I absolutely have to highly recommend this hotel! I originally thought staying in Wan Chai was just for the convenience of transportation, but after actually staying here, I realized this location is truly perfect for anyone visiting Hong Kong for tourism or business. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable; the housekeeping staff does an excellent job every day. The lobby and front desk staff are also very friendly and polite, making the entire stay very comfortable. The most commendable aspect is definitely the location. Transportation is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. There are plenty of leisure options and great food nearby. If you want to grab a drink or experience Hong Kong's nightlife, it's also very accessible. Especially for someone traveling to Hong Kong alone for business, I think this place is truly ideal. After work, if you want to eat, shop, or relax, you pretty much have everything at your fingertips. The only downside was that my stay coincided with a major exhibition in Hong Kong, causing the room rates to almost double for the latter part of my trip, which is why I unfortunately had to switch hotels. Otherwise, I genuinely would have stayed for a full week. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay, and I'm very grateful to all the hotel staff for their care over these past few days. The next time I visit Hong Kong, if the price is right, I will definitely prioritize staying here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located close to the bay with a nice environment. However, there are hardly any dining options nearby, and the restaurant downstairs is expensive and serves bad food. Since there are no other places to eat around, I wouldn't recommend it. While the bay view is a plus, the surrounding area is simply inconvenient. I heard it's a hotel for expectant mothers. This stay was a failure, and I won't be returning. The room facilities are also basic, but at least it's spacious. Given the price, I can't give it too harsh a review. In short, I don't recommend it unless you're looking for extreme quiet. The surrounding area is really inconvenient, and getting to the hotel itself isn't easy.

If you're visiting Lantau Island, Mui Wo, or Silvermine Bay, I highly recommend this hotel. I came here after a day at Disneyland, and it took about 80 minutes to get here (the MTR is fast, but waiting for the bus at night can be tricky). First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle, with its eastern side facing the sea. From a sea view room, you can open your eyes and watch the sunrise, enjoying the sun and beach. Silvermine Bay Beach is right outside, and Lantau Island is behind you, offering BBQ, fishing, and various water activities – you can play however you like! It's a 10-minute walk to Mui Wo Pier, where a 30-40 minute ferry ride takes you directly to Central and the Observation Wheel, essentially like taking the Star Ferry for a tour of Victoria Harbour. Secondly, the price is very friendly. Just make sure to book a room type that includes tax and breakfast. The value for money is clearly far superior to those crowded, noisy hotels with small beds and no breakfast in Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. And yes, the breakfast is quite good too. The only slight drawback is the charging situation. There are USB ports, but they can be unstable. However, even though there isn't an adapter, there's a vending machine that sells them. Special tip: Remember to bring a deposit (or a credit card for pre-authorization).

Facilities: The facilities are complete, and the beds are very comfortable for sleeping. The only downside is that the windows are completely sealed and cannot be opened. Hygiene: Very clean and free from pollution, no bed bugs, so you can sleep with peace of mind. Environment: Very good. The room window offers a sea view of Tsing Yi Pier. At night, you can see strong light penetration in the corridor outside the room's main door. Service: Excellent. The front desk lady is proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and is almost always able to accommodate requests. Two orders were arranged in the same room, so there was no need to change rooms midway. However, the hotel's strict check-out time is 12:00 PM, and late check-out requires a half-day fee. I hope that Rambler Garden Hotel can be a bit more flexible with check-out times in the future (for example, allowing free late check-out requests until before 2:00 PM when the room availability is good. I think this would improve the guest experience and increase their satisfaction).

The hotel environment and room facilities were actually quite satisfying. However, when we first checked in and stored our luggage, there was only one staff member who seemed a bit impatient. The next day, the person who handled our luggage storage was much more pleasant. I had read reviews beforehand and knew this hotel didn't have a shower, so I specifically prepared disposable bathtub liners for soaking. Since I stayed in Macau the day before, I felt there was a difference in the service attitude of the staff between Hong Kong and Macau hotels. The staff at Grand Emperor Hotel in Macau were particularly warm and polite. Overall, for a hotel stay in Hong Kong, considering the room size, cleanliness of the facilities, and other aspects, the value for money is quite good and it's worth recommending!

We stayed here for a staycation when the hotel first opened during the pandemic and had a great experience. Returning after a few years, however, was quite disappointing. First, the cleanliness fell short of standards. As soon as we entered the room, we found long hairs left behind by the previous guest on the sofa, along with a lot of white crumbs in the sofa crevices. When I went to the pool, I found that the clean towels in the locker room smelled awful. I was going to use one to dry my hair, but as soon as it touched my hair, the smell made me want to vomit. Second, the breakfast options were extremely limited. The waffle toppings didn't even include chocolate sauce, the yogurt only came in pineapple flavor, and the other hot Chinese and Asian dishes were very monotonous. It is severely overpriced (over 400 per adult and over 200 per child). The view is still great and the staff are friendly, but the hotel management and pricing simply don't match up.

Although the room size is a bit small, it's generally clean and comfortable, with a great view. You can enter the hotel directly from the main stadium direction, and nearby there's a shopping mall with a wide array of shops and food, making it very convenient. The transportation is also quite accessible.

The concierge is very capable, assisting with bookings for popular restaurants and shows. Turndown service and welcome amenities are spot on, and room cleaning is meticulous. 4. Pinnacle of Dining The hotel boasts 8 Michelin stars, with Lung King Heen (3-Michelin-starred Cantonese) and Caprice (3-Michelin-starred French) located within the hotel. Guests have an advantage in securing reservations, allowing them to enjoy star-rated cuisine without leaving the premises. 5. Comfortable Hardware Renovated in 2022, the rooms feature a sophisticated business style, comfortable bedding, and high-end bathroom fixtures. The gym, spa, and sauna are fully equipped, suitable for both leisure and business stays.

The room was tiny, and as soon as I opened the door, there was a damp, musty smell. The air quality was really bad. Running the AC for ventilation barely helped, and if I turned the AC up too high, it would vibrate with the bathroom glass, making a rattling noise. I had to turn it off at night to get some sleep. I didn't encounter the bed bug issue mentioned in previous reviews, but I still brought my own hygienic sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases. It turns out it was absolutely necessary; the bedding definitely felt neglected, and you could tell it was a bit dirty just by touching it. I highly recommend bringing your own hygiene kit. Flushing the toilet was incredibly powerful; water splashed everywhere, soaking my toilet seat cover. Extremely annoying... The toilet paper and tissues were ridiculously thin, so bring your own. The only upside was that the shower had incredibly strong water pressure and super hot water, which made for a great shower (. Checking in on the 2nd took over ten minutes because the lobby was packed due to a holiday. On the 3rd, the bus to Tung Chung at noon was completely full; it seemed to coincide with a group of kids taking the SAT. The staff led us to the bus stop, and we waited for over ten minutes for a bus that was also packed, sos. The hotel's shuttle to Tung Chung only comes once an hour. If you can't wait, you can try catching the Marriott's shuttle across the street. It's the same coming back from Tung Chung; the two hotels are opposite each other. The Marriott's bus is less crowded and faster, while the Regal's bus takes a detour to pick up and drop off people at the Regala. The biggest advantage of the Regal is its direct access to the airport and its proximity to AsiaWorld-Expo. It's also cheaper than the Marriott, but for this price, the quality is even worse than some budget hotels... Choose the Regal for a short stay, but if you're staying for more than three days, definitely go for the Marriott.
