My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. One minor observation is that the barrier around the pool felt quite high.okay Special thanks to Ishteaque Mohammed, Executive Sales and Marketing. He assisted me before the booking process. I had many questions and concerns prior to confirming the reservation, and he provided clear, helpful information that made the booking decision easy and reassuring.

Great clean western hotel in a nice central area. Supermarkets/amenities nearby (especially enjoyed the Moja Korean Restaurant across the street) Liked the breakfast! Likes the gym (it's fine for workout during travels). View from rooftop is also good. Got a juice and a hot towel at check in, also nice gesture. 10/10 Would come again.

Suite stay was comfortable, but fell short of expectations for the price. Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. A few thoughtful upgrades could make the experience more aligned with the price.

Ten hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta, co jest najlepsze ze względu na lokalizację, duży Central Park, uniwersytet, szpital, wszystkie są w pobliżu, międzynarodowe śniadanie było niesamowite. Restauracja ma różnorodne jedzenie w formie bufetu na kolację, życie zgodne z dużym pokojem. Wanna była fantastyczna. Personel recepcji i sprzątania był opiekuńczy. Chciałbym tam znowu zamieszkać.

hotel very near airport, around 10min, clean friendly service, good food breakfast. the pool is outdoor on the roof was on maintanance.

The staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.

Obsługa była absolutnie niesamowita. Personel był niezwykle pomocny i naprawdę był punktem kulminacyjnym mojego pobytu. Mój pokój był czysty i wygodny i był sprzątany natychmiast, kiedy o to prosiłem. Jedzenie było również bardzo dobre. Jedynym problemem było to, że połączenie Wi-Fi nie było zbyt dobre; czasami przestawało działać i zostawałem bez Wi-Fi losowo, ale ogólnie było OK.

Brilliant service overall. Exceptional customer services provided by all staff from security, front desk to housekeeping.

Hotel położony jest przy ulicy Gushan 2, która jest stosunkowo blisko lotniska i dogodna w podróży. Pokoje są przestronne i czyste, obsługa jest ciepła i przyjazna, a na najwyższym piętrze znajduje się restauracja i basen. Przyjazd do Dhaki i pobyt tutaj to dobry wybór.
