Hotele Pet friendly w: Hessen, Germany

The front desk staff were really welcoming. The location is super convenient, right near a commercial street with all sorts of restaurants. The room cleaning and facility maintenance were good too, definitely up to IHG standards. However... the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the hotel's air conditioning wasn't very strong. Those were the only downsides.

It was close to the Messe and within walking distance, which was great. You can walk to Frankfurt Station if you want, and it's also just a short bus or train ride away. I think the area is safer than the station. They don't clean the room unless you request it, but even when they tell me to tell the cleaning staff, I've never met them... On the last night, the alarm in my room suddenly started going off for an unknown reason and didn't stop for a while, which surprised me. It stopped once, but started again a few minutes later and was quite loud. The person in the next room also went outside, so no one really knew what was going on. It was good that it eventually stopped, but they never gave me any explanation as to what had caused it.

Nice three-star hotel,The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean and conveniently furnished. I missed only the water cooker on the room, however, it is not a duty for a three-star hotel. Breakfast really super,all made with love..... clean selection... The price was top with just €60 including breakfast. I'm coming back

I booked this hotel for my boss's business trip, and he stayed for four nights. The location is convenient, making it easy to get to the exhibition. It's a bit small, but that's typical for European hotels, so you get used to it! The value for money is pretty decent, haha.

The hotel was conveniently located near Frankfurt Central Station, making it easy to get around. However, the area around the hotel didn't have a very good atmosphere. It felt quite unsafe late at night. I would advise against a woman traveling alone. The hotel facilities were very good. There was a bathtub, and they even lent us a kettle. The room was clean. There was an elevator, and the room had air conditioning, making it comfortable even during the hot summer.

Check-in is simple, comfortable and clean, the small refrigerator has five bottles of drinks for free, the TV can project mobile phones, the location is great and everyone knows it, nothing to fault

This hotel is a bit like a homestay, WiFi is almost not received, the front desk is completely no one, let alone any service, the only advantage is that it is close to the exhibition hall.

Hotels with three beds are hard to book. This one has two single beds and a sofa bed, which is very nice. It's very close to the train station, a 1-minute walk, exiting from platform 24. There's a Wenzhou restaurant downstairs, very convenient for Chinese food. Inside the train station, there are many Western restaurants, McDonald's, Starbucks, and other bakeries. REWE is nearby, and it's not far from the Roman Square, within walking distance.

The front desk lady Anmeldung looked a little unhappy, maybe she was in a bad mood today or not feeling well, the hotel room facilities are very different, my colleague is very fashionable on the first floor, but the second floor looks to be improved, maybe the hotel is planning.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the food was good.
