這個酒店早餐午餐晚餐都非常棒強烈推薦，性價比非常棒的一個酒店，住了兩次了，唯獨一個最大問題就是WIFI不好，上網太差，毛巾也都很舊了。

It's under renovation but everyone did their best at the hotel to make our stay comfortable. It's generally quite clean, but it seems the shower wasn't cleaned very well or the same mop was used for the whole room. The shower floor had fluff remains or a little hair (not mine) every day. Other than that, the rest of the bathroom was always clean which is important for me. The bed linen was fresh from the beginning and although the furniture isn't new, it was all that was needed and in decent state. For a short stay it was perfect value for money an the staff service from reception, maintenance, and the drivers who take you around (it's hotel's courtesy!) made up for the little things that weren't perfect. Service was impecable,I'm grateful. It's quiet at night, the beds are comfortable, and the heating was working well. Expect an older hotel, it's not sparkly new and fancy, but it's definitely covering 10% of all basic necessities.

The stay was nice but wished the hotel was surrounded with more restaurants and stores. It just had one store next and had to walk like 15 mins for a cafe. But, besides that everything was good.

Enjoyed the stay a lot. Hotel is very new and clean. It felt very luxury and the fact that it has an entrance the the Valle Oriente mall is great.

Cama sin sábana superior. AC, fue necesario bajar temperatura al mínimo. Regadera sin accesorios para detenerse. Habitación sin cesto para basura.

酒店是比較新的酒店，凱悦旗下全球連鎖店，大堂在L層，房間挺大，設備設施齊全，床很舒服，床上用品很舒服，早餐豐富，酒店L層有露台，此次入住時間匆忙沒有去游泳和健身房，前台服務態度一般，在蒙特雷酒店性價比還行
