Overall Impression: A wonderful hotel with great value, thanks to its prime location, exceptional service, and unique complimentary amenities. Highlights Location & Staff:The location was very convenient. The staff deserves special mention for their genuine hospitality and valuable local advice. Free Activities:Enjoyed the creative bead stringing, the relaxing complimentary afternoon tea, and the stunning sea views from the rooftop. Room Aesthetics:The room was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. A highly satisfying experience that I would gladly repeat.

The unit is spacious with good sound-proofing, the kitchen is quite complete and Walmart is just a few blocks away so cooking during our stay went smoothly which made it very enjoyable! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and even though we didn’t have time to use it, the gym looks well-equipped. Not to mention the people who are very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was great and we had a fabulous time.

I will start with the positive and say that the resort is located on a hill facing the sea and some mountains so I was happy that I had a good view from my room window. The balcony was an added bonus, but although I went for a deluxe double room, there was nothing deluxe about it! I stayed in 3 & 4 star hotels in China that they were not much different than this room I was given. The staff were very polite and accommodating, but most of them had very little English or no English at all - had to use a translation app or repeat/rephrase a few times (Chinese & English are the spoken languages according to the website). The wifi is very weak so I kept using my own mobile data. The rooms are not sound insulated so I kept hearing the banging of nearby doors and people passing or stalling/talking along the corridor. In a nutshell, the amenities and service offered do not compare to the experience I had at Hilton hotels elsewhere. It is definitely not good value for money. Disappointing.

It was very nice and quiet. Close to the beach and restaurants were just across the street. Golden pebble beach was 5 mins walk away. I wonder why Golden Pebble beach isn’t so lively on Dragon Boar festival. There were things to do but the shops near the beach never opened. But it was okay as we enjoyed just taking a walk and we liked that it wasn’t so crowded. Can hang near the beach at night in peace. Maybe buy some fireworks and light it up yourself. Also, we thought the service in the hotel needs to improve when it comes to giving customers what they need in the room. We asked for water but it was never brought to us. We just bought water by ourselves. Good side: the receptions can speak English. The place itself is like a mini mansion. European style kind of houses. Inside a gated community with orange roofs. Very pleasant and quiet.

It was a perfect trip. I wanted to go to Lushun to go shopping. I took the light rail terminal to see the sea. It was very close to the World Peace Park. Although it was late, the park was still lively. The sea was clear and there was no smell of the sea. The store upgraded the room type and turned on the air conditioner in advance. Let the fatigue of the journey sweep away in the cool. In the morning, I looked at Fang Fei on the edge of the villa, the large bathtub floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sea view smelled the flowers. The room is so big, especially when sitting down at the side table on the first floor, I feel like singing a song ”Night on the Outskirts of Moscow”. The flowers in front of the door bloom like a brocade, the green apple exhibition is like a green jade, and the home is very delicious with a single mountain and water.

Most of the staff do not speak English at all! Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here. I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment. The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone. The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese. There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt. The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space. The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel. There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee. The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality. There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

The hotel is well located in terms of the water park and the golden pebble beach. There are also plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants around. The room we stayed in was really wonderful for children and was also clean and neat. We loved the theme and the large space !

Останавливались в этот отели с 2.09 по 19.09. Вывески нет так как это жилой дом.Попросили таксиста позвонить пришёл управляющий Виктор говорит по русски! мы попросили посуду. Постель чистая, уборка нет, стиральная машина есть! Горячая вода 24/7 шампунь бальзам гель душа туалбумага однор щетки , фен чайник, микроволновка, посуду принесли, варить в электро кастрюльки, холодильник есть. тапки резин и однор. Инфроструктура: автобусы: вышли с отеля и сразу налево до перекрёстка и снова налево там 49 маршрут это Зоопарк, пляж Ракушка...Метро с отеля налево до перекрёстка и направо! Немного проходите и будет как улица-проулок там на дороге стоит табличка метро! И там же где метро оно получается у Вас справа...только налево куча других автобусов.помоему 16 до Венеции лучше приежать прям в обед выход на ТЦ Галереи и дальше по карте пешком..нужно посиотреть это чудо и днем и вечером , катание на гондоле 60юа с чел). Напротив отеля фрукты, фруктовый магазин. Супермаркет направо вход вниз на эскалаторе..Супермаркет небольшой, но все есть, круг и аквашузы тоже там брали, мы готовили сами поэтому брали и мясо и рыбу и картошку...единственное масло растительное у них в 5 литров...купили в другом магазине 1л почти 300₽....сахар есть...много вкусных йогуртом, креветки 25 юа 1 кг почти каждый день брали, не перепутайте с медведками! Они 55юа за 1 кг и я их не люблю. Но один раз пррепутала. Готовая продукция есть но мало. Торговой улицы с едой, фруктами к которой мы привыкли...мы с Благовещенска амурская область через реку.Амур видим китайцев...утром и вечером есть целая улица еды...здесь такого нет! Есть рынок: это если поедите или пойдёте пешком до ТЦ Рузвельт то по пути...мы просто шли пешком ..будете проходить такой рынок...много фруктов, мяса, рыбы, зелени и в е прочее. Туалет на входе налево. Море: с отеля мимо супермаркета до конца квартала и : можете и налево и направо все равно выйдете к морю, но! Мы ходили направо ..немного пройдете метров 300 наверное переходите дорогу и увидите алею-проулок там всегда гарод ходит...идти будете мимо дач....это закрытые жилые дома с охраной и выйдите на море где поменьше народа. Пляж галечный, отлив с обеда поэтому Аквашузы обязательно!!! В магазине они стоят 15юа, пляж не оборудован! Нет зонтом, лежак даже за деньги. Китайцы все устанавливают палатки, у нас с собой был обычный зонт от дождя им спасались...вещи ценные на пляж конечно лучше не брать. Но иногда я брала телефон и немного денег все оставляла и ни разу ни кто ничего не взял. Но лучше так не делать. Отель находиться на площади Синхай она как будто разделена на 2 части,поэтому слева атракционы справа Океанариум, Колесо Обозрения.(40юа)..океанариум мне понравился...не дорого можно купить жемчуг...серёжки за 99юа и главное для меня развлечение ...кормление пингвинов!!! 200 юа, но....это потрясающе! Вам дадут пуховик и перчатки...ведерко сока рыбкой...парень вас будет фонарь и снимать на видео на ваш телефон...я не пожалела ни разу! Дорого, но оно того стоит! Покупайте билет общий в 4 музея! Фото паспорта в телефоне обязательно: Если с вами пенсионер...билеты я так поняла на 50% аж дешевле и детей они тоже как то считают по возрасту. На Ракушка и пляж через дорогу с Зоопарком песок! Так же не оборудованы...можно только зонт большой арендовать. И ехать от отеля на 2х автобусах...такси примерно 16-20юа. В России скачивайте Алипэй...закидывать туда деньги ..лучше небольшую сумму, чтобы не заблокировали...кстати Виктора просили он нам кидал деньги мы ему наличку. В Алипэй есть такси Di Di оно дешевле чем с руки ловить. Китайцы не говорят на Английском!!! Переводчик в помощь. Купите китайскую симкарту и платный ВПН и все у вас будет работать. Рекомендую заглянуть в кафе Бегущий пельмень...красная вывеска и нарисован пельмень с ножками и ручками...и сеть мороженое Снеговичок нарисован., сеть где подают рис тоже красная вывеска и Иероглифы первый будет букву Ж напоминать. На Синхай и Венеции есть кафе немецкое фото скинула рекомендую!

The hotel accepts foreigners. Great location, a walking distance from Dalian Station, essentially on Zhongshan Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was good, there's even a washing machine (didn't use it though). The staff was kind and helpful. Perhaps the only problem was that the room card didn't work, so I had to get a password, which also expired daily at midnight, and I had to contact the reception to get a new one. But that's not how it's supposed to be, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Overall, a great option.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend and I for the National Day holiday. I know he likes being surrounded by nature since we live in the city. I also thought we would try playing golf (we didn't). We had a great time and even when we left the hotel for another hotel, my boyfriend wanted to go back. Pros 1. The bedroom was huge! 2. The scenery is breathtaking. 3. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 4. The food was delicious. Cons 1. The bedroom wasn't super clean. We found rat pellets by the window (at least that's what my boyfriend says. I think it could be lizards) 2. There are lots of activities that seem to be inactive due to renovations (possibly due to the covid era) but it seems they are working on restorations. All in all. I would definitely go back and when this hotel is in it's prime, it will be even more amazing!
