Reservé en este hotel especialmente para celebrar la noche de mi cumpleaños. Como había disponibilidad, tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos un upgrade, así que pudimos disfrutar de una de las suites. A pesar de estar en pleno centro de Madrid, la habitación tenía un ambiente cálido y súper acogedor, casi como estar en casa. Cada detalle hacía que nos sintiéramos especialmente cómodos. La cama era enorme y las almohadas, súper híper cómodas. Me sentía en una nube! El baño era muy amplio y el espejo del lavamanos tenía luces regulables, perfectas para maquillarme. Además, la habitación incluía sauna, un detalle que me esperaba, pero igualmente sorprende cuando lo ves. También nos dejaron caramelos y agua de cortesía. Los productos de baño no sé de qué marca eran, pero olían muy bien. En general, si no fuera porque esa misma noche mi pareja rompió conmigo, definitivamente volvería a reservar. La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado del Parque del Retiro y de la Puerta de Alcalá.

The staff at Palacio de los Duques Madrid truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service provided by the concierge, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and exuded a sense of luxury. The elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. Fabulous hotel! Service was excellent throughout the hotel including reception, concierge, restaurant/bar, housekeeping. When we checked in, the concierge was able to make a reservation on the spot for us at a very popular restaurant in Madrid!

Wonderful stay. Great location at the centre of everything. Next to the main street that looks like Broadway in NYC where you can find musical theatres, exhibitions, etc. Friendly staff at check-in. Maria was very polite and offered to circle the locations of major destinations on a map for me. Amenities are VERY new and technologically up to date. Interiors are beautifully designed with details that showcase thoughts and considerations put in to improve the user experience and functionality as well. If anything to note, it might be a bit noisy in the evenings as it’s right next to the main street and plaza with performers singing. But it’s quiet enough after 10pm and hasn’t been much of a concern for me during my stay.

Service: All staff were very helpful, polite, and energetic when communicating 😊 Lots of smiles and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. 💫 Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝 Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿

İlk kez bir Four Seasons Hotel'de oda servisi için sipariş dışında odaya teslimat ücreti alındığını gördüm. Çok saçma ve mantık dışı bir uygulama. Ek olarak kahvaltıdaki çöreklerin bazılarının aşırı bayat olması da çok şaşırttı. Daha önce hiç bir Four Seasons Hotel konaklamamda böyle şeylerle karşılaşmadım.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was very small and the pool was very small, we expected more variety at breakfast, little bread variety. In check out we reported a safety problem in the pool that seemed very dangerous. Unfortunately the receptionist did not show interest and no one simply “we will report the situation.” We also think that hotel has all the conditions only to be invested in the training of receptionists and maintenance.

This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!

An absolutely impressive hotel! I loved the gorgeous décor in both the room and the shared areas. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh fruit, smoked salmon, a wonderful bakery station, and even delicious Spanish specialties like ham and chorizo. From the moment you step into the hotel to the moment you enter your room, everything feels truly luxurious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!
