„The rooms are what make the place nice and unique. I booked a normal room but once I saw the cave room when I got there I actually asked to change rooms. The attention to detail of a caveman experience was really good. I was impressed with the drawings and they even have outfits on if you want to have some fun and take pics. It is pet friendly with a 200rmb cleaning fee. Super close to the airport - 12 minute drive. There is a burger king, pizza hut and starbucks outside, with some local restaurants as well as a supermarket. This hotel isn't near the city so it just depends what your needs are. The breakfast in the morning I feel could be better. The coffee machine was not the best and the taste was not good. The desserts seemed to have no sugar in it. The local cuisine was good but not many western options. Bread, croissants, omelet, bacon and some fruit mostly. The breakfast area is beautiful. love how they have set it up. The gym has good equipment. The service of the people working there were fantastic.”

Najbardziej imponującym personelem jest pani 葛强芬 w jadalni na 2. piętrze, pracowita w recepcji, szybkie sprzątanie, nalewanie wody do ekspresu do kawy, uzupełnianie jedzenia i sprawdzanie naszych potrzeb. Zostawiłem kurtkę, a ona trzymała ją dla mnie do mojej wizyty następnego dnia. 😍

Guest User#Room#: Very comfortable, perfect for families of three or four with kids. I was traveling with two children and one adult, and my feedback is that we all slept incredibly well and had a great rest. It was quiet and the soundproofing was excellent.
#Cleanliness#: Spotless. The housekeeper cleaned daily, changing sheets, duvet covers, and so on. They even installed bed rails for the kids, which was very thoughtful.
#Breakfast#: A great mix of Chinese and Western options. There were Western choices like pastries, bread, and coffee, alongside Chinese favorites such as steamed buns, 'wowotou' (corn bread), corn, plain congee, millet congee, noodles, vegetables, and eggs. The fruit selection was extensive, and there was juice, milk, and soy milk – a wide and complete variety.
#Dinner#: Noodles, wontons, etc. The kids loved it all. We actually gained a few pounds staying here because the food was so good! We ate well, slept well, and felt relaxed and at ease 😄.
#Service#: The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, thoughtful, and very professional. I would definitely choose to stay at Mercure Shanghai Yu Garden Bund again.
I highly recommend Mercure Shanghai Yu Garden Bund to anyone planning to visit with children~

Guest UserThe room offered a great view, was clean, tidy, and free of any unpleasant odors. There were plenty of shopping malls nearby, and a wide variety of food delivery options. While you need to book the Disney shuttle and Pudong Airport shuttle a day in advance (you can't use them on the day of check-in), the hotel is conveniently located close to both, and taxis are also a very quick and easy option.

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures! The location is perfect, very close to the metro station. We stayed in a two-story (duplex) room as a family, and it was incredibly comfortable and cozy. The window view of ”1000 Trees” and the river was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious
options, and the reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip. Thank you!

As a mid-to-high-end chain under Huazhu Hotels, the hardware, service, and amenities are all excellent. The room's cleanliness and facilities are very good, and you can even see the Oriental Pearl Tower from the room. What truly stands out is the room's incredibly convenient location. It's about a 400-meter walk to The Bund, Nanjing Road is just 100 meters straight ahead when you exit the building, and the nearest subway station is also only 100 meters away. Extremely satisfied!

The hotel's location is a major plus; it's super convenient to get to the Bund, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The downside is that the rooms are very small. Even in an executive family room, there was no proper table or counter to put things on, just a tiny round side table that couldn't hold much. We practically had to put everything on the floor, which was not a great experience. Breakfast was mediocre with limited variety. Honestly, for over 1500, you're mostly paying for the location.

Claire_PanFinding a hotel this time around took ages, and a lot of the reviews I saw weren't great, including other Huazhu hotels. Even though this place had decent reviews and a friend recommended it, I was still a bit nervous before checking in.
**Environment:** The hotel entrance felt a little cramped, but once inside, it instantly felt comfortable. The light, minimalist style is exactly what I like. The room layout was also very pleasant; the lighting and space were both great.
**Facilities:** The room had a coffee machine ☕ which was very convenient, and a fridge (with soft drinks inside). The lobby also had water brewed by the hotel itself.
**Hygiene:** Very clean! This was my biggest concern, and I gave it a thorough look-over as soon as I entered.
**Service:** I was genuinely impressed with the service this time. Staff members would actively approach and ask if I needed anything if we made eye contact, always with a smile. The cleaning lady even politely greeted me with a 'Good morning' as I left my room and asked, 'May I clean the room now?'
Just a minor point: the front desk staff said the room they arranged had a better view (facing the golf course), but all I saw was a messy rooftop 🤣. However, it was quiet, which was a plus and didn't affect my overall satisfaction.
**Food:** The breakfast selection was quite comprehensive, covering Chinese and Western styles, coarse grains, fine noodles, and fruits. If you're not looking for steak for breakfast, it's perfectly adequate for a regular meal (didn't get a full photo, but there's also a coffee machine and toaster 🍞).

Had a great stay, and they even upgraded my room! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was huge. The overall facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The garden environment was very pleasant. The service was also excellent, and breakfast could be delivered to the room. All the staff were very enthusiastic. I forgot their names, but I definitely have to mention the front desk guy today – he was especially helpful! I'll come again next time.

The breakfast is good, and the view from the Sky Palace on the top floor is beautiful. There were only two bottles of water in the room, and a note indicated an additional charge of 2 yuan for each extra bottle. This practice feels a bit odd, as even smaller hotels usually provide an ample supply of bottled water.

Guest UserWhen planning a trip to Huinan, I confidently chose this Heyi Tang Hotel. The overall experience was truly delightful. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Line 16 Huinan Station, making it convenient for shopping and daily commutes. What was particularly thoughtful was the hotel’s provision of free shuttle buses that can transport guests to and from Disneyland, the Wildlife Park, Haichang Ocean Park, and Pudong Airport, eliminating the hassle of taking taxis during outings.
The front desk staff were friendly and meticulous, and the check-in and check-out processes were highly efficient. The rooms were clean and bright, with full-house smart voice control. The bedding was soft and breathable, and the room’s soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom had a separation between wet and dry areas, and the hot water pressure was stable and plentiful. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a fully self-service breakfast, warm evening snacks even late at night, a free laundry facility, a gym, and a large children’s play area. Additionally, there was a free foot soak bucket available to alleviate travel fatigue. This hotel offers exceptional value for money, making it suitable for both family outings and business trips. If I were to visit Huinan again, I would choose this place.

Guest UserThis photo was taken after our first day, and the room was cleaned spotless! This was our first time staying at an Orange Hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were on the 15th floor, right by the elevator, but it was incredibly quiet! We couldn't hear a sound from outside the window or in the hallway. We booked a king-sized room, and the space was huge. We had two large suitcases and two smaller ones, and even with them all open, there was still plenty of room left! The pillows were also very comfortable, likely memory foam. Their service was excellent too; we had a lot of packages delivered, and they patiently found them all and even brought them to our room. The only minor downside is that the hotel is located between two subway stations, making it a bit of a walk. This was one of the most comfortable hotels we've ever stayed in. We'll definitely come back here next time we're in Shanghai.
