Beyond my expectation! I picked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip.com and happy to report that the hotel exceeded my expectation. From the first impression I love how this boutique hotel is decorated in a traditional chinese style. The room itself is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. It was perfect to come back to the room from a long day of walking & sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the the North Gate & in a quieter part of Songpan old town, which is great for getting a good night sleep. However, the best part of my stay at this hotel is the staff, especially the lovely young lady named Xiao Zeng. From the check-in she showed me a couple of rooms to choose from to make sure I’m happy with the room. Not only that, she went beyond her duty to help arrange for the transportation to Songpan train station (it was not possible to get Didi due to rain), as well as to provide helpful tips on what to eat and what to see/do while in Songpan. This makes my traveling experience much smoother and hassle free. Keep up the good work, Xiaozeng 👍☺️ Definitely recommended.

Higiena w hotelu: czysto i schludnie, cena pokoju jest bardzo przystępna i opłacalna. Otoczenie hotelu: Niedaleko hotelu znajdują się kawiarnie Luckin Coffee i Mixue, a także wiele supermarketów i restauracji. Transport jest bardzo wygodny. Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się naprzeciwko hotelu. Jeśli chcesz zobaczyć to malownicze miejsce, możesz wsiąść do autobusu jadącego bezpośrednio do Centrum Turystycznego Huangwan.

Najbardziej satysfakcjonującą rzeczą w tej wycieczce do Chengdu jest apartament Grand Parkview Hotel Hol jest jasny i wspaniały. Xiao Shi w recepcji był bardzo miły i cierpliwy. Pomógł nam ulepszyć typ pokoju i dał nam bezpłatne śniadanie pokój hotelowy jest duży i ma okna sięgające od podłogi do sufitu. Pokój ma piękny nocny widok. Najlepsze jest to, że jest tam pralka, która jest bardzo wygodna w praniu i suszeniu pościeli jest wygodny i czysty. Hotelowy basen z podgrzewaną wodą jest również atrakcją. Nie jest on ogólnodostępny, a woda jest czysta, przez cały czas czuwają ratownicy, jest też gorący basen abyś mógł się w nim zanurzyć po kąpieli. Jest to bardzo wygodne. W przyszłości hotelem pierwszego wyboru w Chengdu będzie z pewnością Grand Parkview

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was quick and seamless, thanks to Mina at the front desk, who was warm, friendly and very helpful. The welcome gifts and complimentary afternoon tea were a lovely touch. The hotel’s location is excellent. It is within walking distance of many attractions, with plenty of eateries nearby, and just steps from the Mixue flagship store. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. We also appreciated the reading area and 24-hour self-service laundry, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

Overall, a really unique and special stay. While it looks close to the main road, you should know that going down to the city center might only take 5 to 10 minutes walking downhill but it's a steep hill going up. The staff was really helpful and knew how to use translation apps. Our one complaint was that the common areas (lounge and shared toilet) could be cleaned a bit better. Otherwise, we really loved the view and our stay.

I have to appreciate for Jasmine’s help throughout my 2 nights stay at this Hyatt. She helped me alot with her great attitude to make my anniversary with my girlfriend more memorable. A big thank for her. (Hope to join her hosted event next time 😉 This hotel is pretty new, still having some potential shortages that are waiting to be enhanced: 1. the variety of the breakfast is limited, especially for the hot dishes. Original taste for beef tender noodles is too blend. Beef potstickers are popular, can make more in every turn. 2. One more box of tissue paper can be placed by the sink. 3. Greeters should also help for carrying luggages even for the customer that are leaving Overall, still a big thumbs up for this brand new Hyatt.

I am very satisfied with this stay experience. The boss used to play antique literature, so the decoration style of the whole homestay is unique, very distinctive and charming. And the boss wife is very enthusiastic with the staff, prepared Rhodiola, oxygen cylinders, etc. in case we have any discomfort. Dinner and the young lady dance performance, the next day we took us to the forest to hike, and also fed the groundhog, very relaxed. I heard from the boss that I can see the horse deer, ride horses, etc. in the future, and I will definitely come again in the future!

The hotel is very near to dagu glacier entrance, 5 min drive only. The owner also so nice to help us, as we arrived at the hotel very late at night. They also helped to arrange car for us to go Dagu Glacier and even to sent us to the Maoxian train station. The room is very big andcomfortable. We really had pleseant stay here. Recommended to everyone to book this hotel. Btw, we are from Malaysia🥰

I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.
