I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. A stay worth repeating أقمت في فندق FM7 ريزورت – مطار جاكرتا وكانت تجربة ممتازة من جميع النواحي. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والغرف واسعة ومريحة، والمرافق رائعة خصوصًا المسبح والسبا. لكن ما يميز الفندق فعلاً هو الخدمة الاستثنائية. كان الموظفون Randy و Cyndi و Aulia في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، ساعدوني بكل ابتسامة وقدموا خدمة تفوق التوقع. أنصح بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق خاصة للقادمين أو المغادرين عبر المطار. تجربة تستحق التكرار

Very spacious room. However, room was along to main road and rather noisy at night for a light sleeper. Dinner option at restaurant does not meet expectation Was told that there is no ayam and bebuk.. This morning at 5.30am, when i wanted to return room key, staff was not enthusiastic in assisting me. He was busy meddling with incoming flowers.

Good options for short/ overnight layover in the airport. The capsule is very comfortable and more than enough for 1 person + the stuff (if you're backpacking). Other than that they also provide lockers that include slippers and a towel. (!) They don't have a large table/ space to unpack/repack your stuff. (!) They only provide a USB plug in the capsule, but you can borrow a cable from the receptionists. I used the power bank as the intermediate as I needed to charge my watch & iphone (!) The capsule door is made of plastic, not really firm. Sometimes you can hear neighbors' snoring or people checking in/checking out

The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. MMega.worder in family room application, when I got to the receptionist said there were no rooms, only deluxe, told me to choose cancel refund, or just accept deluxe room. no way to choose cancel after 3 hours of travel. no refund compensation for the difference in room, even though I have paid in full. report in the application room number is different from the real one. please hotel management fix it.
