It was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

The staff and management crew here are absolutely amazing. They keep the place looking great and they understand that people fall on hard times and don't put you down like most hotels. Good place to stay.

Stayed a week while waiting for my daughter’s apartment to be ready for move in.  Not the cleanest room. Wear socks!  Floor even got my socks dirty and it was laminate.  Bathroom dirty behind door and had to ask a number of times and numerous people for towels.  Everyone was pleasant. It was a functional room.  Stayed with two dogs.  The dog “park” area was over grown and had piles of poop everywhere.  No attempt to keep it tidy at all.  If it wasn’t for the convenience we would have found another place for sure.

Good hotel, in a very nice position and staffs are helpful. Room was very clean and well equiped. They got everything u need in the room.

This hotel looks nothing like the rooms that is advertised on herr. The ones here are noymt sven close to being that nicd. Also this motel is one thaymt is now one of 3 that are used by the local ************ on the werkend. And its npt as vlean anywheee on the propertu. And the breakfast and lobby area are a jokrle compared to the pics on here. Can u please tell me how this room lookszanytging loke the too is advertised to look.

The front desk superviser (I think her name was Vee) and Alexis were wonderful, The blind date with a book was such a fun and awesome idea! The pool was beautiful, and the hotel itself had a lot of character. Great walking distance to Buckhead village, would definitely stay here again~
