„I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.”

„Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.”

„在入住兩天前，管家小魏就提前聯繫我了，其實住過很多酒店，接觸過很多酒店管家，但小魏是真的讓我感受到了24小時的高標準管家服務，特別貼心，能盡情吐槽能分享，詢問後給的建議都特別妥帖。 每天都及時分享長白山景區的開放情況。 下了飛機有接駁大巴，大概40分鐘左右到酒店，大巴開得非常穩。 在酒店大堂就能直擊長白山，酒店房間也是一直能看見長白山，還看到了粉色的日照金山。太幸福了！ 夜裡看到了冰稜子，還看到了漫天的星星，很很很被感動。 酒店有一個在一樓的室外泡池，不方便之處在於必須出去才能到泡池，不能直接從一樓室內步出，是一個專門的地方。泡池水温39.6度，個人需要更燙的温度哈哈哈，這個適合全年齡段。 但是泡出來非常冷，去的時候人少，裏面的桑拿沒有開，簡單的洗了澡。房間裏面非常暖和，大年三十也開到了晚上十點。 泡池的景色非常美，一定要去拍個照片。 酒店早餐在二樓，也能看到長白山，可以邊看早上的山邊吃。第一天麪條提前做好了，不願意現場最新的，感覺餛飩麪條都坨了；第二天是按照需要現場做的，放了好多蔬菜，辣椒油搭配好吃，雞湯的！ 早餐總體不錯的。 房間很大（對比瑞士出來的，更喜歡美憬閣），酒店在山上一點的位置，接駁車方便，10分鐘一班，第一站上車，5-10分鐘直達雪場。 雪場適合入門，太喜歡了，學不夠！孩子三小時從零基礎到順利平行式，太開心了，我是兩天學會了半犁式。 酒店附近有小時候人蔘雞，連刷兩次，太好吃了，天麻人蔘。很推薦！！！直接來車接車送。可以讓管家幫忙預約和聯繫。離開了還麻煩管家幫我預訂了餐。 入住時贈送了蜂蜜瓶，好有創意，直接自己加水，孩子特別喜歡！ 不足之處：花了鉅款1398r提前預訂了年夜飯，真的很很很很難吃，孩子沒怎麼吃，就主要吃了點水餃和水果……還不如給準備個高價火鍋…（最主要來之前銷售説出了酒店沒地方再吃年夜飯，來之後瞭解到其實有少數店家開門的，感覺也被愚弄了，不好吃就更不開心了）。但年夜飯的服務人員態度都特別好，銷售瞭解到之後也幫我溝通了，還是感謝的（純粹不好吃，不針對任何服務人員） 房間有大浴缸，竟然還準備了精油球，很貼心！ 總體離開之後念念不忘，感覺不該換酒店的，每天滑雪完很累了，收拾行李更累了…非常推薦入住！！！再次感謝管家小魏23點多還回我消息幫我解決要求，特別感動！”

„Traveling to Changbai Mountain with friends, staying at this hotel was incredibly worth it! The overall environment is clean and tidy, with no clutter at all. The room has great natural light and is quiet, making it very comfortable to stay in. The owner was even more warm and thoughtful, not only helping us plan our itinerary but also kindly reminding us about temperature changes in the mountains, which made us feel especially cared for. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Changbai Mountain!”

„Couldn’t rate due to the last minute cancellation, was told that their had to go under renovation, hence gotten a last minute cancel 1day prior to our stay. Was left with no choice but book PULLMAN instead.”

„Very friendly and helpful staff! Although their English was limited, they were extremely supportive in helping us book activities and explore the area. There were very few guests during our stay, which made the experience feel very personalized and unique. The room was beautiful, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The fishing activity at the hotel’s pond was unfortunately out of season, but the staff kindly arranged and paid for us to fish at a nearby lake instead, free of charge. It was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The location is slightly on the outskirts, so taxis are needed to reach most attractions and the walking street. Unfortunately, we arrived at the end of February when the winter season was ending, so some of the area’s natural beauty was fading and a few activities were no longer available. If you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay, this hotel is an excellent choice.”

The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality”
