Zgodnie z rezerwacją, filtrem i zdjęciami, w tej lokalizacji jest basen. TU NIE MA BASENU. Zarezerwowaliśmy ten hotel tylko ze względu na udogodnienia i widok. Dowiedzieliśmy się o tym dopiero po zameldowaniu i zapytaniu o godziny otwarcia basenu, więc było za późno, aby anulować nasz hotel. Więc po prostu zmarnowaliśmy noc i pieniądze w miejscu, w którym nigdy bym się nie zatrzymał. Nie mieliśmy basenu, a zgodnie z rezerwacją w podróży parking kosztował 78 USD, ale po przyjeździe było więcej. Nie jestem zadowolony

Staff is wonderful. Hotel has been updated but still shows a little wear. Pool is lovely. In our room we Noticed a brown stain on rug near table. Also noted on our last morning there that the sheet in one area had a yellow hue. Odd. We were busy so we didn’t notify staff until after we left. That said, I did notify and they were responsive. Location on Michigan is awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants, train, etc.

房間寬敞大氣大約有50/60平米，衞生間也很大約有10平米，我的房間25樓還帶有廚房，晚上窗外景很美，很驚喜。
16樓的Terrace 16 餐廳的露台可以看到芝加哥河最美的景色，午餐下午茶可以在露台用。
前台checked in 的服務員很好，告訴我14M有Trump Spa, 可以去享用。 我後來check out 那天上午，朋友幫我預約了一個City Architecture Tour, 要12點半結束，我説是否可以延到下午1點check out, 前台洋人美**意我2點check out. 總之前台餐廳服務員服務都很好，自己作為客人是被尊重的，沒有覺得被歧視。 酒店的設施氛圍都很好，令人很舒服。一次很愉快的入住。

This newly constructed house boasts 2 king beds, 2 queen beds with twin bunks, and a bunk room for 4, perfect for families or groups of friends. Mam bardzo dobre doświadczenia z pobytu w tym hotelu. Przede wszystkim pokój w hotelu jest bardzo wygodny, łóżko jest schludne i czyste i zapewnia mi dobre warunki do spania. Ponadto wyposażenie hotelu jest również bardzo kompletne, łącznie z bezpłatnym, szybkim Wi-Fi, klimatyzacją, mini barem itp., które zaspokaja wszystkie moje codzienne potrzeby. Hotelowa restauracja jest również świetna i oferuje szeroki wybór dań, co pozwala mi cieszyć się pysznymi daniami podczas mojego pobytu. Co ważniejsze, personel hotelu charakteryzuje się bardzo dobrym nastawieniem do obsługi, jest entuzjastyczny i troskliwy oraz rozwiązał różne napotkane problemy. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w tym hotelu.

GGuest UserLoved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, opposite the Trump Building, downstairs is the river, and you can walk directly to the Gorgeous Mile, parks, art galleries, etc. There are also many restaurants to choose from around, and it coincides with a large-scale music festival, and the atmosphere is very good. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the hygiene and facilities are maintained at the standards of an old hotel. Recommended to stay!

The check-in process was smooth; I arrived around 2 PM and my room was ready. The room itself was spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent. The restaurant on the second floor was great, and I highly recommend their truffle pizza – it was delicious!

The cleanliness was good, with tidy and hygienic bedding and amenities. The soundproofing in the room was quite good, especially for a US hotel. However, the window in this room type faced a building that was too close, so there wasn't much of a view.

It is located on the famous Magnificent Kilometer, and is also across the street from the famous Hancock Tower. Four Seasons Hotel cannot be said to be a perfect existence, but it is hard to criticize in terms of comprehensive services. Time is tight, the only option is to choose a red-eye flight from Seattle to Chicago, lack of rest, and tiredness from traveling, it is still dark when we arrive at the hotel, the front desk will try our best to provide a room for check-in, the city view suite is still a very comfortable choice, plus The impeccable beds of the last four seasons can sleep on your head and relieve your fatigue.
