The location is good next to the central bus station. Good health and a few clean. Facilities, service.

Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night but would recommend it . Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. The shower was nice too

Only a one night stay, very modern room . Bathroom clean very poor. Black hair on the floor, cob webs above shower. Towel rail dirty . Toilet brush needs replacing. Very hot room facing to the sun, although fan provided too hot to sleep. Not offered an alternative. No explanation regarding breakfast set up and what to do. Good continental breakfast selection. Person that answered the phone day before said hello . Needs training.

Services and fursilites were great, room on the ground floor also a bonus, very clean warm and cozy. I didn't have any food as i had to be at work for 8 am. The bed was really comfy as i over slept. Very quiet peaceful stay. Staff were great, talked me through everything i needed to know and what to do if i needed anything else.

Service was good Lighting in the room was not good - when you enter a room you expect a light switch to be near the door instead of having to go to the light switches half way into the room next to the bed, even the receptionist was baffled. To get a light on near to the door entrance you have to turn the bathroom light on !!! A socket to the left hand side of the window is fitted sideways !!! The sockets to the right hand side of the dressing table should not be one on top of the other Lots of condensation on the windows therefore dripping due to the aluminium frames

I stayed at The George Hotel in Norwich for a quick overnight stop and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Although I booked a super cheap deal for a single room, I was given a double room which was warm and comfortable. The location is easy to reach and it's about a 15 minute walk to the big shopping area in Norwich. The hotel staff were really attentive and friendly during check in and check out, they certainly made me feel very welcome and I wouldn't mind staying at The George Hotel again. They have an onsite restaurant called The Arlington Bistro which I would like to try as I didn't have a meal there during my stay. In summary, I can definitely recommend this nice, friendly hotel for everyone.

The location is excellent, friendly staff and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and in general a very nice hotel, the swimming pool is big enough buy the water was very cold, in general we had a great experience, I would definitely recommend and book again!

Carpark a little small but you can use next door. Room a little tired with marks on carpet. Quiet room and good sleep. Breakfast included which was good quality, however coffee machine not great.
