Hotele Hot Springs w: Henan, China

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

朋友推薦來的，果然絕絕子！酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務很温馨熱情，辦理入住很迅速，主動推薦了當地好吃的 好玩的地方，還送了小朋友零食 糖果，基本上有求必應，主要是房價也實惠，停車方便，地上地下停車場都有，不用擔心停車問題，門口就是充電樁，快充慢充都有，温泉水絕對正宗，洗完澡皮膚光光滑滑的，住的很滿意，已經推薦朋友們了，下次還會再來的

Room was clean and the view was just as nice as expected. English skills of the employees are very limited but communication works out as everyone was doing their best :-) When you have an issue like 4 people will try to take care of it. The A/C on our room didn't work (the fridge also didn't work) and the employees and ourself spent like 1-2h in total but haven't been able to fix it. The next day they tried again and in the end we changed the room. Gym is great but external I guess so you have to bring your own towel otherwise they charge 20 RMB (but in China nobody uses towels anyway). It also closes at 08:30pm which is a pity. Breakfast is okay but ends at 09:30am which is pretty early as well o.O You can walk to Zhongyue temple, there are small restaurants around and the view is great so we liked the location. The best aspect of the hotel is the friendly employees.

園區整體很好，很適合親近大自然。接駁車也很到位，每個服務員都很熱情，房間床上用品衞生乾淨，物品齊全，房間地面衞生很仔細，服務態度好。園區設施齊全，電影院，咖啡館，温泉體驗也不錯，池子很多，餐食也好吃，能點餐送到房間裏，還有燒烤:-）。晚上🈶篝火晚會，氛圍很好，很開心！體驗很棒，下次還會來體驗

Very close to attraction, right next to Gulou night market. Hotels are clean, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only concern is they gave us a smoking room as we had reserved a non-smoking room, they swapped rooms for us immediately. The hotel has washing machines for residents free to use. Overall, very impressive for the service and good quality, clean room

The facilities are quite good including Swimming Poor, bath poor, and GYM room. But the air conditioner is quite noisy. Water from faucet in the bathroom is very small. Breakfast is just OK with less choice and without coffee machines for coffee.

Pracownicy sprzątania w naszym podwórku byli mili i bardzo pomocni, a człowiek na recepcji my też się z nimi zajęliśmy. Było oczywiste, że pracownicy ciężko pracują, aby zrobić wszystko, biorąc pod uwagę warunki hotelu i spa. Ale hotel i spa są zmęczone i obie lokalizacje potrzebują podnoszenia twarzy. Na przykład, basen i otoczenie naszego pokoju były odbarwione, jak ściana przy drzwiach, i widać luźne druty, a wszystkie rośliny podwórkowe umierały. Hotel dzielnica społeczna od recepcji była niepełnosprawna. Basen spa złamał i odbarwił płytki, z mnóstwem liści w wodzie i śluzami były zamknięte. Oba mogą być świetne z inwestycjami.

The environment and service are absolutely worth the price. It's adjacent to a 5A scenic area, and the service and facilities are also 5A-level. The hotel is very new and can be considered a small tourist attraction. The private hot spring is incredibly relaxing; the moment you jump in, you'll forget all your worries and immerse yourself in the comfort of a natural private hot spring. Five-star recommendation, everyone should try it! 😁

這次入住民宿的體驗真的太棒了！從踏入民宿的那一刻起，就感受到了滿滿的熱情。房間佈置得温馨又舒適，每一個細節都能看出老闆的用心。老闆還貼心地給我們推薦了周邊的美食和景點，讓我們的旅行更加豐富多彩。在這裏住，就像回到了家一樣，原本以為價格這麼便宜的民宿，條件可能會一般，但是住進來之後真的讓我大吃一驚。房間不僅乾淨整潔，而且佈置得很温馨，床也很舒服。民宿的設施也很完善，空調、電視、熱水器等一應俱全。服務態度也很好，有什麼問題都能及時解決。總之，這次入住體驗非常好，性價比超高

超級好，完全超預期！回家路過洛陽，想着逛逛龍門石窟，就近幾家店裡看這家店圖片很不錯又最便宜、就決定來試試，沒想到這麼好🥰首先服務很好、真誠熱情周到，其次裝修、硬件設施也比同價格的全季之類的精緻講究，關鍵早餐出品也很用心、這就很不容易了！早餐品種不算多，但是樣樣用心，能吃出來選材好以及烹飪的用心，我這個嘴挑的人都能吃飽吃好光盤、這個憑良心説很不容易，不像現在很多店粗製濫造充數的多、可入口的少，早餐的誠意真的把我感動到了，當即決定一定要給店家認真點評一下。我們全家都愛出遊，每年上到亞特蘭蒂斯瑰麗悦榕莊下到橘子水晶之類的各種酒店住得很多，像這家性價比這麼高還絕對水準做到這個程度的很少見，真心好評真誠推薦！
