I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

What an absolute GEM of an experience, a true B&B!! Everything about my stay was wonderful. The sweet elderly couple that runs this B&B was overly helpful, kind, and sweet. Despite our language barrier, they went above and beyond in the hospitality realm. They not only drove me to the Enshi Grand Canyon Visitor Center but also picked me up when I was finished. The breakfasts were amazing and super traditional. The spacious rooms have an unbeatable view!! They gave me free water for my hikes, and even a few beers on the house. If you are looking for a true B&B stay, do yourself a favor and stay here!!

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

Shangrila in Wuhan is already a bit old, but the overall service is fine and they have a big gym and a nice swimming pool. What bothered me at my stay is, that I bought a 2-day promotion, where not was written that the breakfast is excluded. I had to add four breakfasts for the comfortable stay. Then the difference of the promotion vs current room rate was marginal.

Pobyliśmy w innych hotelach w Wuhan, Pekinie i Szanghaju, ale nie było innego hotelu, który zapewnił ten poziom usług. Ostatnio, ale nie mniej, ich śniadanie bufetu było najlepszym z 6 hoteli, które przebywaliśmy na tę podróż. Mój ulubiony był porcję z ryżu słodkiego i słodkiego ryżu dumpingi. W sierpniu 2025 roku zakwaterowaliśmy się trzy noce w hotelu Hearing 2 # East Lake, wspaniale, bardzo polecane! Hotel East Lake, znany z pięknych widoków, jak się spodziewaliśmy, jest absolutnie niesamowity, ale lepiej niż widok, to najlepszy klient. Wysłali do nas pracownika, panią Wong. Pani Wang dała nam swój adres Wei-mail, aby łatwiej się z nami skontaktować. Mieszkaliśmy w innych 5-gwiazdkowych hotelach w Wuhan, Pekinie i Szanghaju, ale nie ma innych hoteli, które oferują takie usługi. Ich śniadanie było najlepszym z sześciu hoteli w naszej podróży.

The environment is fantastic, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful. Sitting by the window, enjoying the view and eating is truly delightful. It's also very close to the attractions we visited. The room even has a large bathtub, and a washing machine, microwave, and umbrella are all provided. The host's service is exceptional; they respond to messages very quickly. We initially had trouble with the washing machine, and after messaging them, the cleaning lady came over right away. The host also thoughtfully sent us a Wuhan travel guide, which was incredibly considerate!!!

The experience of bringing a baby is excellent, the room space is abundant, and the home is warm and clean. The clerk is gentle and kind, the service is warm, adjacent to many good places to play, the travel is relaxed, and the whole stay is comfortable and assured. The room also has a balcony, especially comfortable hotel is great, beyond my imagination

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
