5-Star hotele w: Metro Manila, Philippines

My husband and pamangkins enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was great—wala akong masabi. The staff were very helpful, except for one receptionist at the Escolta area, if I remember correctly, her name was Julia. She was very rude and was the only one who did not assist us. When I approached her for help, she even walked away from us. Imagine, it was my husband’s birthday and we received that kind of treatment. I mean, we shouldn’t have to mention that it was his birthday just to be treated properly as guests. Our overall experience was excellent, but because of her, it was disappointing. She was the only one who negatively affected our stay at The Peninsula.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bellevue Hotel. The ambiance is excellent—calm, welcoming, and well maintained. The entire place is clean and organized, which made the stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I will definitely return again. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with a great location near the airport. The rooms were comfortable, clean and good equipped. The service was excellent. Only negative point was the noise of the cars outside (our room was on the side of a big street).

Service is topnotch. They even do personal text messages where they are readily available for any of your inquiries and requests. Asked for a bucket of ice to our room. Requested for a little extension to our check-out time and was approved. Had an express check-out and didn't need to queue at the reception. Just had a small complain at the complimentary breakfast at The Brasserie. I asked for a hot coffee but it didn't come. But nonetheless, everything else is superb. Breakfast spread is wide and delicious. Staff are all smiles, friendly, & very accomodating.

We tried Nobu Hotel only because it’s near DreamPlay where our daughter celebrated her birthday. Our hotel experience wasn’t the best because of the delayed check in (though they tried to make it up for it later on), lifeguard was too strict even if the parents are literally holding the kids while in the pool, breakfast buffet was so-so, among other things. The best thing about it though was our dining experience in Nobu Restaurant. The food and staff were amazing! We’d probably come back just for the restaurant.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, blisko lotniska, około 20-30 minut jazdy samochodem, W pobliżu znajduje się centrum handlowe SM, Wyposażenie hotelu jest bardzo dobre, jest basen, siłownia, pokój zabaw dla dzieci na najwyższym piętrze i obfite śniadanie, Po przyjeździe zakwaterowano mnie w pokoju przechodnim, ale ponieważ musiałem pracować, poprosiłem recepcję o natychmiastową zmianę pokoju, a recepcja również zrobiła wszystko, co w jej mocy, aby to załatwić w ciągu pół godziny!

Za każdym razem, gdy wracam do domu i muszę zatrzymać się w MNL, zazwyczaj szukam miejsc oferujących udogodnienia, których jeszcze nie wypróbowałem. Hotel I’M oferował te udogodnienia – wyjątkowy i duży basen sportowy oraz Onsen Spa. Byłem zachwycony. Strefa basenowa była przepiękna, szczególnie nocą, z ich „klatkowymi” kabinami. Spa, och, gdybym mógł korzystać z niego częściej niż mi polecano, na pewno bym to zrobił! Dodatkowe punkty za masaż i indywidualną obsługę, a także za bar na dachu i widoki 😍 Chciałbym również podziękować profesjonalnemu, pomocnemu i absolutnie niesamowitemu personelowi. Wierzę, że firma ma ogromne szanse na długowieczność, głównie dzięki temu, jak wspaniale personel dba o potrzeby gości. Recepcja pomogła nam w zameldowaniu i wymeldowaniu, zamówieniu transportu i pomogła nam w innych sprawach – czy to sprzątanie, posiłki, czy inne zadania. Personel sprzątający, obsługa basenu, obsługa gastronomiczna i ochrona przekroczyli swoje obowiązki. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Chciałbym również zwrócić uwagę na coś, co mam nadzieję, że zostanie wzięte pod uwagę. Podczas naszego dwudniowego pobytu mieliśmy ograniczony wybór napojów na śniadanie. Będąc w tropikalnym kraju, lokalne smaki byłyby doskonałym uzupełnieniem bufetu. Soki z kalamansi lub mango byłyby bardzo mile widziane. Poza tym wszystko było wspaniałe. Dziękuję hotelowi I’M za zapewnienie relaksującego pobytu.

The staff is great. Very friendly and was able to get us checked in a little bit earlier than expected. The rooftop pool is a great place to hangout, and the gym is nice to get a workout. Stayed in a corner room facing the airport so the room was a little bit noisy throughout the night. The buttons for the curtains didn't work which took away from the room a bit. But receiving a welcome gift from the staff was a nice touch. Would stay again here especially if having an early flight. Easy to work to the airport.

Our stay at Shangri-La was excellent. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious and spotless,. The amenities, from the pool to the fitness center, made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a luxurious and refreshing experience that I’d gladly recommend.

Absolutely loved my room! It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Simple but elegant. Comfy but luxurious. Felt so pampered the moment I enter my room. I appreciated the Acca Kappa toiletries, the daily complimentary sweets, the sturdy and comfortable bedroom slippers, crisp white linen and sheets.The breakfast spread at Fresh was oh so scrumptious! Staff were courteous and accommodating. Always ready to assist when needed. Also enjoyed the very well equipped gym and the relaxing spa. It was just a bit of a long walk to the pool from my room, and a tad too over crowded to fully enjoy - too many children screaming and running around! I guess because it's the holidays so a lot of families were out on vacation. I will need to come back on a non-peak season.
