„對於萬達旗下的酒店我報以的希望很大，但還是挺失望的，當天入住晚上停電，實際也不能賴酒店，但接下來的服務，發現床鋪是濕的，讓幫換一下，結果服務員以停電為藉口，遲遲不來，10幾點孩子還睡不了覺，水也不送，都是因為停電？來電了來了一個服務員，嘴裏一直嘮叨説整層就他一個人，忙不過來，這也是顧客的責任？我們房費也是漲了的，沒有人的問題也要我們諒解，湊合住？搞不懂，被單被罩我們自己換的，這就是萬達旗下的酒店？第二天的早餐更是奇葩，啥也沒有，見圖片，不如如家的早餐，水果區衹有半盆橘子，供不起可以不放不給早餐，別作踐自己！早飯還延長到十點，我都不知道給顧客吃啥！這樣的酒店我真心不建議來！”

„Obsługa była bardzo dobra, ale infrastruktura hotelu miała pewne wady. Obsługa była świetna, butler reagował na bieżąco, obsługa concierge była proaktywna i niezawodna, a personel ogólnie był bardzo entuzjastyczny. Restauracja śniadaniowa była zbyt mała, nieadekwatna do rozmiarów hotelu. Były kolejki, było ciasno, a wybór potraw nie był bogaty. Brakowało możliwości suszenia ubrań, nie było pralni samoobsługowej, a na liście usług pralniczych nie było opcji samego suszenia. Projekt ośrodka był uciążliwy. Nawet w Szwajcarii nie było blisko do stoków narciarskich. Dojście pieszo wymagało przejścia przez cały obszar rekreacyjny, więc lepiej było poczekać na shuttle bus. Na szczęście shuttle bus był szybki i nie trzeba było długo czekać. Centrum aktywności EP było kiepskie, dzieci narzekały, że nie ma tam nic do roboty. Nie można było już samodzielnie robić Tanghulu, można je było tylko odebrać o określonej godzinie. Jeśli chodzi o narciarstwo, ogólnie było w porządku, ale nie do końca pasowało do hotelu jako miejsca na rodzinne wakacje. Wiązania do snowboardu nie miały prawdziwych rozmiarów dziecięcych, były zdecydowanie za duże dla pięcio- czy sześciolatków.”

„Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.”

„Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.”

„most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!”

„I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this.
