.  The check in took a long time and too many people at the lobby due to the check in machine was out of order.  Also too many people using the elevator and it should be improved somehow.  I don’t think I will come back for this hotel especially during peak season. There are many shops including twosome place and bhc checking and CU convinient store inside were convenient though.

Would like to commend front desk staff Jason for personally attending to our check-in. He had painstakingly showed us to our Block B apartment room helping to also push 1 of our bags. As the room did not provide us with a sunrise view, had requested for a room change for the 2nd night and Jason himself again personally came to help us with the room transfer movement. His good english was a also pleasant surprise.as also his charming attitude and smiling look. The resort should cherish such young & kind-hearted staff. Kudos to him! Also, there was a manager (unfortunately could not remember his name who had a christian name to his name tag and slightly burly sized) @ the indoor pool/spa reception who should be praised for also taking the trouble to allow us entry (though we did not book any slot) on our check out day for us to take some photo pics for remembrance. He actually helped us take our couple shot, took the time to showcase us the nice indoor pool and its magnificent balcony view before accompanying us out and showing us the way to the beach. Thank you kind sir! The fantastic service we received from above 2 gentlemen is really testament to Shillamonogram's astute and comprehensive staff training especially with focus on customer satisfaction. Well done Shillamonogram. Will certainly recommend the resort for a wonderful staycation.

Bardzo mi się podobało. Krajobraz był niesamowity. Pierwszego dnia pogoda była ładna, więc można było poczuć wiosnę, ale drugiego dnia spadło dużo śniegu, a plaża była piękna, więc miło byłoby przyjechać tu latem polecam to!!

It was a last minute reservation we have made to enjoy our national holiday and it surely was a great decision! The location of this resort is in prime spot right next to the Dae-po dock where for the seafood lovers you are in for a delight of fresh and cost efficient sashimi and steamed crabs. Not only that, the resort itself was very resourceful for the families who bring their youngs - massive indoor playground - arcade for the little gamers - quiet family friendly walk way into the shorelines - indoor water park (Stopping here because my fingers hurt trying to write everything down!) Lastly, the rooms were cleaned at exceptional quality with the ocean view. Definitely coming back here next year!

신상 호텔답게 객실 시설은 만족스러웠습니다. 방에 테이블이 있어 사온 음식을 먹기 좋았고, 욕조와 샤워, 화장실이 분리되어있는 점이 좋았습니다. 침구류도 편안하고 괜찮았어요. 다만 화장실에 호스가 이상이 있었는지 물이 조금씩 새어나와서 중간에 수리를 해주셔야 했습니다. 초반에는 화장실에서 묘한 냄새가 나서 안 좋았는데 금방 적응되기는 했습니다. 위치가 속초와도 가까워서 시장에 다녀오기 좋습니다. - 3시에 체크인을 하러 갔는데 그 시간에 이용객이 몰리는 것에 대한 대비가 하나도 되어있지 않아서 체크인 웨이팅을 1시간 반 넘게 해야했습니다. 얼리 체크인 옵션이 있는 것도 아니고 태블릿에서 웨이팅 등록을 하고 로비에서 하염없이 기다려야했습니다. 딱히 그 동안 짐을 보관할 곳도 마땅하지 않았구요. 시간을 쪼개어 기분좋게 여행 온 건데 이렇게 1시간 반 이상을 버리게 되며 일정이 다 꼬여 불쾌했습니다. - 루프탑 인피니티풀이 1+1 프로모션 중이어서 이용했습니다. 온수풀이어서 추운 날씨에도 불구하고 이용할 수 있었습니다. 다만 타올을 따로 제공하는지, 제공하지 않는다면 객실에서 가져와야하는지 등에 대한 사전 안내가 없어 당황스러웠습니다. 타올을 원래 제공하는데 다 떨어져서 알아서 가져와야한다는 것을 직접 문의를 한 뒤에야 알게되어서 객실까지 다시 다녀와야했습니다. - 뷰는 오션뷰이긴한데 앞에 바로 바다가 있는 느낌은 아니고 끄트머리에서 보는 느낌이라 그럭저럭입니다. 나쁘지는 않아요. - 전반적으로 시설은 만족스럽고 좋았습니다만, 아직 투숙객을 맞을 시스템적인 준비가 되지 않은 호텔이었습니다. 직원분들은 친절하셨지만 각 파트마다 유기적인 소통이 잘 안 되는 느낌이었고, 그로 인한 불편은 모두 투숙객이 감당해야했습니다. 잘 고민해보고 투숙 결정하셔야 할 것 같습니다.

Very clean new hotel Breakfast is super good Room is big and clear

Excellent stay. Better than expected. I was worried that it would be crowded at the lobby/ common areas due to proximity to casino which was not a preference. The lobby of convention hotel is grand, peaceful and modern. I was also worried that it would be inconvenient to reach the ski slopes however the shuttle buses were frequent and you can get to the slopes quickly. The bus stop drop off point is right outside the ticket office for ski passes Hotel service was welcoming and superb from check in/out to housekeeping. As foreigners we received discount coupons for ski rental and pass. View from room was nice and loved the cream and shower gel etc. Room service was quick and portions are huge. Also how it was delivered was really good too with the robot. Overall very good and comfortable stay.

깊은 숲속에 요정이 살듯한 곳에 설악밸리가 있었어요. 산책로는 물론이고 어린이 pool, 양과 사슴목장, 예쁜 토끼들... 아이들과 함께 할 수 잇어 너무 좋았습니다. 소소하게 즐길거리가 많더군요. 해ㅓㄱ에서 잠시 낮잠!!! 숙소 시설은 깔끔하고 깨끗했고 private한 스위스풍의 단층 숙소인데 주차하기도 좋았어요 그리고 울산바위가 보이는 몽트뢰에서 꼭 맛있는 조식 즐기시길 추천합니다. 즐거운 여행이었습니다.
