„Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!”

Bezpłatne śniadanie było dobre z koreańskim menu. Robi się jednak dość tłoczno, więc nie można zjeść w spokoju. Należy pamiętać, że nie ma szczoteczek do zębów. Niewygodne było także to, że Wi-Fi było dość wolne i nie można było z niego korzystać w nocy.”

Songdo Beach Hotel City truly felt like a perfect home during my Busan trip, and it absolutely deserves a full five-star rating! Unbeatable Sea View, Love at First Sight The hotel's view is an absolute top-tier experience! The enormous floor-to-ceiling windows in the room act like a giant screen, showcasing the Songdo Marine Cable Car, the azure sea, and the sprawling coastline without obstruction. I loved watching the sunrise from my bed, admiring the sky and the bridge painted red by the sunset in the evening, and then immersing myself in the twinkling lights and neon glow along the coastline at night. What's even better is that it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to Songdo Beach, truly realizing the dream of 'sea views from the window, and sand underfoot downstairs.' This close connection with nature was one of the most cherished memories of my trip. Excellent Location, Convenient Travel The convenience of the location was a pleasant surprise! I took a taxi directly from Busan Station and arrived at the hotel smoothly and quickly. The hotel is surrounded by a well-developed bus network, making it incredibly easy to get to major attractions like Nampo-dong, Jagalchi Market, and Taejongdae. The internal layout of the hotel is well-designed, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. The room layout was cozy and practical, with new and smart facilities that added a lot of peace of mind and comfort to the entire trip. Feeling at Home, Thanks for Your Efforts What touched me most was the enthusiasm of all the staff. From the front desk's fluent and friendly Chinese greetings and proactive, detailed explanations of attractions, to the polite and meticulous service from the housekeeping staff, and the warm smiles in the restaurant – everyone made me feel like I was being cared for by family. Their professionalism and kindness were the warmest scenery of my journey. Here, I especially want to express my most sincere gratitude as a Chinese guest to the hotel's Chinese staff and all the hard-working employees! Your efforts dispelled all our fatigue from being in a foreign land and made us feel the warmth of home. Thank you for making this Busan trip so complete and wonderful. Songdo Beach Hotel City will definitely be my first choice when I return to Busan!”

„This seems a very new hotel. Quiet with nice ocean view. Breakfast area at level 20 comes with very nice view. There are cafes and resultant along the road. The little issue is we don't know how ro operate the aircond and heater which seems to be from the same machine. It seems as if it is centralized. Anyway, we are alright with this. There is no toothbrush and tooth paste provided due to certain policy in Busan. Worth to stay”

„Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant experience. That said, the room was smaller than I expected based on the photos. The bathroom was also located inside one of the bedrooms, which made things a little awkward when multiple people were staying in the unit. Another strange detail was that there were no large bath towels provided. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s close to the beach and within easy reach of nearby restaurants and attractions. The room also had a full kitchen, which was a nice feature. However, it was missing basic kitchen items such as pots, pans, plates, and silverware, so it wasn’t really possible to make full use of the kitchen. Despite a few inconveniences, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it a solid choice for a beach getaway.”

„Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój w wieżowcu z widokiem na morze, ale sam budynek i pokój były dość przeciętne. Co gorsza, przechowalnia bagażu jest dostępna dopiero po wymeldowaniu, do godziny 15:00. To pierwszy raz, kiedy spotkałem się z taką zasadą w Korei (zapytałem, czy mogę zapłacić za dłuższe przechowanie bagażu, ale odmówiono). To naprawdę wpływa na mój plan podróży. Jeśli hotel uzna tę zasadę za rozsądną, może wyraźnie o niej wspomnieć w procesie rezerwacji, a turyści mogą w razie potrzeby wybrać inne hotele.”

„地理位置極佳，位在傳統市場內，巷子一邊通海雲台主街，另一邊通傳統市場非常方便，離海灘跟地鐵也都很近十分方便。 前台態度友善，可寄存行李，但無獨立的行李管理空間。 1～6樓有電梯，7樓無電梯 房間是完全沒有一次性用品的需要自己購買，飯店行程前也會提前傳訊通知。浴室只有兩塊使用過的肥皂和牙膏，務必自己攜帶所需用品，未提供沐浴乳和洗髮精。 房間有冰箱、瓦斯爐，可簡易料理。 冰箱有發現前住旅客遺留的水和食物未清理。”
