„⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel is absolutely perfect, truly my forever stay in Dalian. When you request a non-smoking room, it really means zero cigarette smell, which is rare and so appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean and felt fresh and comfortable from the moment we entered. The view is breathtaking, spectacular, and mesmerizing , you can see Venice Water City and the ocean at the same time. Watching both sunrise and sunset from the room was unforgettable. The whole building smells good and feels luxurious and elegant. The woman who came to help us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy. The room is fully equipped with everything you need: toiletries, slippers, clothes hangers, washing machine, fridge ….literally like an apartment. The bed is super comfortable and perfectly clean. This is my second stay here, and it will definitely be my forever choice whenever I come to Dalian. Highly recommended! 💙”

„Such an amazing place. Near to metro station and venice city. Opposite the establishment are a lot of restaurants and street food plus our favourite icecream shop. We arrived really early and the got our room ready by 9:00 in the morning instead of thr normal check in time. Big room, amazing views plus free washing machine and fridge. They guve free drinking water whenever you ask and the wi-fi is fast. Very secure place and friendly reception. You get to scan their wechat account and anything you need is delivered once you ask before 4:00 evening. I must stay me and my friends had an amazing stay and we stored our luggage and went for a stroll in tiwn and everythying was ok.. i higly recommend this place for stays in Dalian”

The free Onsen bath was a added bonus n we could wash our dirty laundry in a laundry room complete with dryer for free . „Bayshore hotel was an amazing stay we stayed in the family suite and it met our expectations. Everything was clean and spacious, the breakfast was okay, they did t have much of a western spread but it was up to standards just the food was always cold. The location was great it was really close to Xinghai park and xinghai square. The only issue we had was the elevator I know the concept of the twin elevator was innovative but during peak time you would wait a good 5 to 10 min for the elevator. However the stay was great and I would definitely consider staying at bayshore hotel again.”

AAnonimowy użytkownikMy old parents came from Korea. We - 6 people - wanted to have a great memory during their stay in Dalian. Its location was perfect, sitting at the heart of fishermen s warf, but it was right after rain that things were humid. I should admit that for the peak time and prime location, it is a reasonable price and I blame the wet weather for some smelly environment. Should avoid wet weather. It is already right at the sea. Also, the price is as much as other 5 stars that are not in this location. There are lots of insta spots in and out of the hotel, so it is whether to put yourself at the top location with a bit reasonable price or modernized hotels like Hilton and intercontinental that are farther away and a couple of bucks more expensive.

Being so close to Xinghai Beach was a game-changer—I loved starting my mornings with a stroll on the sand. The hotel itself felt really welcoming, with cozy rooms that made me feel right at home. The staff were really friendly, always ready to chat or offer tips on what to see in the area. There's usually sojourners who can speak English to help international tourists. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. I’m already planning my next visit!

GGośćI will start with the positive and say that the resort is located on a hill facing the sea and some mountains so I was happy that I had a good view from my room window. The balcony was an added bonus, but although I went for a deluxe double room, there was nothing deluxe about it! I stayed in 3 & 4 star hotels in China that they were not much different than this room I was given. The staff were very polite and accommodating, but most of them had very little English or no English at all - had to use a translation app or repeat/rephrase a few times (Chinese & English are the spoken languages according to the website). The wifi is very weak so I kept using my own mobile data. The rooms are not sound insulated so I kept hearing the banging of nearby doors and people passing or stalling/talking along the corridor. In a nutshell, the amenities and service offered do not compare to the experience I had at Hilton hotels elsewhere. It is definitely not good value for money. Disappointing.

TTaryn AdamsI originally booked this hotel because it was right on the coast the views were stunning but i didn’t see till too late that I had accidentally chosen a room without windows I asked for an upgrade which wasn’t available on the first night but the room was clean and adequate for a night. The next day they very kindly upgraded me to a mountain view room for free which was much better. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside to this place is that it is quite far from downtown and most attractions but it is right next to the beach so that was nice.

Nasz przestronny i pięknie urządzony pokój na 12. piętrze oferował oszałamiające widoki na morze, dzięki czemu nasz pobyt był naprawdę niezapomniany. Holl wejściowy hotelu jest imponująco duży i elegancko zaprojektowany, tworząc przyjazną atmosferę od samego początku. Dla rodzin z dziećmi dostępny jest duży plac zabaw, za który trzeba zapłacić. Na szczęście goście hotelowi otrzymują zniżkę. Na zewnątrz hotel szczyci się uroczym małym parkiem z fantastycznymi widokami na zatokę i pięknym krajobrazem — idealnym na relaksujący spacer. Hotel położony jest na niewielkim wzgórzu, więc spacer z powrotem do centrum miasta jest trochę długi. Jednak bezpłatny autobus wahadłowy jest bardzo wygodny, zapewniając łatwy transport do miasta i z powrotem. Nasz pokój był starannie umeblowany i bardzo przestronny, w tym duża i dobrze wyposażona łazienka. Jedną niewielką wadą było to, że obok łóżka znajdowało się tylko jedno gniazdko elektryczne (tylko po jednej stronie) i brak portów USB do ładowania telefonów, co byłoby miłym dodatkiem. Śniadania i inne posiłki w hotelu były pyszne, z bogatym wyborem dań chińskich i zachodnich. Jedynym obszarem do poprawy byłaby czystość toalet w restauracji śniadaniowej, które niestety często były nieuporządkowane i wymagały częstszej uwagi. Basen, utrzymywany w temperaturze 27°C, nie był idealny dla małych dzieci, ponieważ nie ma oddzielnej sekcji dla dzieci. Goście powinni również pamiętać, że noszenie czepka pływackiego jest obowiązkowe. Obszar basenu obejmuje mini saunę fińską i saunę parową zintegrowaną z przebieralniami. Jednak obok basenu znajdują się tylko leżaki, więc wrażenia z sauny były zupełnie inne niż relaksujące wizyty w saunie, do których jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni w Europie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, The Castle Dalian oferuje przyjemny pobyt z pięknymi widokami, doskonałym jedzeniem i udogodnieniami przyjaznymi rodzinom, co czyni go doskonałym wyborem dla podróżnych odwiedzających ten obszar.

They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.

Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here. I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment. The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone. The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese. There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt. The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space. The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel. There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee. The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality. There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.
