Really nice design hotel, good location, spa is nice, staff are helpful as we requested a queen size bed online but they given us a 2 single bed, they changed it back to us.  The front desk wall picture is a bit uncomfortable and it’s like they are staring at you 😅Shower room water is keep leaking out, the bed and pillows are a bit soft, other than that, overall are ok.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious with everything needed. The different swimming pool spaces are top. Mini golf courses, billiards, beach volley, really everything needed to spend a good holiday. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very comfortable and comfortable.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

If you want a quiet accommodation, it is the best choice ~ It's a great place to stay if you're only on a schedule for one day and relax.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

It's 10 minutes from the airport and close to Palma City, so the location is very good. Because it's the sea in front, you can also watch the sea for breakfast I did yoga every morning while watching the sun rise on the terrace, and I was so happy that I could drink wine while listening to the sound of the waves on the terrace in the evening. The swimming pool is very small and the surrounding beach is so beautiful that I didn't use it. It was like an old building, but it was clean and the food was delicious. The bed and bedding were great, and above all, it was spacious and had two closets, so it was enough to use with friends. I was able to lie on the bed and see the sea right away. But the next room and the terrace are really close and you have to be careful because they look like they're all together. There is no parking lot, but the front desk staff kindly guided me so I could park well in the free parking area. If you go to Google navigation, you will be informed of the wrong road (the seaside road that cannot be driven by car), so you must enter the road outside one block from the seaside. Free parking area is easy to find around the hotel. It was a hotel I found in a hurry just before my trip, but it was a very satisfying stay.

I stayed at THB Los Molinos Adults Only for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect — right by the sea with a beautiful view from the room. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing — perfect for couples or anyone looking to unwind. Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway in Ibiza! 🌅✨

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, though it was the same every day. I can't comment on dinner as we only had breakfast, but we did eat at the hotel twice and had no complaints. The pools are relatively good, although the rooftop pool isn't deep enough (1 meter) and there aren't enough sun loungers across both pools; not enough space for everyone. However, the biggest downside was the rooms, or at least ours. The air conditioning vents had mold on them. The shower tray was broken in places, and the water temperature was very inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, which was very unpleasant. We didn't have a terrace, so we couldn't dry our swimsuits and towels. As for the walls, there was absolutely no sound insulation; we could hear everything happening in other rooms as well as the noise in the corridors. The hotel is next to the airport, so there's airplane noise, but it's bearable. The surrounding area isn't bad, with plenty of restaurants and shops.
