Tym razem podczas mojej podróży pojawił się nieoczekiwany problem. Mój syn zachorował na zapalenie żołądka i jelit w nocy, a hotel pomógł nam wezwać karetkę pogotowia do szpitala i uważnie śledzić nasz przypadek. Ostatecznie wyzdrowiał w ciągu 1-2 dni po zażyciu leków, a personel hotelu nadal monitoruje nasz przypadek.
Chciałbym skorzystać z okazji i podziękować całemu personelowi hotelu, a zwłaszcza recepcji, za wsparcie.
Zdecydowanie poleciłbym ten hotel każdemu, kto chciałby odwiedzić Kobe.
Dzięki
Review of The Royal Park Canvas Kobe
I recently stayed at The Royal Park Canvas Kobe and found it to be a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Kobe Chinatown is close by, and iconic spots like the “Be Kobe” monument and Kobe Tower are within a pleasant 25-minute walk. The Kitano Ijikan district is also easily reachable on foot.
The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out through machines, with front desk staff standing by if assistance is needed. My room had a relatively large bathroom, which added to the comfort. The buffet breakfast was not bad, and a fun highlight was the free ice cream available from 8pm to 10pm.
A thoughtful touch is the presence of two donation bins where travellers can drop off unwanted clothing—an environmentally friendly and community-minded initiative.
Overall, The Royal Park Canvas Kobe is a well-located, comfortable stay with nice little touches that enhance the experience.
Quite a nice hotel. Accessible to places via walking. The room is clean and comfortable.
Daily changing of towels and bath robes is provided (may not be that environmental friendly).
It will be good to provide a few hangers 😊
Otherwise, it's been a pleasant stay in the hotel.
Absolutely loved my stay at this ryokan! The traditional Japanese room made for a truly memorable night. Room is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were so warm and accommodating. Amazingly it also included is an all-day pass to the seven public onsens and free shuttle bus (every half an hour from the ryokan). Ryokan is just a short walk from the JR station and Kinosaki itself is such a quaint, charming town, and staying here really completed the experience! Highly recommended!
The location is perfect, with a walkable distance to the JR station and shopping street. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. We could see the Himeji castle from our room. We really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended!
For muslim travellers, this hotel is just located near Kobe mosque (5-7 min walk) and Sannomiya stn, halal restaurants, and grocery stores. Room is nice, clean, and right size. Reception front desk staff are very polite and accommodative. You can borrow an umbrella if you need one. Looking fwd to stay here again.
The hotel room is very lovely. Do take advantage of the cheaper overnight parking at the hotel if you are driving. I parked elsewhere and the overnight parking fee is more than parking at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is simple but very delicious. The service is also very good. The hotel is also a participating hotel for the luggage delivery service. It saved me from the backaches of carrying the luggage by myself.

Great
GGuest UserOverall, it's pretty good, a comfortable chain hotel.
Don Quijote is directly opposite the hotel, which is really convenient for picking up little things. The big subway station isn't very close, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might want to reconsider, otherwise you'll be dragging it across a lot of cobblestones, and your hands will get pretty sore.
The hotel's location is probably in a bustling area. After 8 PM, there are many local 'energetic' young guys around, some drinking until 3 or 4 AM. The soundproofing isn't great, so if you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend it. Behind the hotel are various local pubs, which can get very noisy at night.
This is my second time in Kobe, and I'll definitely come back again, it's so beautiful!
GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and there was plenty of space for one person. The window could be opened slightly, which was nice. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Daimaru Department Store, and there are several convenient stores nearby. The hotel breakfast is served at the restaurant next door and is excellent value for money at just 30 RMB. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
XXinqingtianThis hotel offers incredible value for money! The environment is lovely, and it's spotlessly clean. The staff are all so welcoming and enthusiastic. You can easily walk to both the beach and the shopping area. Plus, the rooms are really spacious. Definitely a highly recommended place!
SShanqiqianchunWe used this hotel as a base for our trip to Amagasaki. It was close to the station and had all the necessary amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay.
It was a good memory to travel with my family.
Access to Hanshin Amagasaki was just a short bus ride away, so there were no problems.
The hotel staff were also very friendly.
As is common in hotels, it was very dry, but the air purifier provided was clean and we used it without hesitation.
FFairyflossPerfect quiet onsen resort to unwind and relax. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight and buffet breakfast offered a great variety. Onsen is not too big, not crowded during our stay but probably will if it gets busy. The room was a decent size with good air conditioning and being away from the busy streets made for a peaceful stay. The only downside was the bathtub leaked whenever we showered. Free parking is available, though it’s located underneath the property so it’s best to drop off your bags first if you have a lot of luggage.
MMeishuixingyeThe staff were all very friendly, and the view was also excellent with great facilities. The only downside was that the hotel room was too small; once you opened a suitcase, it was impossible to move around, especially with two suitcases, which was quite a hassle. Downstairs, there's a subway station and a shopping street, which is very convenient, but it can also be quite noisy due to the subway.
SShaneWangTraditional hotel with amazing beauty. The reception was super friendly and helpful with our check in as well as bringing our car to the designated car park. Parking was included in our hotel price too. Walkable distance to all the onsens in the area, and they provide all the neccessary uniforms and towels as well. Amazing stay. One of the best I've stayed in Japan.
ちちょこたるとLocated close to the station, with department stores, hot springs, and walking paths all within walking distance, you can enjoy yourself all day long without having to travel far. Because it was a day off for the main theater, there were few guests, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, making for a very comfortable stay.
GG-AVWe had a great 1 night stay at this hotel!
This was a wonderful experience! Although we only spent 1 night here, as this was meant to be an overnight stop between cities in our travel road trip, this left such a good impression on us, that we would like to come back to Akashi just to stay in this hotel again.
The architecture and the hotel design is very cool, 50's kind of vibe, but it's new of course.
The hotel has a club lounge where we could unwind after the drive with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol, and all was free and unlimited.
The room was super spacious and designed nicely, with a huge hot tube jacuzzi, and since we took the ocean view room, the view overlooking the ocean and bridge was just breath-taking 👌
The breakfast was just right, and they totally accommodated my meal requests and accomplished to have a very good result...
5 stars here and I would totally want to come back!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a somewhat remote area on a mountain, but they offer a shuttle service. We called the hotel from the visitor center, and a car arrived within minutes. Since we had stayed at another onsen hotel the previous night with luggage storage, we asked the driver if he could take us to collect our luggage before checking into Arima Princess Hotel. He readily agreed. The service was excellent. The hotel has indoor red bath (lighter) and silver bath, but unfortunately, there's no open-air bath. They also took us to the station when we left.
