„Hotel znajduje się w pobliżu centrum Dotonbori, blisko Don Donki, i w odległości spaceru od Shinsaibashi i Namba. Jest 7-Eleven na zewnątrz, a także bez podatku sklep narkotykowy, który jest bardzo wygodny. Wejście i wyjazd były zarówno szybkie i gładkie. Możesz zostawić bagaż w hotelu, ale jest to na własne ryzyko. Mam nadzieję, że następnym razem będą lepiej dbać o bagaż, podobnie jak inne pobliskie hotele. Nasz bidet w szafce wodnej nie działał prawidłowo podczas naszego pobytu. Super Twin Room był czysty i przestronny, co docenialiśmy. Jednak mamy nadzieję, że poduszki mogą być trochę bardziej fluffier, ponieważ były dość płaskie. Byłoby lepiej, gdyby były dwa poduszki zapewnione na łóżko do dodanego komfortu”

„The hotel's location is right in the heart of Shinsekai, also just a few minutes' walk from the metro stations. Housekeeping is provided every four days, but the staff clear the trash and replace the towels daily. Toiletries such as toothbrushes and other essentials are conveniently available in the lobby for guests to take as needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

„The room was incredibly tiny and cramped; there wasn't even space to walk around once my 28-inch suitcase was laid flat. Plus, there were hairs on the carpet from previous guests – I have no idea how they clean this place. They don't even provide paper cups, which is something even the budget Marriott properties in Kyoto offer. And with only two washing machines for the entire hotel, you have to queue forever. The front desk apparently has one ********* guy who speaks Chinese, but otherwise, the experience was pretty bad. The location, however, is quite convenient.”

„Perfect location - Very close to Shin Imamiya Station for the JR and Nankai lines. They also let you leave your luggage on checkout day. And the breakfast buffet is good. I do not worry about the smell on my clothes when I go out because they provide fabric freshener spray. I availed of the 2-day Nankai pass to cover Kansai Airport, Namba and Koyasan because of this hotel. Will stay again next time I am in Osaka.”

„Hotel is a distance from the stations not what the Google map claimed. Staff is helpful with our enquiries but not sure why the towel is always replaced for 1 pax even though we have 2 pax. There's only cleaning for once every two days and for the 5 days we stayed only one cleaning was provided. But they will put the towels outside the door. Microwave is quite smelly not well maintained. Dryer is Abit dusty as well not really clean. Recommended if you do not have alot of luggage if not it is quite a push from the station. Near sakaisujihonmachi station”

„Value and Booking: We secured an excellent promotional rate by booking approximately one month in advance, making this our most cost-effective accommodation in Japan. The average daily cost was approximately $100 AUD (or $65 USD), representing superb value for money. Accommodation (Standard Double Room Non-Smoking): Space Constraint - The room size is extremely compact. Guests traveling with two large suitcases will find the floor space severely limited, which can impede movement and even obstruct the bathroom door access. Bathroom Configuration - The unitized bathroom/toilet is notably small, reminiscent of an airplane lavatory configuration. While clean, this is a unique space constraint that future guests should be aware of. Cleanliness and Maintenance - The room was clean and well-maintained overall. However, we did observe minor signs of wear, specifically light mildew/molding on the window seals and in some room corners, which could be addressed. Pest Control - We were relieved to find no evidence of bed bugs during our stay, despite hearing general reports of issues in other cities in Japan (like Osaka). Service and Guest Experience: The hotel service was outstanding. We were traveling with a two-year-old child and requested an early check-in to accommodate a mid-day nap. The hotel staff were highly accommodating and facilitated an early entry, which significantly improved our experience and is greatly appreciated. Target Audience Note: As the name suggests, the hotel seems to cater primarily to business travelers over leisure guests, which may influence certain expectations regarding room functionality versus amenities.”

„Hotel znajduje się w dość dużej odległości od stacji Namba. Aby uzyskać wskazówki dojazdu, należy pojechać linią Midosuji do stacji Namba, wysiadając z Ekimae North. Skręcić w lewo i iść w kierunku Namba Walk. Na końcu skręcić w lewo, gdy na ścianie filaru będzie widoczna droga A12, i przejść około 100 m. Wjechać schodami ruchomymi na górę, skręcić w lewo i iść dalej ulicą. Hotel znajduje się około 100 m dalej, po prawej stronie. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiega sprawnie. Do dyspozycji gości jest również przechowalnia bagażu, a goście mogą również korzystać z onsenu.”

„一人旅での醍醐味はホテルでのんびり出来ること。その点ではアパホテルの歯ブラシと、コームはお気に入りです。今回は日替わりで4箇所のホテル滞在、そのうち2箇所はアパホテルでした。快適な旅をありがとうございました。”

„Duża sypialnia + prywatny prysznic na 9. piętrze jest bardzo przestronna i wygodna. Pokój o powierzchni 14 metrów kwadratowych jest bardzo przestronny i wygodny. Zdjęcie poniżej przedstawia widok za oknem akademika, który jest wspaniały. Facet przy barze bardzo dobrze mówi po angielsku i nie ma barier w komunikacji!”

„I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained but abit small, but it was more than enough for my solo trip. One of the best parts was the location, walking distance approx 8mins from Metro Namba Station exit 28, and the hotel was just right in front of the station, which made travelling around Osaka extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again!”
