Absolutely amazing experience!!! Excellence and convenient just 12 mins walk from the train station. The rooms is spacious and well designed. And the staff is very thoughtful and caring. They also provided many ideas and information to travel around the Leshan area. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Higiena w hotelu: czysto i schludnie, cena pokoju jest bardzo przystępna i opłacalna. Otoczenie hotelu: Niedaleko hotelu znajdują się kawiarnie Luckin Coffee i Mixue, a także wiele supermarketów i restauracji. Transport jest bardzo wygodny. Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się naprzeciwko hotelu. Jeśli chcesz zobaczyć to malownicze miejsce, możesz wsiąść do autobusu jadącego bezpośrednio do Centrum Turystycznego Huangwan.

I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

The accommodation is in a great location. Our room was on the 19th floor and overlooked a lovely courtyard, so it was very quiet and we slept well. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day, which was much appreciated. The receptionist was helpful and responded quickly to all our requests. It was easy to communicate with her. We recommend it. :)

This hotel is located just a short 10-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area entrance, with the added convenience of a complimentary shuttle bus service. It’s a cosy and well-designed stay enhanced by a smart home system—it was fun giving instructions to 小T! Our room had a lovely view of the mountains and a clear river, which made the experience even more special. While we had a heater issue on the first night, the night staff (unfortunately didn’t get his name) responded quickly and followed up. The issue was resolved the next day. There was also a door lock issue that remained unresolved during our stay. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive to all our requests. A special mention to the chef who was warm and chatty—he even recommended great dinner spots nearby. Breakfast was included; the spread was small but sufficient. Would recommend this place for a comfortable stay near Jiuzhaigou!

Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu, ale była awaria prądu, więc nie mogliśmy się zameldować. Musieliśmy czekać w holu, aż usterka zostanie naprawiona. Personel był bardzo miły i zaoferował nam wodę oraz ciepłe miejsce do siedzenia. Po zameldowaniu dowiedzieliśmy się, że nie ma siłowni, co nas rozczarowało, ponieważ zarezerwowaliśmy hotel ze względu na zdjęcia siłowni reklamowane w internecie. Kiedy wieczorem poszliśmy do gorących źródeł, nagle przypomniano nam, że z powodu wcześniejszej awarii prądu dzisiaj nie ma wystarczająco dużo prądu, aby ogrzać gorące źródła, więc nie otworzą. Byliśmy naprawdę wściekli, ponieważ oba udogodnienia reklamowane w internecie były dla nas niedostępne, więc nie było powodu, aby ustalać taką cenę, ponieważ hotel nie znajduje się nawet blisko centrum, gdzie znajdują się restauracje i wejście do parku. Bardzo miła pani w recepcji zauważyła nasze rozczarowanie i zaproponowała nam zniżkę lub darmową kolację. Zaletą tego hotelu jest naprawdę personel. Śniadanie również było dobre.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

如果説甲居藏寨是一幅絕美的畫卷，那麼阿若康巴甲居莊園就是這幅畫中最温暖的落款。這家莊園不僅僅是一個住處，更是一座可以零距離感受嘉絨藏族風情的文化驛站。從建築風格到服務細節，處處透露着質樸與真誠。 位置與交通： 莊園位於甲居藏寨的核心區域，坐擁半山腰的絕佳視野。站在觀景台或房間陽台上，就能將層層疊疊的藏式碉樓、連綿的峽谷和遠處巍峨的雪山盡收眼底。雖然上山的路有些盤旋（自駕需謹慎駕駛），但當看到雲霧繚繞中的莊園時，會覺得一切顛簸都值得。莊園內有獨立停車場，對自駕遊客比較友好。 環境與設計： 莊園的建築是傳統的石砌碉樓風格，完美融入了當地村落。內部裝修在保留藏式元素（如彩繪木樑、手工銅器、氂牛絨毯）的同時，融入了現代舒適的設施。公共區域非常出片，尤其是頂樓的觀景台和充滿藏式風情的火塘休閑區，晚上圍爐夜話，氛圍感直接拉滿。 房間設施： 我們入住的是景觀大床房。房間面積寬敞，窗户就像畫框一樣，直接把窗外的山景框進了房間裏。床品柔軟乾淨，取暖設備很給力。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水出水快、水壓足，轉累了能洗個舒服的熱水澡真的很加分。 餐飲體驗： 莊園的餐飲是亮點。早餐藏式酥油茶、青稞餅、氂牛酸奶等當地特色一應俱全，現煮的麪條暖胃又暖心。正餐我們嘗試了火鍋，湯底鮮美，食材新鮮，蘸着祕製辣椒醬非常過癮。用餐時窗外就是藏寨全景，味覺和視覺的雙重享受。 服務： 工作人員基本都是本地藏族同胞，非常淳樸熱情。管家在我們抵達前就主動聯繫，發送了詳細的位置指引。入住期間，無論是幫忙提行李到高樓層，還是耐心介紹周邊徒步路線、拍照打卡點，都讓人感覺賓至如歸。那種真誠的笑容，是星級酒店標準化服務給不了的温暖。 周邊遊玩： 從莊園出發，步行即可深入甲居藏寨的村寨內部，感受當地人真實的日常生活。如果時間充裕，可以讓管家幫忙聯繫去周邊的中路藏寨或梭坡碉樓，相比甲居更為原始寧靜。早晨如果起得來，千萬不要錯過到莊園樓頂看日出時的晨霧，整個寨子在光影變幻中宛如仙境。

Location was great- lots of dining options nearby and only a 15-20min walk to the national park entrance. However, we didn't realise the windows opened up to a concrete wall (unlike the pictures shown during booking) which was a little bit disappointing. The toiletries weren't replaced- some of them were open and half-empty from the last guests and the room also had a damp smell but this settled once the extractor fan was on for a while. Overall, for a short stay it's alright for the price and location.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with rooms offering direct views of the snow-capped mountains. You can take a leisurely stroll around the hotel and discover some truly stunning scenery, including opportunities to witness the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight' phenomenon. The room amenities are also superb, featuring underfloor heating, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. A special mention must go to the owner and staff, whose service is outstanding; they even arranged transportation for us. This hotel offers incredible value for money and comes highly recommended!
