Niet snel zal ik zo positief schrijven over ons verblijf, dit op basis van een verblijf van 2 nachten. Gewoon prettig aangenaam. Het restaurant was erg goed, en paste per persoon, naar de persoonlijke smaak gerechten nog wat aan. Ontbijtpakket was klaar gemaakt, omdat we om 06.00 uur al vertrokken. Suggestie: de frisdranken gekoeld zou mooi zijn (ijsklontjes waren weliswaar wel aangeboden). In de kamer aan het lange bureau langs de muur graag 1 of 2 stopcontacten om je laptop en dergelijke op aan te kunnen sluiten.

Hotel was quite nice. We had a superior room which was fine. Room keeping daily which was fine too. We booked included breakfast and diner. Food was fine but overpriced. Location is in construction area so expect some construction sound. Staff is very kind. Would recommend!

Obsługa przy zameldowaniu i wymeldowaniu była w porządku. Czystość pokoju mogłaby być lepsza, jeśli chodzi o pościel i poduszki. Toaleta była w porządku. Używałem jej tylko do spania i spędzania dnia poza domem. Nie jestem specjalnie wybredny, ale hotel ma wiele do zaoferowania. Śniadanie było dobre. Po prostu większy wybór. Drugiego dnia mieliśmy idli w porównaniu z pierwszym. Było w formie bufetu.

Хороший отель со своим бассейном, чистыми номерами и доброжелательным сервисом. Помогли вызвать такси в аэропорт. Из минусов - не очень разнообразный завтрак, но можно найти, что поесть. С точки зрения локации отель далеко от всей движухи и достопримечательностей. Если вы хотите посещать ашрамы, гулять по рынкам и брать уроки йоги, то лучше брать отели рядом или за мостом Там Джула. Или от этого отеля на рикше за 100 рупий до него можно доехать

NNitinGargCAThe location of the property is excellent — you can reach Laxman Jhula within 5 minutes by walking, which makes it very convenient. The serving staff was also polite and helpful. However, we faced a couple of issues during our stay. Five days before arrival, we had specifically checked with the hotel whether early check-in would be possible, and they confirmed that it would be arranged. Based on that assurance, we even planned to extend our stay for another day. However, when we reached the property, none of the staff initially acknowledged this confirmation. The person attending us said he would check with the staff and mentioned that otherwise we might need to pay extra for early check-in. Later, when the manager arrived, he did acknowledge that the earlier conversation had happened but mentioned that no rooms were available, which was quite surprising given the prior confirmation. In the meantime, since Laxman Jhula was nearby, we went to the Ganga ghat and spent some time there, and eventually they arranged the room. Another disappointing aspect was that outside food was strictly not allowed. They were even reluctant to provide cutlery for outside food, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Overall, while the location is great and staff is courteous, the communication regarding early check-in and the strict outside food policy affected our experience.

RRaviprakash KarcherlaAfter 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

GGuest Userone of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

SS30I am from Suriname, South America. Had an amazing experience at Ganga Lahiri. We were welcomed in a typical Indian style. And guided by a Pundit for evening Ganga Aarti. The rooms are huge with sufficient storage space & authentic ancient touch. Very clean. Breakfast is included & excellent. Live music during dinner time. Very good vibes.
