„This place is located in the village mountain where we can explore the village conveniently especially during early morning and evening where almost all people have already gone down the mountain which is quite peaceful and less crowded. Guests can also go up the mountain by cable car for free and get to the lobby by a small coach service. Hotel staff are helpful and always share useful information via WeChat. Just one advice, more various vegetables for breakfast should be added to make the meal more appealing.”

„1. 設施：十幾年前的老式五星級木製風，有陽台對着山景，鳥鳴陣陣更顯清幽。不能按新酒店標準（比如電動沖洗馬桶）來要求，但是有茶具這點很贊。主樓高級大床房住的還算舒服。4月出頭，外面10幾度，中央空調不能調製冷衹能制熱，開着空調室內飆到24度，睡覺衹能把空調關了開着陽台窗。 2. 温湯：主樓直連温泉中心，酒店住客可多次進出，維景的湯池最大優勢就是依山而建的户外湯池，泡湯+賞景+呼吸新鮮空氣，池子各有特色，池邊還有自助涼/熱飲，個人偏愛熱紅糖薑茶。小朋友最愛山頂的無邊泳池，能游泳，能眺望遠處雲霧繚繞的山景（這兩天下雨）。當然，房內浴缸也是温泉入户。泳衣忘帶可以去外面超市買（步行5分鐘），酒店內最便宜的泳衣99元。 3.服務：滿分，客房服務員還送了暖心紙條和酸奶。 4.餐飲：剛到時雨很大就在酒店中餐廳吃午飯，中規中矩的五星級酒店價格和口感，不下雨可以步行去鎮上吃，外賣也很方便，反而是外賣吃到了正宗的富硒米飯，一盒被我們一大兩小全部瓜分完畢。”

„We spent beautiful holidays. Location is nice: near the river, 5 min from beautiful lake, 15 minutes from cute town Wentang. Personal is very kind, always ready to help. Me miss only dining room to have breakfast there. If you are agree to eat in your room, personal organize it for you. We warmly recommend.”

„Stayed here in end Oct. A very beautiful homestay and excellent service. Reception staff was extremely patient and helpful with our enquiries. Welcome fruits & drinks, disposable tub cover, bath salt sachet, disposable towels and laundry detergent sachets were provided in the room. We can even enjoy a free movie using the projector in the room. Location is very near to Likeng Village and row of eateries along the main road. There is also a convenience store nearby that opens till late. You can buy dried chrysanthemum 皇菊 in beautiful individual sachets from them as souvenirs for RMB3 each. The only downsides were the bed was not so comfortable and the breakfast spread was very limited and the food not warm enough.”

„”Living amidst human habitation, yet free from the noise of carriages and horses.” This was my first impression of the hotel—quiet and tranquil. This environment perfectly aligned with our family's travel philosophy: sleeping in until we naturally wake up, avoiding intensive walking and sightseeing. It was our first time visiting Lushan, and we were completely unfamiliar with the scenic area. We originally planned to park at the North Gate and head up the mountain, but thankfully, after contacting the owner, we discovered that we could drive directly to the hotel. This was incredibly convenient for those who had already traveled a long way and were about to take a bus up the mountain. (Actually, we only found out the next day on the mountain that it was a 50-minute bus ride to the first stop, Xiaotianchi, with over a hundred winding roads—we couldn't handle that! We were so glad the hotel was at the foot of the mountain.) The hotel is located inside the Lushan East Gate Visitor Center, within the San Die Quan Scenic Area. Nestled at the foot of the Five Old Peaks, surrounded by mountains, it's incredibly peaceful. The courtyard is large and offers a lot of activities, including artificial hills, fountains, ponds, lawns, terraces, viewing platforms, and panoramic rooftop terraces—perfect for children's play. Sitting by the small pond in the backyard, I had a panoramic view of the Five Old Men Peaks. During my three-day trip to Lushan, I spent most of my time enjoying the scenery from the hotel, which seemed to make the trip even better. The room was very spacious, and the most pleasant surprise was the two huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a large balcony. From the outside, I observed that the other rooms also had their own unique layouts. As for dining, the breakfast was quite good, but lunch and dinner required some errands, unless you're spending the day in the scenic area. We drove to town to get two meals, which only took less than ten minutes; there are many restaurants near the East Gate. However, if you want to try more food, you can go to Lushan city center. It's only a 20-minute drive from the hotel to the city center. We went to a highly recommended restaurant, Lao Jiu Guotie (Old Nine Potstickers), which was listed on the best food list. The barbecue and specialty dishes were delicious, and they close before 9 pm, so go early. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the North Gate. When we arrived at noon on our second day, the parking lot was full, but if you walk back a little, you'll find a temporary parking lot made from an abandoned airport, which is very convenient and worth considering. During the three-day May Day holiday, the traffic on the entire mountain road was very light, making it convenient to get from the hotel to any direction. Before leaving, we even had a meal in Lushan city, as it's easier to get back to Wuhan via the highway from there. On Lushan, excluding travel time, we only spent about three hours exploring, visiting the Lushan Conference Site and the waterfall. If you want to see more, go up and down early, as waiting in line for the bus can be quite time-consuming. We spent five hours on the mountain, visited Guanyin Bridge, and Lushan city – we were a bit spontaneous. Traveling is essentially about experiencing life in a different place, and since it's about living, comfort is paramount. That's why I'm always careful when choosing hotels, comparing hotel photos with user photos to avoid being ripped off. This time, we didn't make a mistake; the Ancient Luxury Secret Realm truly lived up to its name. The interior design, with its dark wood and white stone, combines ancient charm with understated luxury – simple yet sophisticated. The hotel's facade is quite large, providing excellent natural light and expansive views, with no other modern buildings obstructing the view from its elevated position. In the evening, you can truly experience the tranquility of ”sitting facing the moon over the eastern mountains, its gentle shadow falling into my arms.” For travelers seeking leisure, peace, and serenity, this is a highly recommended experience!”

„We stay in the family loft suite that is quite far from the actual hot springs place. The room itself is very nice and clean. but it's old. They have shuttle bus service from the room to the hot springs place. The hot springs are not only open for hotel guests but also for outside guests who purchase tickets to use the facility. They have so many outside hot springs pools which was nice. It can get very crowded and you don't feel relaxed when there are so many people around you. For the premium price I paid, I was expecting more than this, so we decided to change the booking to one night instead of two.”

„設施：乾淨，温泉水很燙，也舒服，浴缸很大，淋浴浴缸都在陽台，乾濕分離。 衞生：乾淨 環境：在古井附近，停車方便，也免費，有室內空間，不怕淋雨。 在裏面溜達很舒服，還能10r泡腳，35r按摩。吃也不貴，就是沒看明白，買米，不含硒也也要38一包，含硒的有60一包也有80一包。那個温泉水一桶要20，這個品牌在南昌酒店配的都沒有那麼貴啊😂 我是冤大頭嗎？”

„we stay for 2 night & enjoyed a hit spring bathtub. So far it services met our expectations from breakfast to Gym. We bought a ticket for hot spring at discounted rate as gently advised by receptionist. It was a good highlight ^^. The location was very good with 13 mins walking distance to centre of local market. Surprisingly, next to the hotel, there was a very good Chinese Food Shop. Holiday Inn worthy revisit in cold season.”
