„Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.”

„Obsługa była bardzo dobra, ale infrastruktura hotelu miała pewne wady. Obsługa była świetna, butler reagował na bieżąco, obsługa concierge była proaktywna i niezawodna, a personel ogólnie był bardzo entuzjastyczny. Restauracja śniadaniowa była zbyt mała, nieadekwatna do rozmiarów hotelu. Były kolejki, było ciasno, a wybór potraw nie był bogaty. Brakowało możliwości suszenia ubrań, nie było pralni samoobsługowej, a na liście usług pralniczych nie było opcji samego suszenia. Projekt ośrodka był uciążliwy. Nawet w Szwajcarii nie było blisko do stoków narciarskich. Dojście pieszo wymagało przejścia przez cały obszar rekreacyjny, więc lepiej było poczekać na shuttle bus. Na szczęście shuttle bus był szybki i nie trzeba było długo czekać. Centrum aktywności EP było kiepskie, dzieci narzekały, że nie ma tam nic do roboty. Nie można było już samodzielnie robić Tanghulu, można je było tylko odebrać o określonej godzinie. Jeśli chodzi o narciarstwo, ogólnie było w porządku, ale nie do końca pasowało do hotelu jako miejsca na rodzinne wakacje. Wiązania do snowboardu nie miały prawdziwych rozmiarów dziecięcych, były zdecydowanie za duże dla pięcio- czy sześciolatków.”

„The hotel location is convenient for everything. Our room had a nice view and the conceige provides helpful information and especially for the first timer at Changbaishan. The extra penny spent would be the coach for skiing and food. Will be back soon. The people here is very helpful.”

„The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.”

„在入住兩天前，管家小魏就提前聯繫我了，其實住過很多酒店，接觸過很多酒店管家，但小魏是真的讓我感受到了24小時的高標準管家服務，特別貼心，能盡情吐槽能分享，詢問後給的建議都特別妥帖。 每天都及時分享長白山景區的開放情況。 下了飛機有接駁大巴，大概40分鐘左右到酒店，大巴開得非常穩。 在酒店大堂就能直擊長白山，酒店房間也是一直能看見長白山，還看到了粉色的日照金山。太幸福了！ 夜裡看到了冰稜子，還看到了漫天的星星，很很很被感動。 酒店有一個在一樓的室外泡池，不方便之處在於必須出去才能到泡池，不能直接從一樓室內步出，是一個專門的地方。泡池水温39.6度，個人需要更燙的温度哈哈哈，這個適合全年齡段。 但是泡出來非常冷，去的時候人少，裏面的桑拿沒有開，簡單的洗了澡。房間裏面非常暖和，大年三十也開到了晚上十點。 泡池的景色非常美，一定要去拍個照片。 酒店早餐在二樓，也能看到長白山，可以邊看早上的山邊吃。第一天麪條提前做好了，不願意現場最新的，感覺餛飩麪條都坨了；第二天是按照需要現場做的，放了好多蔬菜，辣椒油搭配好吃，雞湯的！ 早餐總體不錯的。 房間很大（對比瑞士出來的，更喜歡美憬閣），酒店在山上一點的位置，接駁車方便，10分鐘一班，第一站上車，5-10分鐘直達雪場。 雪場適合入門，太喜歡了，學不夠！孩子三小時從零基礎到順利平行式，太開心了，我是兩天學會了半犁式。 酒店附近有小時候人蔘雞，連刷兩次，太好吃了，天麻人蔘。很推薦！！！直接來車接車送。可以讓管家幫忙預約和聯繫。離開了還麻煩管家幫我預訂了餐。 入住時贈送了蜂蜜瓶，好有創意，直接自己加水，孩子特別喜歡！ 不足之處：花了鉅款1398r提前預訂了年夜飯，真的很很很很難吃，孩子沒怎麼吃，就主要吃了點水餃和水果……還不如給準備個高價火鍋…（最主要來之前銷售説出了酒店沒地方再吃年夜飯，來之後瞭解到其實有少數店家開門的，感覺也被愚弄了，不好吃就更不開心了）。但年夜飯的服務人員態度都特別好，銷售瞭解到之後也幫我溝通了，還是感謝的（純粹不好吃，不針對任何服務人員） 房間有大浴缸，竟然還準備了精油球，很貼心！ 總體離開之後念念不忘，感覺不該換酒店的，每天滑雪完很累了，收拾行李更累了…非常推薦入住！！！再次感謝管家小魏23點多還回我消息幫我解決要求，特別感動！”

„Overall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value. What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way. Highly recommended.”

„Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. „I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this.
