Our room was a dream: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the linens felt fresh and crisp, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. It’s the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. And then there’s the surprise that makes this place unforgettable—their charming little zoo! We were delighted to wander outside and find deer gracefully roaming, a curious ostrich adding a playful touch, and three adorable dogs who absolutely stole our hearts. It’s unique, joyful, and perfect for both families and anyone who loves a bit of nature and personality with their stay. If you’re heading to the astounding Jiuzhai Valley National Park, this place makes the adventure even more special. The park’s dreamlike scenery-mirror‑clear lakes in shades of turquoise, terraced mineral pools, cascading waterfalls, and ever‑changing forests left us in awe. After a day of wandering boardwalks and soaking in those views, coming back to the serenity of “Between the trees and streams” felt perfect. The name truly fits the vibe. This is a great traditional tibentan style guest house. Rooms are clean, modern and functional. The breakfast set is delicious too. What really made my stay a fantastic one is the warm hospiality of the host. He went extra miles to send me to see a doctor on the first day and even invited us to tea in the second night's evening, something you don't really get in a normal hotel. Overall i will highly recommend this place as a base to explore jiuzhaigou.

We were touched by the warm hospitality the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. As this is our anniversary trip, Namu even decorated the room prior to our arrival. They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

The B&B environment is beautiful and quiet, far exceeding my expectations. The room was also very clean. The hot water kettle is the kind that heats directly, which is very convenient. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic; she carefully explained how to use the room's facilities and even helped with luggage. The breakfast was also very generous, and you could get free refills if needed. The driver provides free pick-up and drop-off to scenic spots, which is super convenient, and he was very enthusiastic about introducing the local specialties. I'm extremely satisfied!

Excellent experience during the travel in jiu zhai gou. Hostel is clean, nearby with a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. The hostel in charge person is very kind and helpful.

Spędziłem tu dwie noce zimą. Plusy: Lokalizacja jest znakomita. Słynny hotpot z jaka z pomidorami znajduje się tuż obok. W pobliżu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy. 15 minut spacerem do parku Jiuzhaigou. Obsługa była miła. Duża przestrzeń. Podobał mi się grzejnik przypominający kominek. Minusy: Podłoga w łazience była lodowata. Ciśnienie wody nie było tak silne. Trudno było kontrolować temperaturę. Jest tylko jedna pralka, która stała w rogu korytarza i nie miała oświetlenia. Brakowało odpowiedniej butelki na detergent. Ogólnie jest dobrze. Jak na tak dobrą lokalizację, jest to bardzo opłacalne.

Will not stay here again in the future. The weather is so cold and they dont have heater in the lobby plus the heater not really function. The hotel staff not really helpful and cold. I read the review saying staff very helpful but not in my case. The guy is okay at least helping with translation but the woman is angry and not even trying to help

Jiuzhaigou is a popular tourist destination, so hotels nearby are understandably expensive—especially during holidays. For that reason, I chose to stay a bit farther away, in a hostel instead of a hotel. This hostel recently reopened in 2025, which was one of the reasons I decided to give it a try. While the amenities are new, I noticed that cleanliness could use some improvement. There was visible dust in several corners and hard-to-reach areas, which gave the place a slightly unkempt feel. The bathroom, although newly fitted, also had minor drainage issues—the shower tended to clog a little, possibly due to accumulated hair. The hostel provides a laundry room, which I initially planned to use, but I didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the environment after entering, so I decided not to. They also offer a simple breakfast for an additional fee (around 15 CNY, if I remember correctly). It’s a nice option for travelers who want to grab a quick bite before heading out for hiking or sightseeing in Jiuzhaigou. I noticed that many reviews mentioned the owner as very welcoming and friendly. However, since I arrived late after visiting the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, I didn’t have much interaction with the owner myself. The next morning, I left early for my next destination in Huanglong, so my stay was quite brief. That said, I didn’t experience any discomfort or issues with the service—overall, everything felt perfectly fine. While I don’t expect hostel standards to match those of a hotel, I do believe that cleanliness is the foundation of a good stay. If this aspect improves, I think this place would definitely be worth booking.

Plusy: Położony nad rzeką, 20 minut spacerem do wejścia do Parku Narodowego Jiuzhaigou. Pokój był czysty, zapewniono ręczniki jednorazowe, szampon i żel pod prysznic. Recepcja była przyjazna, pomogła w zamówieniu taksówki zbiorowej na dworzec kolejowy. Do dyspozycji był dystrybutor wody i kubki jednorazowe. W pobliżu wiele restauracji i sklepów spożywczych. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Minusy: Dostępna tylko jedna pralka, brak suszarek. Męska toaleta na 1. piętrze była zawsze mokra od prysznica i miała delikatny zapach. Brakowało wieszaków na ręczniki i ubrania. Woda pod prysznicem była letnia, za ciepła jak na mój gust.

Booked this hotel upon arrival and fortunately there was a room available. The rooms have modern furnishings, with a smart TV, climate control, separate toilet, wash basin and shower cabinet. The King sized bed is super comfortable and ensures a good night's sleep. The only negative aspect is the lack of towels (disposable ones are offered). The hot water comes on quickly, a good thing given the icy conditions outside, Rooms are serviced and water is supplied and replenished each day. The hotel has an elevator and is located immediately behind Dico's restaurant. Just 200n from the Huanglong gaotie bus terminal and 1 km from the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance. They accept foreigners.
