Très bon hôtel, récent, doté de prestations et d’un personnel de grande qualité. Je recommande sans réserve.

On est resté une nuit dans cet hôtel et c’était vraiment super ! La piscine était propre et agréable, parfait pour se détendre. Le personnel est très sympa, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Franchement rien à dire, une très bonne expérience, je recommande !

Represented good value for money. Room was well equipped with its own mini kitchen. Good sized bathroom, especially by French standards. We were a little disappointed by breakfast as item replenishment was very slow and choice not as good as other Odalys Hotels, although maybe because demand for breakfast was lower.

The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

* If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient. The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals. The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind. Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse.

Petit hôtel discret avec du personnel sympathique. Chambre confortable dans l’ensemble. Pour l’accès au chambre l’ascenseur était fermée donc accès par un escalier mais devant la porte beaucoup de déchets c’est dommage . Porte maintenue avec des extincteurs …. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Séjour plutôt agréable mais des points sont à revoir selon moi. Commençons par le positif: suite spacieuse, équipement présent, piscine entretenue régulièrement et personnel très agréable. Les points négatifs: pas de restaurant, seulement des frigos mis à disposition avec des plats préparés mais très peu élaborés et très peu de choix. La terrasse n’est plus accessible en soirée, vous êtes obligés de sortir de l’hôtel. Et peut-être la localisation, trop éloignée de la gare mais ça vous n’y pouvait rien. Le ménage est fait mais avec négligence: tache sur les draps blancs, cheveux….) Ça reste un très bon hôtel que je recommande dans l’ensemble mais si les points énoncés plus haut sont davantage travaillés, il pourrait devenir excellent. Pour le moment, on peut trouver mieux au même prix sur Montpellier.

Понравилось обслуживание в отеле, сотрудники на ресепшене и горничные доброжелательные, отзывчивые, нацелены на помощь и поддержку, местоположение отеля отличное - пляжи рядом, рестораны вокруг, рядом аренда велосипедов. В номере было тихо. Вайфай стабильный. Красивый закат из окна) На балконе стол и 2 стула - можно и сушить вещи, и завтракать с красивыми видами. Этаж 4. Понравилась идея с электрическими жалюзи. Удобная кровать.
