„Very cosy n nice hotel for couple”

„Spent 3 nights 2 rooms with family of elderly people. Although it’s a bit old style design but the rooms are clean. Ceiling is low and lift is small. Location is convenient with 15 minutes walk to Tainan train station, and lots of restaurants nearby. Price included breakfast and tea meal. We are impressed with great varieties of breakfast food including ********* food, love the sweet potatoes, different kinds of fruits, soy milk and rice milk. Appreciated a staff kept cooking the eggs and delicious egg pancakes! Love the ********* snacks provided for tea time. Staffs refilled quickly and rotated different dishes everyday!”

„The front desk was served by young ladies, all were very courteous and helpful. They did make sure that you had a pleasant stay. As for hardware, the room was basic but clean. The room was bigger in size than what we expected. Toiletry supplies are limited.”

„I really liked the location, as many of the places I wanted to visit were within walking distance. It was also convenient to have a water dispenser on the premises. My room was bright with a large window. The bed and pillows were just right :) —not too hard and not too soft. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the shower room, but it would have been even better if there had been hand soap at the sink.”

Zgłosiliśmy to na recepcji i poradziliśmy sobie z tym skutecznie, wykazując się szczerością w zmianie pokoju, co jest godne pochwały! Śniadanie jest w formie ustalonego menu, składniki są naprawdę pyszne, rozważę ponowny pobyt w tym miejscu.”

„Room 509 had an overwhelming bleach/disinfectant smell as soon as I opened the door, I almost thought I'd get chlorine poisoning. Please, when it comes to cleaning, can you think about the next guest? There are plenty of less pungent cleaning products on the market! Also, showering in the tub is fine, but the diverter valve to switch to the showerhead is incredibly hard to pull up. Every time you turn off the water and turn it back on, it reverts to the faucet. It's impossible to pull the diverter up to switch back to the showerhead when your hands are soapy, especially when you're in the middle of washing your hair, face, or body and need to turn the water off and on again. Try showering yourself and turning the water off mid-shower. Furthermore, the bottom of the tub is super slippery and there are no handrails. It's only a matter of time before a guest slips and gets seriously hurt.”

„Everything was great. I loved the location, it’s very close to the train station and bus stops, with a FamilyMart nearby. There isn’t much to eat or see in the immediate area, but a 15-minute bus ride or a 15-minute walk can take you anywhere you need to go (west central district, or any night market!), so we were fine with that. The room was clean, and the service was great. Nothing to complain about.”

„Very convenient location. Near to Anping old street and Zeelandia fort. Also nearby to famous Tainan food like Chous, Seafood porridge, Ah Cai Beef soup. The cafe which attached to the hotel is one of the instagram cafe MUC coffee”
