De locatie nabij het station in Turnhout naast het spoor gaf ons eerst twijfels, maar het geluid van de voorbij rijdende trein is nauwlijks hoorbaar. Heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, er was ruime keuze.

地理位置特別好，從酒店走過天橋就是antw-berchem火車站，5分鐘抵達中央火車站。房間有點小，我那間晚上空調沒啟動，到第二天才發現。不過工作人員很快就來修好了。早餐比較豐富，停車位也很多。google導航導不到酒店，衹能導航到馬路對面，這個需要改進。

Overall our expectations were exceeded, we have been traveling for almost 90 days and this has been the best hotel we have stayed. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is a short walk from the central train station through a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and quick to make any request happen. The staff appears to care for the hotel and customers as if they had a true interest in the outcome of everyone who passed through their doors. Thanks again for the excellent stay.

Very well located, the Hyllit Hotel can be found less than 5 minutes away from the Antwerp-Centraal train station. It is located in such a manner that you have a direct access to the historical centre of the city by foot, following a straight line. The reception was very nice, I was received by very professional people who took the time to explain every commodities available in the hotel, from the mini-bar to the Emerald Lounge, and even how to access the rooftop restaurant and the health centre. The room I was given was very clean, with different amenities available such as a TV with international channels (French, English, German), a coffee machine, and a phone.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, but the cleaning is very poor. They come by every time at a time when you are often in the room and then do not clean anything. They also refill the coffee/sugar/creamer poorly and you have to ask for this every time if you stay longer. It is best to park nearby, since it is quite expensive to park there. You can easily stop in front of the hotel to load and unload stuff.

AAnonymous UserMy stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is situated very close to Antwerp Central Station, which makes transportation extremely convenient, especially if you are arriving by train or planning to travel around Belgium. The surrounding area is calm, safe, and very pleasant to walk around. Within just a short walk, you can find many lovely streets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. I also loved that it is close to Antwerp Zoo, which is one of the oldest zoos in Europe and definitely worth visiting. The neighborhood has a very charming atmosphere, and simply walking around the area felt like part of the experience. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained. The room was neat, nicely arranged, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day in the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt quiet and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small thing that could be improved is the heating. It would have been even better if the room heater could make the room warmer, especially during colder weather. Aside from that, everything else about my stay was great. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antwerp. The combination of the excellent location, peaceful environment, and comfortable rooms makes it a great place to stay while exploring the city.

CCindyTsangThe reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.  However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.  And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.  We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.  The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.  It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.  The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.  Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later. The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.  I was not happy with my stay.

GGuest UserSuper nice and trendy hotel located in one of Antwerp's most beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods – Antwerp-South, right by a lovely park, parking garages, and amenities. With the tram right outside, you can be in the city center in just 10 minutes. The hotel itself is stylish and modern. Check-in is at the bar, where you immediately receive a delicious welcome cocktail. The hotel lounge is a chic bar with great music or a DJ, and a good menu for snacks, dinner, and drinks. The hotel rooms aren't huge, but they are modern, sleek, and functional, perfect for a weekend in Antwerp. The beds are comfortably firm, and the rooms are well-insulated. Definitely worth a visit!

JJ TripThe location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. However, our stay was affected by a few issues. The soundproofing of the room was poor; we were woken up around 6 a.m. by the clattering of dishes and cleaning noises from outside. It was difficult to rest properly. Additionally, there were a lot of fruit flies in the room, constantly flying around, which was very bothersome and affected the quality of our stay. I hope the hotel can improve on these issues — otherwise, it’s a real pity given the great location.

LLuuk OrlandoStay was much like others mentioned. Hotel is very new, 24/7 reception, onsite gym and reasonably sized rooms. Some personell doesn't speak Dutch, which is not acceptable to us, please do some effort to learn the language of the country you work in please. The braided, black, tall lady was very friendly. Also a shout out to the breakfast kitchen team, coffee should always come with a small treat. The only very big negative for us was that we put in the special requests that we preferred a quiet room on the back side of the building. We even followed up with an email. Only to be assigned a room on the front of the building when checking in. That is very annoying. Especially since there were rooms available on the back side, which we got assigned after complaining. NOT OK! Had a good stay, nice rest, and didn't mind the 5 mins walk to the metro for the city center. Expensive supermarket nearby was also a plus.

GGuest UserEXCELLENT location and SUPER staff at reception. The rooms are of a good size, TV with all the channels you need, coffee & tea facility and clean bed and bathlinen - there is also nice shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion in the en-suite bathroom. The only two things that could make it even better are: put a fridge in the room OR invest in an ice machine and, have the rooms cleaned before 3pm (mine was cleaned at 5 pm when i returned from a whole day’s work and had to wait) OR recruit more cleaners. By all means, I’ll return and thank you for a great stay.
