What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. The hotel is exceptionally well-located, offering easy access to the surrounding area for a pleasant walk. The bedding is of outstanding quality, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Additionally, the coffee shop located downstairs serves excellent coffee, which adds to the overall experience.

I am satisfied with everything in the hotel. No doubt one of the best serve for breakfast with roti canai, nasi lemak, pulut kuning, nasi impit with kuah kacang, laksa etc

I stayed at Manhattan Condo for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenware, and a washing machine, which made the stay convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly. The location is strategic—just a short drive to Ipoh town, eateries, and attractions like Lost World of Tambun. The gym and swimming pool in the condo were kept up nicely, and the security system seemed dependable. For families or small groups seeking a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Ipoh, it's an excellent option overall. I would most certainly think about returning!

I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities provided were also well-maintained and in excellent condition. The location is very strategic and easily accessible, with various amenities nearby. What I appreciated most was the convenience of having a shop located on the ground floor, offering a wide range of essential daily necessities, making it easy to get what I needed without having to travel far. Overall, this accommodation provided a comfortable, practical, and worthwhile experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean accommodation in a convenient location

A perfect stay at an affordable price. The unit was clean, well-designed, and fully equipped, and the apartment facilities were excellent—spacious pool, clean surroundings, a gym, and a ping-pong area with a beautiful view of Perak city. The location was ideal, close to great food, shopping centres, and attractions in Ipoh. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Ipoh.

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.

Very unpleasant experience. I would never book this hotel again. Even though we stayed for only one night, too many things went wrong. When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. After that, we were given a hotel access card that was very old and broken with tape patched. When we went to the room, the door was already slightly open. Inside the room, the DB box cover was open and hanging upward, which felt unsafe. There were no refills for tissue paper, shampoo, or shower gel, and there was no hair dryer at all. the pillow cotton is coming out, all furniture are old and not well maintained. To make things worse, at around 2:20 a.m., all the electricity suddenly went off — all switches stopped working and there was no power. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth it.
