Wszystkie przybory toaletowe zapewnione. Zestaw toaletowy (patyki i waciki) nie uzupełniany codziennie. Bardzo dobrze zaprojektowana łazienka, dobra dla osób dzielących pokój, ponieważ łazienka, toaleta i umywalka są oddzielone, nie trzeba walczyć o miejsce na toaletę. Dostępnych jest wiele wtyczek, które można podłączyć do ładowarek.

Początkowo z powodu nieporozumienia spóźniliśmy się na autobus z lotniska, więc musieliśmy sami wziąć taksówkę. Po dotarciu do hotelu personel zrekompensował nam koszt taksówki. Należały nam się brawa za to, jak personel rozwiązał problem, a szczególnie Zhang Lin, która starała się pomóc i była bardzo przyjazna. Lokalizacja hotelu jest doskonała, zaledwie około 15 minut od lotniska, w okolicy, gdzie znajduje się wiele lokalnych restauracji i sklepów. Pokoje były przestronne w porównaniu z innymi w okolicy. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i dobrej jakości poduszki, które najbardziej mi się podobały. Śniadanie było przyzwoite, duży wybór. Na pewno wrócę tam podczas mojej kolejnej podróży tranzytowej do Kantonu.

Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.

The hotel is located in the same building as Mercure, sharing the lift lobby but with a separate reception. It is conveniently next to Teemall and directly opposite Beijing Liu. You will never go hungry in this area, as most food shops stay open until around 10 -10:30PM, with some even later. Check-in was very smooth. My friend and I were traveling with her 4yr old daughter, and the hotel thoughtfully provided children’s toothbrushes and slippers. The room is clean and spacious. As soon as you open the door, the sink is right beside it. The shower and toilet bowl are not separated, and the toilet has a sensor that is quite loud. It makes a noise as soon as you sit down and automatically flushes when you are done. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had many parcels, and they located them all just by using the tracking numbers, no hassle at all. I even used the hotel’s mobile number for online shopping on PDD and booking cars via 高德 apps, and the staff responded promptly every time on WeChat. When I had a small issue with a retail purchase, I asked for their help to call the store about a refund or exchange, and they gladly assisted without making me feel troublesome. On checkout day, I considered booking a 6-seater car because of our luggage, but the hotel suggested a taxi with a large boot, which easily accommodated everything. The ride cost 200 yuan, including highway tolls, and the staff even helped weigh and carry our luggage to the car. We were truly grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend staying here. Just keep in mind that bookings open only two months in advance.

Panoramiczne okna w pokoju to strzał w dziesiątkę – w dzień można podziwiać zabytkową ulicę Beijing Road, a wieczorem chłonąć blask Guangzhou Tower. Apartament typu suite z widokiem 180° oferuje zarówno miejską panoramę, jak i widok na tętniące życiem centrum handlowe, zapewniając niezapomniane wrażenia bez konieczności wychodzenia z hotelu. Pokoje urządzone są w eleganckim, minimalistycznym stylu, a materace zero-pressure firmy Mengbilib pozwalają zasnąć w mgnieniu oka, nawet po najbardziej męczącej podróży. Inteligentny system sterowania w pokoju to wisienka na torcie – za pomocą tabletu można zarządzać oświetleniem i zasłonami. Dbałość o detale jest wyczuwalna na każdym kroku.

Finally we go to stay in a MUJI HOTEL that is in Shenzhen, China! Great first impression of the hotel as the Japandi MUJI style, and the customer services are top notch, great food and atmosphere, most of all the hotel is located at Upperhills Mall Shenzhen, which is very convenient to hail a taxi and take the metro. There’s also great parks nearby. Will consider coming here again in the future!

The Echarm Hotel was a great choice for our stay. Its location is convenient just a short distance from Beijing Pedestrian Road, with Ximenkou Station being the nearest metro access point. I’d especially like to commend one of the staff members, 小邢, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our visit. They assisted my family in arranging transportation to Qingyuan and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and dedication regularly checking in to make sure we were satisfied with our room and overall experience made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we truly appreciated the excellent service and support.

The first impression I had from Atour Hotel was warm and thoughtful. From the moment I entered the door, the smiles of the staff and the hot tea handed in in time made people put down the fatigue of the journey. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the design details were attentive. What impressed me most was a bowl of free stomach warm porridge late at night, simple but intimate, so that the night of business trips has a feeling of home. Good hotel is not only a place to sleep, but also a station that can make people feel at ease. Atour did it.

This hotel cum service apartment is distinguished by a few outstanding features : room functions activated by vocal command smart system (just shout out the directive and curtains will be drawn or the aircon adjusted to your desired temperature, except that the directives have to be issued in Mandarin which might then pose a problem to foreigners unfamiliar with the language); a comfortable lobby lounge with free drinks (the coffee is great) and an equally comfortable reading room with a selection of books next to the gym and roof terrace on the ninth floor; a front verandah with decking and al fresco furniture that provides a calm oasis at the heart of vibrant Dongmen. The location of this establishment, literally a few steps from both the Laojie metro station with two lines 1 and 3 (line 1 is particularly good for connecting to most major landmarks) and a plethora of shopping and dining options, also spell convenience with a capital C.

Perfect location right in the city center! The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a complimentary mini-bar and all the standard amenities. A special shoutout to Jay at the front desk. Jay was incredibly friendly, helpful, and gave us great local tips. He even helped us take some photos! Thank you, Jay, for making our stay truly perfect.
