„Hotel jak chodzi o obsługę i podejście do klienta wyjątkowy. Powitanie, przeniesienie bagaży, owoce i napoje w pokoju, wieczorny bufet i nawet mała niespodzianka na drogę. Z hotelu transport do centrum raczej taksówką (didi 60-90Y w jedną stronę). Transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko w cenie. Jadąc z lotniska trzeba na terminalu 2 znaleźć wyjście nr 8 na hali odlotów, tam przyjedzie busik ale trzeba 10 min wcześniej zadzwonić i to z początku jest trochę kłopotliwe. Po chwili znalazła sie po drugiej stronie słuchawki osoba z angielskim i busik szybko przyjechał. Odjazdy na lotnisko ruszają z hotelu o każdej pełnej godzinie. Pokój czysty, bardzo nowoczesny.”

„Doskonały hotel, dogodna lokalizacja. Ulica Wangfujing i Zakazane Miasto znajdują się w odległości krótkiego spaceru. Hol znajduje się na 8. piętrze, co jest bardzo zaskakujące, jest tam również dach, który można wykorzystać jako salonik z pięknym widokiem na miasto Pokój z jednym dużym łóżkiem i łóżkiem pojedynczym jest idealny dla rodziny składającej się z 2 dorosłych i 2 dzieci.”

„Lokalizacja: Dogodna, blisko dzielnicy biznesowej, stacji metra (Dajiaoting, Baiziwan) i Guanghua New Town. Wielu obcokrajowców. Przestrzeń w pokoju: Przestrzeń jest niezwykle cenna. W centrum miasta rozmiar pokoju jest ograniczony. Nie można otworzyć trzech walizek jednocześnie. Obsługa: Bardzo dobra. Jedynym problemem jest płatny parking. Nie jestem pewien, czy dotyczy to wszystkich miejsc parkingowych w centrum miasta. Rozgrzewająca owsianka późnym wieczorem: Obsługa jest doskonała. Wybór śniadaniowy jest powyżej średniej.”

„Gorąco polecamy spróbować Courtyard 民宅四合院. Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, tuż przy Qianmen. Nie musisz martwić się o jedzenie i napoje, ponieważ jesteś zaledwie kilka sekund od ulicy DaShiLan. Metro jest również w pobliżu, a także główne atrakcje, takie jak plac Tian’anmen i Muzeum Pałacowe. Personel jest przyjazny i uważny, zawsze wita Cię, gdy wchodzisz i wychodzisz z lobby, a nawet oferuje ciepłe napoje podczas tej zimnej zimy.”

Jedyną wadą jest to, że w pokoju czuć zapach papierosów, co uważam za dość powszechne w kontynentalnych Chinach.”

„Przez dwie noce nocowaliśmy w pokoju z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami. Podróżowała z nami trzyosobowa grupa, w tym dwójka dzieci. Po wejściu do środka znajduje się niewielki staw oraz krzesła i stoły, na których można usiąść, co świetnie sprawdza się w cieplejszych porach roku. W holu panowała przytulna atmosfera; ludzie spokojnie popijali kawę, pracowali lub uczyli się, tworząc przestrzeń do relaksu. Pokój był czysty, a wyposażenie wydawało się nowoczesne. Aby wykonać połączenie, rozmawiasz ze sztuczną inteligencją o nazwie Azuki, co wydaje się bardzo futurystyczne. W pokoju było bardzo ciepło, prawdopodobnie z powodu ogrzewania podłogowego. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo pomocna i reagowała na nasze prośby. W pobliżu znajdowała się restauracja Northwestern, a w odległości krótkiego spaceru od nas było kilka restauracji serwujących dania z jagnięciny, więc było to wygodne.”

The front desk staff were gentle yet professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, with no delays. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, providing attentive service that made the entire experience comfortable. The guest rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing. The bedding was soft, clean, and fluffy, and the mattress was just right – so relaxing to lie on. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and no unpleasant odors. The toiletries were comprehensive and effective, and the facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a high-quality living experience. I have to specifically praise the hotel's breakfast buffet! The variety was truly extensive and complete, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and a good balance of meat and vegetables – so many choices! There were Chinese hot dishes, various congees, steamed buns, noodles, cold appetizers, and a full array of Western bread, cakes, toast, salads, and drinks. The biggest bonus was the live noodle station, where fresh noodles and wontons were made on the spot. The broth was savory and delicious, with rich toppings and an authentic taste. Ingredients were replenished fresh daily, and restocking was quick, so there were never any empty platters. The fruits were fresh and juicy, and the desserts had a delicate texture. The overall taste was light and palatable, not greasy. The restaurant environment was clean and bright, and tables were cleared promptly, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Overall, I could clearly feel the standardized service and meticulous attention to detail from both the HUAZHU and Mercure brands. With its attentive service, clean environment, and consistent dining quality, this hotel is undoubtedly the top choice in the South Station area, whether for business trips, leisure travel, or high-speed rail transfers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Beijing!”
