Our room was being upgraded to a suite, thanks a lot! It was spacious and felt very nice. Though this hotel has no casino and shuttle bus, it is well worth the money. Near to the Oceanus where we can fully utilize their buses. Near to the outer passenger port where buses of almost all casinos come here and one can easily hop on to those buses. Near to the Sands too.
A very pleasure experience staying here. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby too.
Location was the highlight of the hotel - near to a supermarket, about 10-min walk to a delicious halal restaurant (Indian Garden restaurant), about 15-min walk to Taipa village.
Amenities were okay enough but there was limited time (two hours) to use the iron & ironing board. The iron was not working properly so it took a long time to iron just one piece of headscarf.
Service wise - the front desk guy who accommodated us during check-in was quite good in English, so he answered our inquiries well enough. However when we were checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage and asked on how we can get a taxi to the high speed train station but the front desk lady only said “you ask there (pointing at where we should be leaving our luggage)” when we asked at the luggage counter the guy said “you ask there the reception”. So we just decided to look for our own taxi - we were lucky enough a taxi driver was kind enough to wait for us at the designated time.
Overall, it was an okay experience staying at the hotel.
Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację. W pobliżu znajduje się wiele sklepów i restauracji. Blisko Fishermen's Wharf i kasyn.
Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Macau! The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The jacuzzi was a big highlight relaxing, and exactly what you need to unwind. 🛁✨
What really stood out was the staff who can speak Tagalog, which made communication easy and made us feel very welcome as Filipinos. The location is also great, close to key spots and very convenient for getting around Macau.
Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service. Will definitely stay here again!
Spacious and very comfortable room like an apartment with dining area, living room, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet area. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was fine but still very convenient.
房間很大,有一大一小兩個廳,一個大更衣室,獨立廁所、獨立的淋浴間跟浴缸。飯店服務很好,酒店地點雖較偏,不過還是很方便。
Zarezerwowałem dwa pokoje dwuosobowe, jeden za ponad 600, drugi za 700. Ponieważ zarezerwowałem go późno i cena wzrosła w pobliżu May Day, w recepcji powiedziano, że jeden z nich został bezpłatnie przeniesiony do apartamentu.
This mid-range hotel is overall very good. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the towels are changed daily, making them very comfortable to use. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are somewhat outdated, the cost-performance ratio is quite reasonable, and the accommodation experience is satisfying. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.
Pousada Marina Infante is a comfortable and well-located hotel that offers a balanced stay for travelers looking to explore Macau without the overwhelming luxury or crowds of the major casino resorts. Situated on Taipa Island, the hotel enjoys a strategic position close to both cultural attractions and modern entertainment, making it suitable for leisure travelers, short business stays, and first-time visitors to Macau.
One of the hotel’s strongest points is its convenient location. Pousada Marina Infante is within walking distance of Taipa Ferry Terminal, making arrivals from Hong Kong or other nearby regions smooth and stress-free. Popular destinations such as Taipa Village, Cotai Strip casinos, and shopping centers are only a short taxi ride away. Despite its accessibility, the hotel is set slightly away from the busiest areas, offering a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere compared to the large integrated resorts.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. While the design is somewhat traditional and not particularly modern, it provides a comfortable and functional environment. Many rooms offer pleasant views of the marina or surrounding greenery, which adds to the calm ambiance. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works efficiently, and basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and work desks are provided. For travelers who value practicality over luxury, the rooms meet expectations well.
Service at Pousada Marina Infante is generally friendly and professional. The front desk staff are helpful, courteous, and willing to assist with directions, transportation arrangements, or local recommendations. English communication is adequate, which is reassuring for international travelers. Housekeeping maintains a consistent standard, ensuring that rooms remain tidy throughout the stay.
The hotel also features useful facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool and a small gym. While not extensive, these amenities are sufficient for guests who want to relax or stay active during their trip. The on-site restaurant offers a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, suitable for breakfast or a simple meal, though guests seeking more diverse dining options may prefer nearby local eateries or Cotai’s restaurant scene.
Overall, Pousada Marina Infante provides solid value for money in Macau, especially for travelers who prioritize location, comfort, and affordability over extravagant luxury. It is an ideal choice for those planning to explore both Taipa and the main Macau Peninsula, or for visitors who want a peaceful base away from the noise of large casinos. While it may not impress with cutting-edge design or high-end facilities, its reliability, convenience, and calm environment make it a dependable and pleasant place to stay.
The free shuttle from Macau International Airport is very convenient to get to the hotel, and then to Taipa Ferry station on the way back when we had to leave.
The room itself was spotless, zero complaints.
When it comes to the breakfast, we have to choose between Angela's, Stanley's, and Signature Noodles. We didn't have the time to test out Angela's, but I would highly advise going for Stanley's and not Signature Noodles for breakfast, the latter I found a bit lackluster.
Other than that, overall great value for money.

Very Good
WWOW of WorldMy stay at the L'Occitane Hotel in Macau was absolutely fantastic, I have to give it a five-star rating.
The hotel is L'Occitane-themed, and the room design is cozy with a touch of French romance. The aroma details are perfectly executed; stepping into the room immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything exudes a strong French ambiance. The design is exquisite yet warm, and you're greeted by a subtle herbal scent as soon as you enter, instantly putting you at ease and giving you that true vacation feeling.
The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and the decor details were incredibly well-done, with L'Occitane elements visible everywhere. The best part was the toiletries provided in the room – all authentic L'Occitane products with a sophisticated and pleasant scent, making for an excellent bathing experience.
Service was equally outstanding. The front desk and concierge staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was efficient and seamless.
Right downstairs is a large shopping mall with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping, making it perfect for both short getaways and relaxing trips.
The hotel's location might be a bit off the beaten path, but it's only a 5-minute walk to Grand Lisboa.
GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.
MMaggie Sun 9527Every time we renew our child's passport, we stay here. It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. Oh, and the egg tarts in the lobby are absolutely delicious!
DDitiaodehuali130Absolutely loved my stay at Lisboeta Macau! What a pleasant surprise to find the Line Friends themed store there, I immediately started snapping photos, haha! The grand, elegant, and stylish lobby made a strong impression. Their Chinese and Western breakfast options were also fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. I personally preferred the Chinese/Hong Kong style dim sum restaurant; the Hong Kong-style milk tea was seriously amazing! And I adored the borscht and char siu bao – I ate so much in the morning! The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Even though it's an older hotel, it doesn't feel dated at all; the cleanliness and service were both excellent and very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Lisboeta Macau again on my next trip to Macau! ど⚈₃⚈う♡
GGuest UserThis was my second stay, and what a difference! This time around, I was really impressed. The front desk staff were proactively helpful and had a great attitude, which was a huge improvement from my last visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities weren't outdated. The location is excellent if you know your way around – Marina Bay Sands is just across the road, and the dining options at the hotel are a pleasant surprise. The buffet, especially, was such good value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again.
AA LITTIE WATERFor my trip to Macau, Trip.com recommended the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, I found the hotel conveniently located on Beijing Street. The front desk staff and lobby manager were all very attentive and welcoming, truly reflecting the high standard of service you'd expect in a tourist city. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and well-designed, and the room service is excellent. During my stay, I reported some noise from the surroundings, and it was addressed promptly. I was very satisfied with their quick response.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, with cultural landmarks such as the Lotus Square, Dr. Ho Yin Park, Macau Polytechnic University, and Beijing Tong Ren Tang all nearby, offering plenty of options for exploration.
JJiabao1123Took my dad to Macau, and I really appreciate the hotel manager for their thoughtful arrangements. They knew my father doesn't like too much sun, so they assigned us a room with a great view that wasn't exposed to direct sunlight for too long. All the staff in the hotel lobby were so nice. The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient to go anywhere and great for shopping! I'll definitely choose Grand Emperor again.
SShengchengThe hotel's biggest draw is its location – situated on the southern coast of Coloane, it's a real hidden gem, completely removed from Macau's glitz, glamour, and noise. Every room also offers a fantastic sea view experience. Breakfast is mostly Western, but quite varied, and the omelets are especially delicious. The front desk is on the top floor, so you actually go down to your room, which gives it the charming feel of a small boutique hotel abroad. The only minor downside is that some of the facilities are a bit old and possibly a little worn out. A renovation would be a good idea if possible.
Jjunjun11The hotel was clean and spacious, and the staff were all very polite. Room service was also courteous and enthusiastic, which was great. They also offer a shuttle service, which is very convenient. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and public transport like buses and light rail are easily accessible. I'd likely choose this place again next time. However, I personally found the breakfast a bit repetitive. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
YYaya0923Excellent stay! The hotel is centrally located, right next to Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's. It's incredibly convenient, with many bus routes right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The staff are all very friendly and proactive in greeting guests. The facilities have a unique, retro charm; the phone in the room even gives off a vintage Republic of China era vibe. The bedding is comfortable, and the room comes with a bathtub. The mini-bar is well-stocked and everything is complimentary. Breakfast is a set menu, with both Chinese and Western options that change daily. I really enjoyed it – each dish was exquisitely prepared, though it might be a bit light for those with a big appetite. There's also an open-air rooftop bar, which is very pleasant for an evening drink. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau.
