I always love staying at Vivanta Coimbatore. Amazing stuff! Ansari and Vahijni always manure the stay was pleasant and being at home.

Nice stay, need to work on somethings like bathroom door not closing properly, ac is making sound, and if hanger type they can provide it should be good. Overall it was a good experience.

A budget version of other Taj hotels. The first thing that strikes you is the reception desk is high, so you're forced to stand while checking in, whereas in other 5* hotels, there are seats on either side of a desk. Then there's no porter service, so you're meant to carry your own luggage to your room. The room itself is serviceable, and not up to the Taj mark. One of the closet doors had a loose hinge whose pin fell off. The part of the toilet bowl under water had a permanent yellow film. The hair dryer was a compact one that only had the heat option without cold air drying. That said, the service was quick, efficient and with a smile. The food was good, both breakfast and room service. If you know to expect a marked down experience at a lower cost than its more famous siblings in Chennai, then it's a good bet.

The resort is situated at a peninsula of the lake, with stunning views of the Kalimalai. The premises have well kept vegetation including tamarai and utpala. Morning and evening walks are extremely enjoyable and serene. They also have a lot of activities in the resort, ensuring one will never get bored. The staff are always ready to help. I enjoyed their company and guided tours a lot. The restaurant provides really nice local cuisine and clean vegetarian specialties for every meal. The room in a cottage was prepared thoughtfully either very nice amenities. Individualized cottage also gave a sense of privacy and great views towards the lake undisturbed.

Koox Rooftop bar located at the terrace is a premier dining experience for any Japanese or Thai cuisine aficionados, the evening vibes had us coming back for more. A special mention to the Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant on the 1st Floor, Chef de Partie Amit and Restaurant Manager Nisarg went above and beyond to cater for every request at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Had a great stay with family at Hotel Carnation, Ooty for 3 nights. It is very near to Charring Cross junction and other market areas. Botanical Garden is also walkable at 1KM. There's a restaurant ”Madras Rasoi” and a Food Truck at the Hotel serving both Veg & N. Veg food. Room was very good and spacious. Geyser is there in the bathroom, so 24/7 hot water there. Kettle is provided for heating drinking water. Hospitality was great by it's owner Mr. Mariadas, very nice person. Mr. Prince who is at reception is a young chap who is very helpful and friendly and well mannered. All other staffs were also very good and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time as well.

I had a comfortable stay here in terms of service and hospitality. The staff were courteous. As far as the facility is concerned the room walls looked old and missing the appeal to qualify it as a 5 star hotel. I could clearly smell wood whenever I walk in the room and the bath area is quite small and not tidy. The food tasted decent but the options in the buffet are quite limited compared to other 5 star hotels. I would not recommend picking this hotel if you are truly looking for the comforts of a 5 star

The staff was outstanding, extremely friendly and they made our stay very special. The whole hotel is very cozy, warm and well maintained. The breakfast was superior. We had a great stay!

Very poor customer service from the hospitality team, we stayed in premium room with balcony , which was a building at the end. And we booked to rooms one for myself and one for my parents. My mother can’t walk too much and I am having a 1year old daughter too. So whenever we request for buggy to go to the restaurant or the reception or the indoor game are , the staffs we ride and saying we will come in 5minutes but my mother waited for 30minutes , the next day for breakfast when we asked the staff he said it’s just a slight slope, so you can walk through these rear stairs, which felt me very disappointed and especially a brand like sterling should look into this and when I called reception for the hot water, they said they will send it but I didn’t get. So the next day we booked GRT Kodaika Al, which was really good and especially the team, because we are actually coming for an holiday with our family, and when the hospitality team ruins it, we never trust such hotel chain brands.

Property is located in prime location, railway station is near, many temples are reachable with in 5 kms. You get Taxi,Auto for your commute easily. Food: Complementary food are below average in terms of the service and stock. Quality and taste is above average. i too took a dinner in the hotel, where i rate the quality is good on non veg option and veg options. But i too recommend hotel to improve a lot for customer experience in the restaurant. Amenities and service i feel the hotel is really good. Overall if i recommend the hotel for your stay and i too prefer this hotel for my next stay at trichy soon. Thank you
