4-Star hotele w: Kentucky, United States

„第二次入住，來了這麼多次沒有踩過雷，非常不錯 去機場很方便 酒店乾淨整潔 就是房間不是很大 早餐有點一般，還是老味道。 就是皇冠假日的正常品質”

„沒有拖鞋、牙刷牙膏，這些需要自帶，其他的都有的，服務也很好，房間有叫餐服務，還有咖啡機和熨衣板”

„Very outdated hotel; would not recommend unless you are looking for old time feel.”

„It’s a relatively new hotel/casino. The room is clean and new. The bed is pretty comfortable. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to downtown. So it’s quite convenient. Will stay here again”

„Amazing hotel. Great location. Staff friendly, our room’s view was that of the Mohammed Ali museum, which was really nice! Walking distance from the slugger museum”

„Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.”

„”Exceptional Stay at the Galt House Hotel - A Louisville Gem!” I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and elegant ambiance set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The location of the Galt House is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Louisville with breathtaking views of the Ohio River. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the grand, modern decor that beautifully blends the hotel’s historic charm with contemporary elegance. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Louisville. It’s not just a place to stay—it's an experience you won’t want to miss! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)”
