Spa Hotels in Hakone

Stayed 1 night at this fantastic hotel with a nice in room onsen. The dinner was great and there is a nice bar downstairs (although we weren't able to go to as advance booking is recommended). The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend taking the train directly to the station near the hotel as it is a very scenic. Would love to stay here again.

Cieszę się, że wybrałam ten hotel; to był fantastyczny pobyt! Obsługa była ciepła i serdeczna, a jedzenie i desery przepyszne. Szef kuchni z Kioto był bardzo interesujący i miło nam się rozmawiało, tworząc radosną atmosferę przez cały posiłek. Barman był bardzo kompetentny, a koktajle były pyszne — spróbowaliśmy wielu różnych rodzajów w jeden wieczór, mimo że porcje były małe. Rozmawialiśmy również o lokalnej kuchni Hakone, ale niestety nie mieliśmy czasu, żeby jej spróbować; musimy zachować to na następny raz. Dostępne kosmetyki były bardzo wysokiej jakości, od kosmetyków POLA po elektryczne szczoteczki do zębów. Mój pokój miał prywatny onsen na świeżym powietrzu (kąpiel w gorących źródłach) i myślałam, że będę się moczyć w zimnie, ale o dziwo, w chłodny wieczór wcale nie było zimno. Moja skóra była potem taka gładka i miękka! Chociaż obecnie hotel informuje, że nie oferuje transferu, po skontaktowaniu się z hotelem odkryłam, że faktycznie oferują oni usługi odbioru i dowozu do pobliskich atrakcji i stacji. Być może dlatego, że hotel jest nowo otwarty, zobaczymy, jak sytuacja się rozwinie. Jedynym drobnym minusem może być internet; sygnał był czasami niestabilny. Ale to normalne w górach, gdzie nawet dane mobilne są zawodne podczas poruszania się. ʅ( ･´‸･｀)ʃ Personel hotelu był bardzo charakterystyczny i przystępny. Prawdopodobnie po raz pierwszy miałem z nimi tak głęboką interakcję. Chociaż zazwyczaj komunikuję się po japońsku, większość personelu mówiła po angielsku, a była nawet przemiła Tajwańska Pani, która mówiła po mandaryńsku. Spotkanie tak interesujących ludzi podczas mojej podróży sprawiło, że ten pobyt był naprawdę niezapomnianym przeżyciem. Mam nadzieję, że nie będzie tak popularny, że następnym razem nie uda mi się zarezerwować noclegu!

A beautiful hotel sited beside a nice lake. Very good view and it has a nice public onsen. Service is good, food is good and nice big soft beds. The only bad thing is that it is very far from the major town. You have to drive out for food. Once you buy your snacks and drinks in advance, then it will be all good.

Pokój w stylu ryokana był czysty i przytulny, ale trochę za mały dla pięcioosobowej rodziny. Kolacja i śniadanie w formie bufetu były przyzwoite, z wyborem dań japońskich i zachodnich. Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny, a personel recepcji mówił dobrze po angielsku. Dobra lokalizacja dla osób podróżujących samochodem, blisko atrakcji takich jak Owakudani i Skansen. Łaźnia publiczna (zarówno wewnętrzna, jak i zewnętrzna) była świetna. Zewnętrzny onsen dla kobiet oferował widok na górę Fudżi. Jasne instrukcje korzystania z łaźni publicznej. Mieliśmy tu naprawdę przyjemny pobyt.

Zarezerwowany z prywatnym onsen - najlepsza część hotelu! Public onsen nigdy nie był zajęty, gdy pojechaliśmy i doskonale przyjemny. Pobliski, który goście mają dostęp również oferuje więcej onsen opcji i jest warty 3 minuty spacerem. Jak inni mówią, bufeta nie jest świetna. Większość jedzenia jest zimna - więc wybierz opcje, które oczekujesz być tak (sushi itp.) dla najlepszej opcji. Usługa była bardzo dobra i pracownicy bardzo pomagali i przyjaźni.

環境：酒店位於山裡，空氣非常清新，夜晚很安靜，旁邊還有一個小河道和小瀑布。酒店距離箱根神社、蘆之湖等景點的距離也不遠。 服務：服務很周到，早飯很豐富，還可以預訂午餐和晚餐。 設施：酒店整體裝修還比較新，房間面積比起東京同價位酒店要大很多。酒店的温泉有室內和室外的，非常乾淨，聽着外面小瀑布的水聲泡着温泉很愜意。

We got to the hotel in the beautiful location just before 3pm and we got given a little tour of the place and then got shown to our room. The staff are very friendly and do their best to speak English. A lovely lady was in charge of our hospitality throughout our stay and she first showed us that there is a public hot spring and a private hot spring and asked us if we would like to book a time to use the private hot spring, we booked a time as we checked in but then we didn’t use it as we were happy with our private hot spring in the room. We also booked a time for dinner and they arrived at that time Promptly with A LOT of food. We also got a choice for a staple food and we chose some steak which was high quality and delicious, as well as the lobster (on the menu it said grilled prawn but a lobster is what came and it was delicious). We ordered a few beers and a bottle of wine with room service and it always came quickly and was nice and cold. The private hot spring is absolutely boiling but it’s a good experience and there’s ice water provided which helps. Breakfast came at 8.30am and it was also huge! It didn’t come with coffee but I ordered some and that was easy enough. The lady who served our food explained every dish and how to eat it and she was always extremely friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

Overall, the impression is positive, and we thank the staff for their care. However, the ryokan is quite old, and inside all the rooms there is a smell of age, which makes it not very pleasant to stay there. The Japanese food is very specific — it’s just my personal taste, but I couldn’t have breakfast or lunch there. Considering that this was the most expensive “hotel” during our 14-day trip around Japan, our expectations were a bit higher. In any case, we thank the staff for this unique experience.

Jedzenie było pyszne i zjadłem na śniadanie o wiele więcej niż zwykle. Można podziwiać kwiaty przed Parkiem Górskim. Chociaż jest stromo pod górę od stacji Gora, to spacer zajmuje mniej niż 10 minut. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie.

This ryokan is perfect for people who want to experience ryokan for the first time but want something cheaper within Hakone area. Situated on the main road with buses to Owakudani and train to Odawara. I'd recommend catching the bus from Odawara to this ryokan since the walking trail from the closest station to this place is hilly and has lots of stairs. Main road is not very luggage friendly so pack very light when you're staying here. This place has very nice rooms with view to the river behind it. The view is spectacular when the entire river area is covered in red autumn leaves. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious, you will be served a range of traditional food from a la carte to dessert. You can also book your private indoor onsen FOR FREE. The ryokan also has an open outdoor onsen across the bridge for 3000 JPY. The only downside of this place is the main road is very busy as it's the only way for people to drive from Odawara to Owakudani. So local people take this road to get to Owakudani. Buses from this place will not stop at there in the weekend. Your best plan is to go to Lake Ashi first and take the opposite route to Owakudani instead. Plan your trip in this area very carefully because a bus trip that would take 10-15 minutes will end up taking you 1 to 1.5 hours.
