Wszystkie przybory toaletowe zapewnione. Zestaw toaletowy (patyki i waciki) nie uzupełniany codziennie. Bardzo dobrze zaprojektowana łazienka, dobra dla osób dzielących pokój, ponieważ łazienka, toaleta i umywalka są oddzielone, nie trzeba walczyć o miejsce na toaletę. Dostępnych jest wiele wtyczek, które można podłączyć do ładowarek.

Początkowo z powodu nieporozumienia spóźniliśmy się na autobus z lotniska, więc musieliśmy sami wziąć taksówkę. Po dotarciu do hotelu personel zrekompensował nam koszt taksówki. Należały nam się brawa za to, jak personel rozwiązał problem, a szczególnie Zhang Lin, która starała się pomóc i była bardzo przyjazna. Lokalizacja hotelu jest doskonała, zaledwie około 15 minut od lotniska, w okolicy, gdzie znajduje się wiele lokalnych restauracji i sklepów. Pokoje były przestronne w porównaniu z innymi w okolicy. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i dobrej jakości poduszki, które najbardziej mi się podobały. Śniadanie było przyzwoite, duży wybór. Na pewno wrócę tam podczas mojej kolejnej podróży tranzytowej do Kantonu.

Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.

Lokalizacja była dla nas idealna, ponieważ chcieliśmy odwiedzić zarówno Hongkong, jak i Dapeng, a hotel był do tego idealnie położony. Najbardziej doceniłem jednak uprzejmość i pomoc personelu. The hotel is located in the same building as Mercure, sharing the lift lobby but with a separate reception. It is conveniently next to Teemall and directly opposite Beijing Liu. You will never go hungry in this area, as most food shops stay open until around 10 -10:30PM, with some even later. Check-in was very smooth. My friend and I were traveling with her 4yr old daughter, and the hotel thoughtfully provided children’s toothbrushes and slippers. The room is clean and spacious. As soon as you open the door, the sink is right beside it. The shower and toilet bowl are not separated, and the toilet has a sensor that is quite loud. It makes a noise as soon as you sit down and automatically flushes when you are done. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had many parcels, and they located them all just by using the tracking numbers, no hassle at all. I even used the hotel’s mobile number for online shopping on PDD and booking cars via 高德 apps, and the staff responded promptly every time on WeChat. When I had a small issue with a retail purchase, I asked for their help to call the store about a refund or exchange, and they gladly assisted without making me feel troublesome. On checkout day, I considered booking a 6-seater car because of our luggage, but the hotel suggested a taxi with a large boot, which easily accommodated everything. The ride cost 200 yuan, including highway tolls, and the staff even helped weigh and carry our luggage to the car. We were truly grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend staying here. Just keep in mind that bookings open only two months in advance.

so amazing and spectacular, very clean and comfortable, amenities were added provided like toothbrushes and waters. the hotel is very cute and there is a free laundry which is very convenient.

Bardzo podobał nam się nasz pobyt. Od momentu zameldowania dostaliśmy 2 jabłka w świątecznej torbie, ponieważ była Wigilia. Mieliśmy pokój dla niepalących, ale kiedy weszliśmy do pokoju, poczułem zapach papierosa. Zadzwoniłem do recepcji. Natychmiast przenieśli nas do nowego pokoju z widokiem. Sally przysłała trochę owoców robotem, co było bardzo miłe. Pokój jest bardzo czysty, z ogromną łazienką i bardzo czysty. Jedyne, na co mogę narzekać, to dozownik do żelu pod prysznic i szamponu, który bardzo trudno się naciska. Mam nadzieję, że uda się go ulepszyć, wprowadzając dozownik sensoryczny lub naciskowy. Codziennie dostępna jest woda butelkowana i napoje gazowane, a nawet można poprosić o więcej wody butelkowanej, więc nie musimy już kupować. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, wyjście C ze stacji YANNAN znajduje się tuż obok hotelu. Po drugiej stronie ulicy i obok hotelu jest mnóstwo restauracji do wyboru. Śniadania są pyszne, od śniadania kontynentalnego po chińskie. Po południu w lobby można zjeść popcorn i napoje. Oferują również herbatę z mnóstwem ciastek, ale nie próbowaliśmy. Wieczorem serwują również owsiankę. Na 28. piętrze hotelu znajduje się samoobsługowa pralnia z żelazkiem, którą można monitorować w pokoju, co jest bardzo wygodne. Recepcjonistki Sally, Tina i Nacy są bardzo pomocne, co sprawiło, że nasz pobyt był bardzo przyjemny. Gorąco polecam ten hotel mojej rodzinie i znajomym.

I found a new hotel for a business trip, and I just booked the cheapest room. I didn’t expect the front desk to upgrade the sea view room for free. It’s so beautiful. The view in the morning is absolutely amazing. My colleagues said that the hotel I booked this time is not bad. I plan to bring my family next time. This room is on the 27th floor. You can see the coastline. Although there is a building in front of it, it does not affect the sea view. The stay is relatively late, and there is a takeaway to go upstairs. It is convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are complete. If you don’t have mineral water, you can ask again, because you have to go to work. So I came back late and checked out, and the front desk directly helped me delay it to 2 o'clock, which was great.

Great location across street from old city gate. Rooms are nice for the price. Excellent bed and pillows. But management has problems --- at noon check out time, there was only 1 staff to handle all the check in/out and luggage. Also, they cleaned my room even when I had the Do Not Disturb sign turned on -- this is unacceptable! Also, the stupid modern toilet lid kept automatically going up/down with noise, woke me at night. These are easy problems to fix, management needs to fix them.

Room is clean. Location is super strategic, walking distance to the customs. Staff is also very helpful - we ordered a lot of Taobao packages and they helped to search for them and even helped to call the deliveryman when our parcels couldn't be found. That itself is above and beyond their responsibilities. Thank you!
