Hotele w: South Railway Station/Tianfu Cade mall, Chengdu

The Good: 1) The room was nicely renovated. Very different feeling from the lobby and lift and corrido, which are old and dated. Can overlook the public spaces since you're only living inside. 2) Shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, bedroom slippers, hair dryer, all given. Nice touch of a Chinese tea set for 2 as well. But didn't have body lotion. 3) Sufficient towels and bathrobes which were not torn. 4) Service staff good! Allowed me to check in earlier than stated 2pm and I waited 20 mins for room to be ready. Also kept a lookout for a parcel and informed me when it reached. The Ok: Not too obvious from the main road. Come out Exit H1 of South Railway Station metro station, walk straight ahead about 400m to the road junction. It's diagonally opposite the road to the Capita Mall. Walking from Line 18 to hotel with luggage takes about 10 mins. Road pavement is ok for luggage wheels. The Bad: Nothing too bad. Just wish they gave a full roll of toilet paper instead of half for a 1 day stay.

Bardzo wygodna lokalizacja, tuż obok stacji Chengdu South. W pokoju czuć było dym papierosowy, mimo że poprosiłem o pokój dla niepalących. To był pobyt na jedną noc, więc mogłem to znieść. Pokój wymaga poprawek, biorąc pod uwagę, że ma ocenę 4 diamenty, uchwyt na papier toaletowy w łazience był zepsuty, więc papier toaletowy leżał na górze toalety.

this hotel isn't actually very close to a metro, but if you cycle it is just like 4 minutes away. hotel is very close to fanchao street which is a very hip walking district. during the day there's hip shops and cafe, and at night it turns into a nice food street with many live band bars, and I was able to hear a few very good singers. The room is just what the pictures has depicted, they are very hip interior design pieces. if I had to stay for a prolong period for a work trip, this would have been a perfect room layout. I would definitely stay here again if I want to be close to fanchao and yulin road. while the main yulin and fanchao street are typically very busy with cars, the many side streets that circles around it are actually traffic light, making it an excellent place to explore on bike. there's even a hipster night market in fanchao side street on the weekends.

Very good location. Just in front of Chengdu railway station exit . You can go airport in only 2 stops from there..big rooms, nice swimming pool..good hotel. Rooms are big and there are 3 big shopping mall walking distance and full of restaurants

I might be biased but it was not a great stay for my family. I will state the facts below for the reader to decide - Multiple broken things in the room including but not limited to .... the shoe rack shelves were broken, the living room window handle was broken hence unable to lock out the cold air, the whole toilet bowl was loose, sofa and floor was not clean - We reported to the owner on some of the issues and they did want to send someone to fix the broken window handle......but we wouldn't have time as a tourist to wait around - Throughout the stay (5 nights), there was no housekeeping and change of towel. We did ask the auntie and the owner also shared that there will be housekeeping.... - The trash bin was full and the floor was dirty, and the owner told us the auntie forgot to clean.... - Fortunately, the owner was responsive when we requested for new towels and amenities (eg. Water) - The room does not look newly renovated, new or clean. Very worn and used... - The location and area is good - The shower is using a water tank, so ration the water if there's a lot of people staying - Do take note that the condo does not allow food delivery up to the unit, you need to go downstairs to take - There are 2 convenient stores and 1 fruit stall downstairs P.s. the sofa was really dirty...

Hotel jest nowo otwarty, a personel recepcji jest bardzo entuzjastyczny, ale ich przeszkolenie jest naprawdę niewystarczające i są całkowicie nieprofesjonalni. Mimo że zarezerwowaliśmy przedłużenie pobytu dzień wcześniej, zadzwonili ponownie w południe, aby zapytać, czy chcemy przedłużyć pobyt, budząc nas bez żadnych przeprosin. Powiedzieli nam nawet, żebyśmy pamiętali o zejściu na dół do recepcji i przesunięciu kart do pokoju! Powiedzieliśmy recepcji, żeby nie pozwalała personelowi sprzątającemu pukać do naszych drzwi w celu posprzątania i że zadzwonią w razie potrzeby, ale i tak zapukali o wyznaczonej porze. Mamy bardzo złą jakość snu, trudności z zasypianiem i jesteśmy lekko śpiący, więc ciągłe budzenie jest naprawdę denerwujące! Czy nie mogą zapewnić odpowiedniego przeszkolenia przed przyjęciem ich do pracy?

Big old hotel but I liked it as it wasnt. Convenient location right in the river. Especially good for a bike ride or long walk. Area is very safe as is all of chengdu. I would stay again. I enjoyed the robot butler service

Systirka na przednim stole 5 jest bardzo dobrym nastawieniem, rezerwacja jest szybkia, pokój jest duży i duży, a także ulepszone usługi, śniadanie na drugim piętrze jest bardzo świeże, metrem jest kilka minut spacerem, jest bardzo wygodny i zalecany. Zakwaterowanie na 1 piętrze sali jest kawiarnia, książka, stacja autobusowa na zewnątrz, łatwe do podróży. Urządzenia pokojowe są bardzo wyposażone. Rekomenduję zakwaterowanie.

這次入住亞朵酒店的整體體驗非常好，我們全家都非常滿意。 首先要特別感謝酒店的服務。入住期間，我們提出的服務請求幾乎都能及時得到迴應和滿足，整體服務體驗讓人感覺很貼心、很有温度。我們是國際航班早班飛機到達的，本來以為衹能寄存行李，沒想到前台非常周到，直接在早上九點就幫我們安排了入住，這對帶着家人出行來説真的非常方便，也省去了很多折騰。 房間的床墊和枕頭非常舒服，睡眠質量很好，再加上房間整體比較安靜，讓人可以真正放鬆下來。我們也很喜歡亞朵的燈光和開關設計，晚上睡前一鍵關燈、夜裡起夜時的燈光控制都非常人性化，用起來很順手。 浴室的淋浴噴頭水壓充足，洗澡體驗也很加分。 早餐同樣讓人驚喜，小米粥、豆腐腦、果汁和水果都很新鮮可口，吃得很舒服，也很符合我們的口味。 當然，也有一些小地方可以改進： 房間整體稍微偏小，尤其是打開浴室門後過道會顯得有些狹窄； 房間裏偶爾能聞到非常輕微的煙味，應該是通過通風系統傳來的，我太太基本聞不到，但我對氣味比較敏感，能察覺到一點； 酒店沒有為小朋友準備小凳子，孩子洗手、洗臉時會稍微不太方便。 總體來説，這仍然是一次非常棒的住宿體驗，無論是服務、睡眠質量還是整體細節，都讓人感到用心。今後無論是家庭出行還是個人旅行，我們都會優先選擇亞朵酒店。
