Są 3 baseny zewnętrzne i 2 kryte, a także łaźnia parowa i sauna, które zapewniają relaksujące wrażenia. Obiekt jest otwarty zarówno na jednodniowe wycieczki, jak i noclegi, ale nocleg jest znacznie lepszy, jeśli chcesz spędzić czas bardziej spokojnie i bez pośpiechu. Jest dostępny fotel do masażu, ale jest płatny. Śniadanie jest również pyszne i zdecydowanie warte swojej ceny. Jedynym minusem jest lokalizacja — nie jest zbyt wygodna i wymaga trochę chodzenia. Jeśli podróżujesz na lekko, jest to możliwe. Mają płatny autobus wahadłowy, ale jego rozkład nie jest najlepszy. Spacer może być przyjemny, jeśli pogoda jest ładna, lub możesz zdecydować się na taksówkę. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, zdecydowanie zarezerwuję to miejsce ponownie ze względu na relaksującą atmosferę!”

„Sceneria i sprzęt serwisowy są dobre, ale obiad jest trudny do opisania. Przyjazne przypomnienie, aby unikać rezerwacji kolacji. 1. Lokalizacja jest dobra. Hotel położony jest nad morzem. Wszystkie pokoje mają widok na morze. Za stacją Atami skręć w prawo i przejdź do końca ulicy handlowej po lewej stronie Dojście do żelaznego mostu zajmuje najwyżej 10 minut. Znak po prawej stronie prowadzi do korytarza, który znajduje się na 8. piętrze, a następnie winda zjeżdża na pierwsze piętro do recepcji. Wszystkie są pokojami z widokiem na morze, gdzie można usiąść i obserwować morze. Ale kiedy fale są duże, za każdym razem, gdy jest duża fala, cały hotel się trzęsie, dziesiątki razy na minutę. Na początku myślałem, że to trzęsienie ziemi. Ruch nie był mały, a drzwi trzaskały, ale tak wydawało się, że to nic poważnego. 2. Hotel ma ponad 50 lat, więc jest trochę stary, ale wyposażenie jest nadal dobre, higiena nie stanowi problemu i wszystko jest dostępne. Śniadania w formie bufetu, niezbyt obfite, ale do zaakceptowania. 3. Gorące źródło znajduje się na 5. piętrze. Jest zamknięte, a kąpiel jest dobra. Można się kąpać, patrząc na morze. Mężczyźni i kobiety zamieniają się rano i wieczorem. 4. Jedyne, na co narzekam, to kolacja. Od wielu lat wielokrotnie zatrzymywałem się w hotelu z gorącymi źródłami. Po raz pierwszy mam wrażenie, że jedzenie jest bardzo kiepskie, w przeciwieństwie do wystawnej kolacji w tradycyjnym gorącym źródle hotelu, kolacji na jeden pobyt i składającej się z dwóch posiłków nie można opisać jako prostej. Powinno być. Jest prymitywna. Jeśli kolacja w innych hotelach z gorącymi źródłami jest nagrodzona gwiazdką Michelin, oto przekąski Shaxian. 3 plasterki sashimi, kilka plasterków wołowiny, kilka makaronów, 4 3-centymetrowe udka kraba i już ich nie było. Było wyjątkowo proste i bardzo małe. To było mniej niż dietetyczny posiłek dla dziewczynki i nie było pyszne nadal to miałem po zjedzeniu. Poszedłem na kolejny obiad. Bardzo odpowiedzialne przypomnienie: nigdy nie rezerwuj kolacji w hotelu! ! ,”

„The private onsen service was terrible. Please do not get the private onsen. The receptionist in the onsen does not understand english. The receptionist also did not assist us. The time was also incorrect. We were supposed to have 8-9 and 9-10 slot. But ahe is so confused. And 9:30 they are already knocking our doors calling us to come out. A totally bad experience in the private onsen. The hotel is ok. Food is also good. The private onsen which was supposed to be the highlight of our trip… became the worst. Total waste of money”

„The entrance is right in front of Gora Station, so transportation wouldn't be an issue. Plenty of shops and places to eat around the station, but they close pretty early. The front desk staff can speak English and explained everything clearly, from the type of onsen, the bathing hours, meals, and how to get to our rooms (it was in a separate building). The onsen are great, the outdoor private bathtub is great, but the water cools off pretty quickly in winter. The room is very spacious and they also provide an extra futon. I could do a bit of work comfortably in the rooms while resting. They have a bunch of amenities at the lobby, you could make tea, coffee, get some ice cream and bring them to your rooms. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious. You need reservations for meals since the seats are limited.”

„I would really love to visit again. So conveniently located at togendai port. Just 5mins walk from back exit. Staff are international and speaks good english. Love the food and free flow alcohol at buffet. I booked private onsen for my family 3000yen for 40mins. Clean and comfortable. There is shuttle bus service from odawara station. Taked abt an hour. Prebook with the hotel for the shuttle bus to and from odawara. It's probably a lil pricey compared to other hotels but it's not the most expensive and I think it's worth it.”

„スタッフの皆様がとても親切で、毎日心地よく過ごさせていただきましたありがとうございました。 清潔感のあるクラシカルなホテルで、ゲストの方も落ち着いた方々が多く、とてもリラックスできました。日中は観光に出かけてしまいましたが、次回はラウンジのベランダでゆっくりするのも素敵だなと思いました。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。 私はカレーとシチューが気に入りました。 公共の交通機関で箱根に来たため、桃源台からホテルの無料の送迎シャトルが夕方まで出ていたのでとても助かりました。また、チェックアウト後の桃源台までのシャトルの送迎も助かりました。 ホテルの近くにもバス停のようなものがあったので、次回はバスのダイヤなども調べてより柔軟に観光ができればと思いました。 周りにはレストランが無いように思えたので、次回はその辺のリサーチもしようと思います。”

„Our stay at the hotel was overall excellent, and we would still highly recommend it, especially for couples looking for a pleasant getaway. Almost everything was perfect—the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were great, and every other staff member we encountered was polite and helpful. It’s truly a lovely place to spend time together. However, our check-in experience was noticeably unpleasant due to one staff member. She came across as unwelcoming and impatient, almost as if we were bothering her. She rushed through the process and felt quite pushy, especially when repeatedly questioning which language we preferred—even though we tried communicating in both Japanese and English. Her attitude made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat unwanted at first. Aside from this one incident, everything else was wonderful. We hope the hotel addresses such front-desk service issues so that future guests can enjoy a consistently welcoming experience from start to finish.”

Niektóre pokoje mogą zobaczyć górę Fuji. W przeciwnym razie 12/F jest dostępny dla publicznego dostępu z widokiem na górę Fuji. Śniadanie jest również zadowalające.”
