Hotel jest wiekowy, z ogólnie przeciętną obsługą. Nie mam nic szczególnego do zarzucenia. Nie można jednak oczekiwać niesamowitych usług. Kilka ważnych rzeczy: 1. nie ma kawy ani wody w pokoju (co jest dość powszechne w większości hoteli w dzisiejszych czasach). 2. Trzeba przejść przez kasyno, aby dostać się do basenu (nie pozwalają też na wnoszenie butelek z wodą z zewnątrz na basen). 3. Teren kasyna jest trochę ciemny i wygląda staro. 4. Nie ma miejsca, aby tymczasowo zaparkować i się zameldować. Oczywiście można skorzystać z parkingu, ale jeśli chcesz skorzystać z bezpłatnego, samodzielnego parkowania, będziesz musiał przenieść cały bagaż z garażu, przechodząc przez most, zjechać schodami ruchomymi/windą, przejść przez teren kasyna, aż do recepcji, aby się zameldować. Alternatywnie, możesz zameldować się samodzielnie w automacie bez przechodzenia przez recepcję. 5. Klimatyzacja jest również trochę wiekowa. Trudno ustawić temperaturę, tylko w trybie High-Medium-Low. 6. Wybór restauracji jest również bardzo ograniczony. Zazwyczaj przechodzimy przez ulicę do innych hoteli, żeby znaleźć lepsze restauracje. Podsumowując: hotel trochę stary, z przeciętną obsługą.

Excellent room! New, clean, wonderful view, loved the shower, bright, coffee bar, water, and comfy beds. A+ for the room. Service was also excellent! Everyone from check-in desk, waitress at pool, and baggage was very helpful and welcoming. Would not recommend Crossroads restaurant. Bad service and the food was so salty. The Alle Lounge on 66 was great. The main pool was a bit cramped, private pool was small and also cramped, infinity pool there is no where to sit unless you pay for it and would have but it was already 4:30. Overall fantastic hotel and would stay there again!

THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS AMIABLE, UNDERSTANDING & WELCOMING. THE ROOM WAS COZY ENOUGH TO SLEEP FOR HOURS WHILE SICK. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND IT WON'T BE MY LAST.

We have got downgraded from a one bedroom villa to a studio room when check-in and as this is a timeshare property so there’ll be sales trying to lure you into their sales presentation during the check-in process. On the service side, the service provided is very basic like a Holiday Inn Express with no daily housekeeping. The hot spring which suppose to be the main attractive part of the resort (as they’re one of the few with natural hot spring from Lake Tahoe area) turns out to be a very simple pool and it’s far away from the accommodation area which take a bit of walk outdoor without shelter. Finally, the resort is 30mins away from the main Lake Tahoe area so it’s a bit inconvenient for guests visiting the Tahoe for other activities than the resort. In summary, I would not recommend this accommodation as there’s definitely a lot of better options in similar price range.

The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town.
