"Recently returned from here after a weeks stay half board.. we had emailed the hotel about a pool view room if possible and close to reception as the complex goes a fair way back. We didn’t expect to get room as requested but it was honoured and we got our pool view room. The hotel is well situated 5 min walk to the Main Street and all Corralejo amenities. The room was great with good air con and good WiFi. Housekeeping changed sheets and towels and room expertly cleaned each day.. our room was spotless! The food was excellent probably the best we have ever had at a hotel and we are frequent visitors to Corralejo. We have done all inclusive, b+b half board and self catering now.. we would return to this hotel but probably do just b+b next time as sometimes had to queue for evening meal and shown to table then waiter service for drinks.. we are used to just getting our own.. breakfast was not like this and you could choose where you sat and self service for drinks etc. Pool area was very clean.. the staff are all excellent here and they and the reception staff could not do enough for you and were friendly and approachable so top marks here. We wanted to cancel our transfer back to the airport on leaving and this was done for us with no issues so top marks there! Pool is salt water but didn’t really bother us. Pool not open till 9am there were small queues waiting for the life guard to open the pool area and sun beds were filled quickly but it was 1st week of school holidays so was busy it may not be like that at less busy times.. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here."

"Bardzo dobre warunki zakwaterowania, czysto. Stołówka na pierwszy rzut oka skromna, okazała się bardzo przyjaznym miejscem na spędzenie czasu. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, spory wybór. Sniadanie wystarczające, obiady bardzo dobre, kolacja uczta. Drinki w barach bardzo dobre, ty dobierasz proporcje. 4 rodzaje wina, dobre piwo, dostępna woda do butelki. Dwa minusy- brak internetu w pokoju, brak busa na plażę. Spacerkiem 20 min do oceanu, można też znaleźć zokos na plaży przy wietrznej pogodzie. Ogólnie warto odwiedzić ten ośrodek, gdzie pewnie standart będzie rósł, ze względu na nowego właściciela."

"Hotel położony w pięknym miejscu nad samym oceanem, promenada przy hotelu prowadzi do centrum miejscowości Caleta de Fuste. Hotel zadbany, czystość na najwyższym poziomie, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, dla dwóch osób bardzo przestronne, nie wiem jak rodzinne pokoje. Jedzenie wyśmienite, codziennie na kolacje coś innego (kolacje tematyczne), różnorodność potraw, owoców, warzyw. Zaletą były drinki z oryginalnych napojów alkoholowych, duży wybór. Z hotelu można dojechać autobusem do stolicy Puerto del Rosario. Rano warto wybrać się na spacer do pobliskiej miejscowości piękny wschód słońca. Polecam hotel. Pogada w listopadzie nas zaskoczyła, było bardzo ciepło, tyle że wietrznie."

"Our experience was magnificent. We are a vegan couple and the restaurant staff really went out of their way to satisfy our every need. The welcome, from check-in to the last day of our stay, was the best we had ever received. Big smiles and really good manners. The room was as great. The towels smelled of laundry softener and the room was always very clean. The hotel is beautiful with its enchanting garden of cactus plants of all species and a view of the desert and barren mountains. In short, a really good hotel to recommend without doubt to everyone."

"Arrived on a Sunday key is in a safe box by the front door. Reception work 10 -2 Monday to Saturday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our studio was on the first floor , via stairs and lift, at the rear facing the village and across to the old harbour. With a decent size balcony looking out accriss to opposite apartments Large clean and comfortable. Nearly everything is provided even mop and broom. Washing up liquid, sponge, and clothes. No oven, the combination microwave has no removable shelf, so the grill section can't really be used. The bath is of a normal size, but the water heater only supplied enough hot water for half a bath, and then you wait for it to heat up to fill the bath up. Television is small and spanish channels only. No room safe. They don't tell you until you read the notice in the room about the intermittent building work between 10 and 4 at the rear of the building. We were lucky in the 2 weeks no work was done. During certain wind conditions, there is a smell of sewage from the bathroom, which they know about. BE CAREFUL WITH THE HAIR DRYER SEE PICTURES The bed has an annoying squeak when you turn over. The one thing we found is the lack of an information sheet to tell you things like towel changes, bedding changes... they hang them on the outside of your door for you to do yourself , maybe it's their interpretation of independent holidays. The pool is absolutely freezing, and the steps in and out of it are loose, which they know about. The safety Lifebouy ring is hidden out of view, with no availability of cushions for the sunloungers. There is a paid launderette on the lower floor, and the rubbish bins are also down there, but again, no one tells you unless you ask. There is no cafe yet it's signed on the wall by reception. If you need a walk-in shower, ask when you book. To sum up, yes, i would go again. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and a few tweaks it would achieve 10 out of 10 . I mark it as 9 ... until the new apartments are built behind the block."
