Zgodnie z rezerwacją, filtrem i zdjęciami, w tej lokalizacji jest basen. TU NIE MA BASENU. Zarezerwowaliśmy ten hotel tylko ze względu na udogodnienia i widok. Dowiedzieliśmy się o tym dopiero po zameldowaniu i zapytaniu o godziny otwarcia basenu, więc było za późno, aby anulować nasz hotel. Więc po prostu zmarnowaliśmy noc i pieniądze w miejscu, w którym nigdy bym się nie zatrzymał. Nie mieliśmy basenu, a zgodnie z rezerwacją w podróży parking kosztował 78 USD, ale po przyjeździe było więcej. Nie jestem zadowolony

Staff is wonderful. Hotel has been updated but still shows a little wear. Pool is lovely. In our room we Noticed a brown stain on rug near table. Also noted on our last morning there that the sheet in one area had a yellow hue. Odd. We were busy so we didn’t notify staff until after we left. That said, I did notify and they were responsive. Location on Michigan is awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants, train, etc.

房間面積在國外不算小 距離密歇根大街很近 下樓不遠處就可以逛街 和千禧公園 博物館也都不遠 住了兩天感覺很不錯 服務也很nice 總體滿意推薦

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that my stay at The Langham, Chicago was one of the best I've ever experienced. The location is fantastic, and our suite (702) was exceptional—spacious, luxurious, and beautifully appointed. 房間寬敞大氣大約有50/60平米，衞生間也很大約有10平米，我的房間25樓還帶有廚房，晚上窗外景很美，很驚喜。
16樓的Terrace 16 餐廳的露台可以看到芝加哥河最美的景色，午餐下午茶可以在露台用。
前台checked in 的服務員很好，告訴我14M有Trump Spa, 可以去享用。 我後來check out 那天上午，朋友幫我預約了一個City Architecture Tour, 要12點半結束，我説是否可以延到下午1點check out, 前台洋人美**意我2點check out. 總之前台餐廳服務員服務都很好，自己作為客人是被尊重的，沒有覺得被歧視。 酒店的設施氛圍都很好，令人很舒服。一次很愉快的入住。

GGuest UserThe hotel exceeds my expectation! The room is quite large with good amenities, and it gives me $50 dining credit. So I have a big breakfast and the avocado toast in the restaurant is absolute good. The front desk is also really nice and friendly. I feel really worthy and the hotel is well architected with good location. Definitely recommend it to others!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and grand, about 50-60 square meters, and the bathroom was also quite large, around 10 square meters. My room on the 25th floor even had a kitchen, and the night view from the window was stunning, which was a pleasant surprise.
The terrace of Terrace 16 Restaurant on the 16th floor offers the most beautiful views of the Chicago River, perfect for lunch or afternoon tea.
The front desk staff who checked me in was excellent. They informed me about the Trump Spa on the 14M floor and that I could use its facilities. Later, on the day of my check-out, my friend booked a City Architecture Tour for me which ended at 12:30 PM. I asked if I could extend my check-out until 1:00 PM, and the foreign front desk staff member kindly offered me a 2:00 PM check-out. Overall, the front desk and restaurant staff provided great service, making me feel respected as a guest and not discriminated against. The hotel's facilities and atmosphere are wonderful, making for a very comfortable stay. It was a very pleasant check-in experience.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, opposite the Trump Building, downstairs is the river, and you can walk directly to the Gorgeous Mile, parks, art galleries, etc. There are also many restaurants to choose from around, and it coincides with a large-scale music festival, and the atmosphere is very good. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the hygiene and facilities are maintained at the standards of an old hotel. Recommended to stay!

The check-in process was smooth; I arrived around 2 PM and my room was ready. The room itself was spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent. The restaurant on the second floor was great, and I highly recommend their truffle pizza – it was delicious!

The cleanliness was good, with tidy and hygienic bedding and amenities. The soundproofing in the room was quite good, especially for a US hotel. However, the window in this room type faced a building that was too close, so there wasn't much of a view.

GGuest UserThis is a must-stay hotel in Chicago. We stayed in a 'Zen Suite One Bedroom' and were very impressed with the amenities in our room. The bathroom was enormous. There is a large stand up shower, as well as a stand-alone tub for soaking, duel sinks with plenty of counter space, and a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom. Extra surprises for us included the heated bathroom floor, Dyson hair dryer, flat iron, comfy robes/slippers, Nespresso machine, Nobu signature bed, and modern décor. Everything feels brand new in this hotel since it only recently opened. We dined at the restaurant one night and the service and food were both top notch. I will always consider Nobu Hotel for any future travel to Chicago, as well as any other Nobu Hotel graced cities!

It is located on the famous Magnificent Kilometer, and is also across the street from the famous Hancock Tower. Four Seasons Hotel cannot be said to be a perfect existence, but it is hard to criticize in terms of comprehensive services. Time is tight, the only option is to choose a red-eye flight from Seattle to Chicago, lack of rest, and tiredness from traveling, it is still dark when we arrive at the hotel, the front desk will try our best to provide a room for check-in, the city view suite is still a very comfortable choice, plus The impeccable beds of the last four seasons can sleep on your head and relieve your fatigue.
