„Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.”

„We stayed at Novotel Dalian Zhongshan as a family, and chose it largely because it’s a newly opened hotel (2025). While the location felt slightly less central than we expected, it was hardly a drawback—taxi fares are very affordable, making it easy to get around. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a real advantage, especially for families. The room itself was immaculately clean, exceptionally spacious, and paired with a beautiful view, it made for a very comfortable stay. We were also genuinely pleased with the fruit and beverage service, which felt thoughtful and welcoming. One more highlight: the delivery robot was fascinating—no matter how many times we saw it, it still felt surprisingly cool and memorable! Overall, a modern, well-maintained hotel that we’d happily recommend to families seeking comfort and a touch of something new.”

„Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.”

„I’ve stayed at this Hyatt location 3 times this past year. It is definitely my favorite staycation city getaway ! The location, large rooms with spectacular sea views, tubs and waterfall showers. friendly staff, and all the best amenities: poll, hot tub, spa, restaurants on site, and an overall relaxing vibe. I’m already looking forward to my next future stay.”

„We lived at this hotel in their apartments in 2001/2002, and it was interesting to come back and visit. It is perfectly located in the city and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are now older but have great views and are clean, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast buffet is extensive - Chinese, Japanese, and Western options. There's an excellent hot pot restaurant across the road!”

„⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dalian Golden Stone Beach Stork rides the Badger Resort Hotel, the new store stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is newly opened, there is no decoration smell at all, the lobby manager Wang Xin took the initiative to introduce, the hotel boards have been tested, no formaldehyde, and live very at ease. Very pleasantly surprised to upgrade the duplex private soup room for free, the whole room is small and intelligently covered, voice control lighting appliances, children especially like it. The check-in process encountered abnormal noises from the exhaust vent. After the feedback, the staff immediately came to the door for maintenance. The processing efficiency was very high. They also gave coffee coupons and small cakes as comfort. The public relations response and service level of the problem handling are comparable to that of a five-star hotel. If there is a mistake, it is not avoided and actively remedied. This is a special plus. The room is spacious, the private soup experience is very good, and the overall hardware configuration is online. It is very suitable for families with elderly children. The overall service is sincere and in place. If you encounter small problems, you can solve them properly. Jinshitan Resort recommends this hotel.”

„## Cudowny rodzinny pobyt w The Castle Dalian Przebywaliśmy z rodziną cztery noce w The Castle Dalian i bardzo nam się podobało. Nasz przestronny i pięknie urządzony pokój na 12. piętrze oferował oszałamiające widoki na morze, dzięki czemu nasz pobyt był naprawdę niezapomniany. Holl wejściowy hotelu jest imponująco duży i elegancko zaprojektowany, tworząc przyjazną atmosferę od samego początku. Dla rodzin z dziećmi dostępny jest duży plac zabaw, za który trzeba zapłacić. Na szczęście goście hotelowi otrzymują zniżkę. Na zewnątrz hotel szczyci się uroczym małym parkiem z fantastycznymi widokami na zatokę i pięknym krajobrazem — idealnym na relaksujący spacer. Hotel położony jest na niewielkim wzgórzu, więc spacer z powrotem do centrum miasta jest trochę długi. Jednak bezpłatny autobus wahadłowy jest bardzo wygodny, zapewniając łatwy transport do miasta i z powrotem. Nasz pokój był starannie umeblowany i bardzo przestronny, w tym duża i dobrze wyposażona łazienka. Jedną niewielką wadą było to, że obok łóżka znajdowało się tylko jedno gniazdko elektryczne (tylko po jednej stronie) i brak portów USB do ładowania telefonów, co byłoby miłym dodatkiem. Śniadania i inne posiłki w hotelu były pyszne, z bogatym wyborem dań chińskich i zachodnich. Jedynym obszarem do poprawy byłaby czystość toalet w restauracji śniadaniowej, które niestety często były nieuporządkowane i wymagały częstszej uwagi. Basen, utrzymywany w temperaturze 27°C, nie był idealny dla małych dzieci, ponieważ nie ma oddzielnej sekcji dla dzieci. Goście powinni również pamiętać, że noszenie czepka pływackiego jest obowiązkowe. Obszar basenu obejmuje mini saunę fińską i saunę parową zintegrowaną z przebieralniami. Jednak obok basenu znajdują się tylko leżaki, więc wrażenia z sauny były zupełnie inne niż relaksujące wizyty w saunie, do których jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni w Europie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, The Castle Dalian oferuje przyjemny pobyt z pięknymi widokami, doskonałym jedzeniem i udogodnieniami przyjaznymi rodzinom, co czyni go doskonałym wyborem dla podróżnych odwiedzających ten obszar.”
