I want to say a very big thank you to Sunny from Concierge for helping me on my 1st day when I checked into the hotel. It’s a very beautiful hotel with superb rooms and they are really meticulous when it comes to taking care of guests. It’s this lovely experience that makes me want to go back to korea and stay again! Keep up the great work!

I went their for a trip with my friends. Their location was great very close to the transportation (bus and MRT). Easy to walk to Garosu-gil (super near a 2-3 block away from the hotel). Their staff was nice but the room isn't good very small and the room isn't soundproof (just small talk with your roommate can let the whole floor hear you)

Pokój jest bardzo przytulny, cichy i czysty. Wszystkie przybory są wymieniane na nowe codziennie po sprzątaniu. Codziennie w pokoju znajdują się jednorazowe kapcie, należy jednak zabrać ze sobą własną szczoteczkę i pastę do zębów. Jest bardzo blisko stacji metra Longshan i jest bardzo wygodny w podróży.

Nowy hotel Pobyt w tym hotelu był udany. Wygodny, w pokoju jest wszystko, czego potrzeba. Podoba mi się łóżko, jest bardzo wygodne, a widoki są bardzo ładne. Byłem pod wrażeniem obsługi i tak, pokój był bardzo czysty. Personel był miły. Hotel znajduje się blisko stacji Myeongdong lub Chongmurong, więc można łatwo dojść pieszo na zakupy.

I just got back from an amazing stay at the Aloft Hotel in Gangnam. First off, let me tell you about the beds. Wow! I have never slept that well in a hotel before. The bed was super comfy, and I just sank into it every night. Honestly, it made falling asleep a breeze after all the exploring The location couldn't be better, either. There are a bunch of convenience stores right nearby, so I could grab snacks or drinks whenever I wanted. Plus, there are tons of restaurants around! Whether you're craving some delicious Korean BBQ or something a little different, you have options galore. The vibe of the hotel is really cool, too. The decor is modern, and the whole place feels fresh and inviting. The lobby is a great spot to chill after a day out, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home. If you're planning a trip to Seoul, I can’t recommend Aloft Hotel Gangnam enough. It's the perfect mix of comfort and convenience, and I can’t wait to go back!

Room was good for solo, but my room doesn’t have inside lock and bin in the bathroom. Quite far from train station. If come from Incheon taking bus 6703 is the best choice. However, need to be aware about back to the airport. The bus passing many hotel so the seat may be have enough!! Overall it’s good if taking bus is the main transportation.

The location is excellent. It’s walkable distance to Starfield Coex. Nice cafe, restaurants and convenience store nearby. Check in/our process is quick and easy. 0 seconds wait time. The room itself is clean and well equipped. Clean towels and water refill everyday. The only thing is, clean up service only come once in 4 days, but there isn’t any cleaning towel or detergent in the room, so it could make things quite messy if you eat in the unit. Overall, recommended for family.
