Hotel is located close to Exit D of Fenghuang metro station. Room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Bathroom is well layout with space for changing clothes. There are plenty of USB outlets for charging phones but none of the USB C outlets in the room is working. Both check-in and check-out are smooth and quick. There is also a waiting room next door for purchasing bus tickets to Baoan airport and various spots in Hong Kong. Two shopping malls are right next to the hotel with different eateries to satisfy your tastes. For visitors longing for outdoor activities, they can visit the Hong Qiao Park nearby.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during the festive season. The hotel was beautifully decorated with warm and cheerful New Year decorations, creating a cozy and joyful atmosphere everywhere. What made my stay truly perfect was the excellent service from Kiki. She was so kind, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. She greeted me warmly, helped me check in smoothly, and always responded quickly to my needs with a lovely smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole environment was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to Kiki for making my trip so enjoyable and memorable!

We were so impressed of almost everything about this stay. I will recommend to my friends, and the my relatives to come and pay a visit. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

Pokój z owocami powitalnymi, kawą i nielimitowanymi napojami bezalkoholowymi. Kosmetyki łazienkowe były markowe, a co więcej, zaskoczeniem okazały się sól morska i baza pod makijaż. Ta ostatnia była pełnowymiarowa i wyjątkowo dobra, co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Obsługa była absolutnie fenomenalna, wykraczająca poza pięć gwiazdek. Przed przyjazdem cena wydawała się wysoka, ale po pobycie zgodnie stwierdziliśmy, że hotel oferuje świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Można tu spędzić dzień lub dwa, nie nudząc się ani przez chwilę – do dyspozycji jest fotografowanie, rejsy jachtem, a nawet terapia misami tybetańskimi. Planujemy wrócić, ponieważ tym razem nie zdążyliśmy w pełni nacieszyć się wszystkim. Szczególnie polecam restaurację – jedzenie jest naprawdę, ale to naprawdę niedrogie. Warzywa kosztują 10 juanów, tofu 10 juanów, pół porcji pierogów (6 sztuk) 6,8 juana. Nawet owoce morza są tańsze niż w restauracjach poza hotelem.

The only thing I would say that is a drawback was that I was there during a business conference - and getting up to the room was challenging because the wait times for elevators were quite long. Took me 15mins to get to my room. English level proficiency is not as high as other Grand Hyatt hotels. I asked for water to be sent to my room over WeChat - and they didn't understand. So they never sent it. I asked the staff in person, and they promptly did so. So maybe those WeChat groups aren't so effective after all. Keep the human touch - it's more genuine anyway.

His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

We celebrated our anniversary at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The 24-hour butler service was a highlight, loved having drinks delivered to the room. We are especially grateful to Jay and Alice for their kind and attentive service. Upon learning it was our anniversary, the staff thoughtfully decorated our room, which made the occasion even more memorable. The spa was also amazing - a truly relaxing experience!

First night was a bit of a disaster as I came with a slight cold and he heating in the rooms are inadequate. I ended up sleeping with my jacket on and a dressing gown . Staff by and large had poor English and were quite young so there was a distinct language barrier. Also some of the night porters were quite aloof. The kitchen staff however were excellent and very attentive and attentive It was my birthday during the stay so the manager came to apologise and gave a belated birthday cake which was a nice touch. The rooms were quite nice and views were great

Całkiem przyzwoity hotel z bardzo przyjazną obsługą. Udogodnienia są dobre, poza pilotem do telewizora (nie da się przełączać kanałów ani praktycznie nic!). Hotel codziennie wieczorem serwuje gościom desery, które są dostarczane do pokoju przez roboty. Pobyt był całkiem komfortowy, w pobliżu było wiele restauracji, a nawet kilka sklepów dalej można było skorzystać z masażu TCM.

A very solid stay overall. I would rate this property 5 out of 5 across the board for cleanliness, location, service, and amenities. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. Rooms and common areas were consistently in great condition, and everything felt well managed and organized. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It sits right next to Windows of the World, which makes it an ideal choice for anyone planning to visit the theme park. If that attraction is on your itinerary, it is difficult to find a more convenient place to stay. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very easy without needing to travel far. On top of that, the property is located right at the exit of a metro station, so getting around Shenzhen is extremely convenient. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, and the amenities were exactly what you would expect from a well-run Westin property. Overall, this is a highly convenient and comfortable hotel, particularly for travelers who want easy access to Windows of the World and the surrounding Nanshan area.
