„J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hostel et je tiens d’abord à souligner la gentillesse et l’accueil chaleureux du personnel. L’équipe est vraiment agréable et disponible. En revanche, mon expérience dans le dortoir a été très décevante. La chambre n’a pas de fenêtre, ce qui est déjà assez inconfortable, mais le principal problème vient des arrivées tardives. L’établissement accepte des check-in très tard dans la nuit ; à 23h, un membre du personnel est entré dans le dortoir et a allumé toutes les lumières pour installer un nouvel arrivant, réveillant tout le monde. L’ambiance générale dans le dortoir était également assez irrespectueuse, et l’on sent que l’espace est optimisé au maximum au détriment du confort des voyageurs. Au final, même si le personnel est adorable, la qualité de sommeil est tellement impactée que la nuit a été très difficile. Dommage, car quelques ajustements pourraient vraiment améliorer l’expérience.”

It wasn't that busy at all but it was just the perfect amount maybe like 50% full”

GGośćStayed for two nights. Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved. There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl. Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

GGośćHotel is super stylish, fitting in with the retro, yet trendy vibe of Tainan. From the lobby with LPs to the the 8th floor, all the amenities and thoughtful design was top notched. On the 8th floor, you have a small functional kitchen to eat your street food. It also has a free arcade which brought back childhood memories....Pac Man, Street Fighter. We also used the laundry facilities and the free 24 hr coffee machine. The vending machines were filled with local drinks. Whilst the room itself was on the small size, it was tastefully decorated with a large sitting area (despite its small size). What was super thoughtful were the booklets describing all the streetfood stalls in the area, the owners stories and a newspaper which profiled some of the owners. The sweets and the filter coffee and paper disposable and eco friendly plates, bowls and cutlery as well as kettle were the magic touches. It just goes to show that they thought about all the little things to make this place unique. We had a drainage issue in the shower but it was fixed immediately showing the responsiveness of the staff. Whilst perhaps a little inexperience, the staff were friendly, eager to help and extremely sincere. Post checking out, I wanted to point out that we were granted the use of the facilities on the 8th floor which allowed us to shower, have a place to rest and enjoy the hotel of the rest of our afternoon. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Ppathfinder1We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel! It’s small but sleek and modern, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for us English speakers, which made everything so easy. The lounge with unlimited coffee and cookies was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You get a free drink ticket each night for beer or juice, which is a nice perk. Just be sure to use them the same day as they expire. We didn’t get a chance to use ours! The breakfast buffet was decent, not amazing, but still a nice option to have. With a bus stop and bike station right outside and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, it’s a super convenient and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!

TtweenyfishThe room was spacious with places to put our luggages. The bed was oddly off centered but that created space for the luggage :) There were international electrical sockets so I didnt have to use my adaptor. The toilet has an odd configuration. Instead of a shower curtain, u get a ”toilet seat curtain” that u are supposed to pull to keep it dry when showering (water still gets splashed on it if it is not pulled well). The most inconvenient part of the room was the lack of a dry area to wear clothes after showering. Water pressure and temperature are great. Location wise, the hotel is very near the western market, shen nong street. We were also able to walk back from the Tainan TRA station when the buses had ended at night. There is a free shuttle bus to the THSR Tainan station which stops about 3mins walk from the hotel. We only discovered this on check out, so good to enquire with the hotel before checking in. The staff were generally friendly, when asked, they gave some suggestions about where to eat nearby. They look slightly unsure, possibly because it was ***** new year period. They were also helpful in booking taxi, massage and sending up additional clothes hangers. I did converse in mandarin though. We can get bedroom slippers and bottled water for free at the lobby, so that was very nice.

NNg mamaThe hotel is old and it shows. There are many pools in the onsen area and guests are required to wear swimsuits and swimming caps. The rooms look like they have to renovated but all public area and pools are aged and cleanliness can be improved. The selection at breakfast is basic but it is fair for what we were charged. The receptionists at the front desk are very nice and helpful.

FFan of Sun CuifengHotel Sukimi is located within walking distance from the Dongmen Night Market (but not that the NM is only opened on mon, wed and fri) the room is slightly smaller than it looks from the picture provided but its of comfortable size the hotel provides soap n shampoo thru dispenser though they no long provide one time use bottles.. toothbrush is provided too.. the hotel has bicycle for rent...there is a park juz outside the hotel, abt 5mins out.. i see many reviews abt the hotel breakfast half good half bad.. dun expect wide spread.. porridge, salad bar, cooked food and toast are available... drinks like hot cold tea, coffee, milk are oso provided.. the menu changed slight on the the days we were there but still relatively good.. macdonalds is outside along the road abt 15mins walk.. can take a good walk at the park and head out for breakfast too location of the hotel is slightly inside a residential area not in sight from outside the road.. quiet and serene oh they have ample parking lots underground the hotel or juz outside the hotel @ a low hourly rate overall i would recommend stay at this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻 ps forgot to take photos 🤦🏻♀️🤣

DDelonXDBardzo wygodna lokalizacja i niezawodny adres. Poza kasynem, jeśli nie jesteśmy z dziećmi, to jest OK. Jest też parking, ale opłata 40twd, ale nie mamy samochodu, więc po prostu go pomijamy. Lokalizacja od stacji kolejowej była w większości blisko, około 15 minut. Kiedy nie było miejsca dla 3 osób, więc po prostu dali nam pokój dla 4 osób. Jest tak wygodnie i relaksująco, ponieważ mają długą łazienkę. Jednak nie było klimatyzacji od 11:00 do 13:00

HHungryHungry1The location of the hotel is quite far, especially from the HSR station. The lobby is beautiful but check in staff are not around in the evenings. If you miss check in time, they’ll just tape your door cards to the front door (a bit odd for me). The rooms are very small and sound proofing is very poor.
